Avoid this Marriott at all cost! As a long standing Bonvoy member I have never received such terrible customer service! From the time I checked in I was greeted by a rude, inconsiderate gentleman, after driving 7 hours to finally reach my destination. The hotel charges $15 a day to park, and there in no parking available. Many people in our party were told to go find spots elsewhere that were not on the property. The bar & restaurant close early. The cafe that serves Starbucks will not make you any drinks other than the brown water they call coffee that they serve for free. We found it hard to communicate with staff, since most didn’t speak English. So disappointed in Marriott and this location needs to do better!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were super kind. The black receptionist guy ( sorry, I don’t know his name ) , his hospitality is top tier ! Give him a raise . Really loved my 4 day stay here. I have one recommendation, make the breakfast continental and ensure that all amenities listed on the site ( example: dry cleaning ) are available. Overall , great stay !

The staff was very nice but for some strange reason would not give us any extra pillows. Just very odd. The location is okay but a bit of a walk to the restaurants near by. The place was clean and the rooms are nice

First let's talk about check in. Please don't tell me that my awards benefit is that I get to park in your parking lot for free. The person that checked us in had the nerve to tell my husband to stop asking questions so she could tell me about the benefits of the parking. Really lady. Location is horrible. You are directly across from a homeless shelter. Pan handlers right outside the hotel. Now for the price for what you provided you are way over priced. Which brings me to my next issue. Please don't charge king bed prices and only furnish a queen bed. I do know the difference between a king and queen bed. Then there is the noise. The street noise between the sirens the 18 wheelers the loud motorcycles and trucks it was hard to sleep. Finally got a good night's sleep on our way home when we stayed over night at a holiday Inn where they had full hot breakfast, a quiet room, a real king bed and was priced right at 100 for the night. Your breakfast other then coffee was way over prices at 15.00 for a piece of toast with avocado on it. Yes we went out for a good breakfast every morning. Your pricing at 289 a night is way over priced. Unfortunately I have to say we would not ever stay here again.

Hotel is clean, up to date, and easy to locate. If traveling for WPI it's an excellent location due to proximity. However, like a lot of Worcester, the streets surrounding it are very loud all night between loud car music, train horns, and sirens. Additionally, the doors they have between rooms for extension options are not thick, so I could hear the person next to me coughing all night. For service, the bartender was good and friendly. For safety, it doesn't feel like they have the security precautions they should. Front doors don't require a key, neither do the elevators. Saw a few people walking in and out to use the first floor restrooms that weren't staying on property which is a corcern.

The rooms were good. Pretty clean for the most part. However, if you're going to not offer cleaning services unless upon request, please make sure rooms are stocked with hygiene items. The AC was horrible.. My room got so hot at night The refrigerator made so much noise that I had to unplug it to sleep. Elevators are pretty long No complimentary items given

It was a bit confusing finding the correct parking lot because two hotels are right next to each other. Getting out of the car you’re immediately hit with the smell of chlorine. I don’t know what that was about since the pool was indoor and small. We asked for an early check in for two rooms; one was ready immediately and the other wouldn’t be ready until 1 and then 3. One room had drawers off the tracks but the beds were comfy and it felt clean. Mini fridges and questionable coffee makers as well as a wardrobe for clothes and a decent size TV in each room. The hotel accommodated a wedding after party in the courtyard between the hotels and then inside the lounge area when it became too late for outside noise. We could byob and coolers. No free breakfast in the morning and an expensive cafe. $200+ a night.

I worked in the hospitality industry for years, specifically hotels. I have never received service like I have at the courtyard in Worcester Massachusetts. Every single person I came in contact with was friendly, accommodating, and fun! I live in western ma and was in Worcester for training for a new job. It was birthday and I was all alone for the first time ever. The hotel staff made me feel welcome and like I was part of their family. I am truly amazed with the service. I had an issue with my credit card authorization even I checked in and they gave me time to figure it out instead of giving me trouble. Just amazing. Kudos to this hotel management and all their staff. Thank you for making my time away from home wonderful and comfortable. Adrianna at the desk, Jonathan at the bar, the woman at breakfast, the gentleman who checked me in, thank you! You are all amazing. You made my time here less anxious and far more enjoyable.

I stay here nearly every time I come to Worcester to see family. I have stayed at other hotels but this is the one I prefer. Just had to book 2 nights at the Hilton and it feels like an “extended stay” type hotel in comparison.

Love Marriott and Love this Courtyard even more. It's in a great location. The rooms are super clean, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Jonathan was the bartender and he is excellent. He is not just a bartender but a mixologist. Can't wait to come back here!

