Took a watch in for a battery which was sent away. The staff checked it when it came back and discovered a fault, They then sorted a repair out. I had to do nothing as they took care of everything. Great service from all of the staff involved.

Staff are always polite and helpful even when you have a handful of kids trying to take over, I'm almost positive they do price match

Great service from Alex she sourced me a watch from the online website and got it brought into store She also set my G shock watch up with the correct time date and adjusted the links for me averall very happy.😊

Not amusing at all ,,, they rang and said my repair was back and ready to pick up ,, I’m the middle of a mad busy day and having lung cancer I went along to pay for it and pick it up ,, after faffing around decided the till didn’t work can you come to this till ,, she couldn’t do it and said can you come back ( not really) walking makes my chest hurt ,, oh no you can’t see I’m disabled with part of my lung removed ,, so I went to boots and back again to h Samuel there was nobody in the shop only the 2 girls working and she said sorry are tills are down you will have to come back ,, omg what a shower of —— she took the cross out and said it was lovely but not offering to let me see what they had done with it ,, I wouldn’t use you again or buy anything nor would I recommend h Samuel Have a nice day girls try taking the p out of a disabled lady your really nice lol

I went to the Workington shop with a Casio watch (which last forever ),with a broken strap but I'd taken a warranty out.The 2 girls on duty were extremely friendly and took a lot of time to deal with the matter to my utmost satisfaction.When they learned that I'd travelled a long way to visit them they arranged to mail the repaired watch directly to my home address. I cannot speak to highly of your staff and they truly deserve 5 stars.

The staff in this shop are absolutely amazing, every single one of them! I bought my fiancée's engagement ring from here and unfortunately we had to change it (nothing to do with the product mind, it was our choice) but the exchange was easy with help from Stacey and Alex. We are definitely coming back! We are looking for our wedding bands now and the staff here couldn't do enough to help get the right product for you, this really makes the difference for repeat custom. The staff here really make the difference to want to shop here again, they even make a fuss of the kids when we bring them to town, this makes it much easier to shop. 10/10 from us.

I visited the Workington shop recently in search of a jewelry set as a present for a very special someone and I have no clue about jewelry:)) However thanks to Alex who looked after me that day, I left with an amazing set that made quite an impression. I came into the store last week with my wife because our grandson required a spring bar put back in his watch. The woman who helped us was called Courtney and she was friendly and helpful and sorted what we needed quickly and easily. Would definitely come back and see her again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The new watch strap I bought was not easy to fit but thanks to the determination of Beck all was well in the end. Thank you to Sophie too who helped to choose the strap. Definitely use this shop again.

My engagement ring has literally had my life these past 9 years. After having claws and diamonds replaced many a time, we are now onto Engagement Ring 2.0 Cannot thank Stacey enough.