Well laid out, centrally located, neighboured by Hampton In, the Courtyard by Marriott is a place that I recommend when you are in Worcester. This place is a value for money and the rooms are big spacious well designed. A king size bed with neat bed sheets and pillows, adds up to the luxury. Clean and neat furnishings add up to the rooms ambience.

By far the worst Marriott branded room I’ve experienced. Filthy bathroom floor, little or no sound insulation, general state of disrepair. Will not be back.

uncomfortable, the room was dirty and the window area had glass, we went only to use the pool since it was my 10-year-old daughter's birthday and for the price of $400 for one night it was very unpleasant since the employees were annoying when we got out of the pool to use the bathroom and the floor got wet

Cleaning service only on request leaving disappointing experience. Unstated policy due to pandemic concerns. Still continues in June 2023. The request for the room flip was made at booking but they do not check those details.

Nice and clean.. beds suck and while I understand it’s purely personal preference, but the ice white lightbulbs in every fixture of the room gave me a terrible migraine. Also.. $13.16 for a bottle of water and Gatorade at the bistro in the morning….?

Clean rooms and easy checking in and out of the hotel. Room service is not that great because you have to go down to the lobby each time for something on your own if you need it, but still good enough for a one night pit stop.

My time at this hotel was wonderful- specifically because of Shaq. Shaq worked at the bar for the entirety of the time we were here, and he was the most pleasant, respectful, fun-loving bartender we could ask for. He was so gracious, patient and kind (and also makes a MEAN espresso martini). I highly recommend this hotel and the amenities offered here. Shaq was the cherry on top. I wish he was here 7 days a week!!! — Lillie, from Tennessee

Came here a few years ago with the family, had an excellent stay with wonderful service & clean, comfortable room. We were originally planning on staying @ Hilton, but long story short, we chose to take our business & family elsewhere. Glad we did! Courtyard Marriot is a lovely place to stay, very cozy & nicely decorated with a friendly, warm atmosphere. Staff was professional & efficient. Rooms were spacious & tidy. Plenty of parking. Indoor pool. Nice lounge area where you can enjoy a bite to eat, wait for food delivery (if you choose to order from nearby restaurants, such as Wings Over Worcester or Great Wall) or watch a bit of tv. We were very pleased with our overall experience here & would definitely recommend & return as well. Handicapped accessible. Great for families/groups or singles/couples. Another satisfied customer here!

Really had a lovely stay here. The hallways to the rooms are a bit narrow and the coffee in the room was not to my liking but very nice rooms, and staff.

Definitely the smallest Marriott I’ve been to in a long time. It seems they’re set up more for work conferences than leisure. Duh, their right in the biotech, WPI area. There is a Hampton Inn literally 4 feet next to the Marriott. The Hampton Inn seems more set up for families and leisure activities.

I rented a room from this place back in January for the WAAF Big gig! I arrived at the hotel on Saturday just to be told that they will not accept my card because apparently somebody else came into their hotel and destroyed a room and it took too long for them to get their deposit or fee!?! I have had this card for three years.. I have never been denied at any of the hotels, spas or casinos lol I offered to pay cash and do a cash deposit! They said that they were going to have to charge me $200 on my card instead of the normal $25 -100$.. I don't mind putting down a deposit.. but I use NetSpend and I'd have to transfer those funds over.. at the moment I had the cash on me and was willing to work with them.. they said we can't accept your cash for the room until check out! ? .. and I'm like okay well then can I pay a cash deposit! Yes we can do that okay well let's do that well I can't because you haven't paid for the room yet, but you said I had to pay for the room upon check out can I just pay you now!?! Literally roomful of girls for a volleyball or some kind of tournament right at the front desk trying to deal with all of this and she just flat out denied me.. so not only did I drive all the way to Worcester for nothing but I lost out on the tickets that I've had since two and a half years ago! They shouldn't have accepted my card for booking and confirming if they weren't going to accept it when I arrived!

Nice, quiet, renovated hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed sitting on their back patio at night for a little bit of relaxation.

Very comfortable stay. We booked a few days as we were working from home while visting family, but needed some good wifi. Worked great. Parking was a pain the first night, no idea why but the rest of the nights it was fine. Gym had enough for a quick workout. Didn't use the pool but watched people swim, sometimes thats enough. Bed was comfortable. Nice desk set up to work.

This is my first night of 4. Started off with given a dirty room. Bed was not made, dirty towels on the floor, room keys still sitting on the counter. Call desk they give me a new room which is a down grade from my room (had 1 bedroom king bed, now just a standard king). Now my new room the heater does not work and it's freezing in the room. They are telling me they have no other rooms available. I am titanium elite and have never had such horrible experience. Don't book here. Staff was friendly why they get 2 stars instead of 1.
