    Come to this location almost every morning everybody gives me my senior discount except Donna. She has been told but the nonsense continues. I don't no if I harmed Donna in a past life or what but I wonder if she eats this unhealthy food if she gives herself a senior discount 😂 😂

    It sept 11. 9:30pm the two girls working have been absolutely amazing! Food was perfect! Inside was very clean. The girls working seemed to be so happy working together.

    IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD. THERE WAS RATS OUTISDE AND I BET THERE IS SOME INSIDE TO! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WHITE CASTLE! DISGUSTING! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. GO TO THE ONE IN TINLEY. I CALLED THIS ONE TO THELL THEM AND THEY THOUGHT I WAS PRANK CALLING AND THEY ARENT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. “PAM” WAS THE WORKER THAT PICKED UP THE PHONE.

    This restaurant did not fulfill my entire order. Quality control... there isn't any. Would not order this restaurant through Doordash.ever again. Shame on you guys.

    I waited 15 min didn’t even make it to Window and the older lady was literally going in circles chasing her tail! Like press the buttons and take the payment give food I mean damn how hard is it?

    Service was beyond slow!!! Usually I have a good experience here but tonight was ridiculous. I honestly think there was only one person working. And of course when I’m waiting someone comes to my car and asks for money. I specifically went to this one because I had an issue w the one on Cicero w someone asking for money. This seems to happen every time I come after 9 or 10pm. It’s kind of scary to be honest because you don’t know if they are trying to rob you or not. So I’m sitting behind a car that’s at the speaker box for at least 10 minutes. The whole ordeal took 20 to 30 minutes and cars behind me were honking. Please hire more people. White Castle is usually busier later at night because of drunks and stoners. I’m giving it 2 stars because the food was at least fresh and hot. And please do something about panhandling. I’m making a rule to not go here past 7 because of the panhandle issues.

    Just left and was pleasantly surprised and upset all at the same time. The Lady that took my order was phenomenal. Great to see "Mature" ppl in the workforce. She deserves a raise & a promotion because I'm totally convinced She's an asset to the company. However, the person that prepared the food should be demoted to a customer. She gave me a container of old, dried up fries. Everything else was fine. I started to bring that garbage back but I'd already gotten on the tollway, and most importantly I didn't want to have to give the nice, mature Lady anything extra to do by returning my entire order for a refund. I will NEVER patronize this location ever again and I will encourage my clients and colleagues to follow suit. NEVER had this problem in Alsip, I'll stick to them!!

    I ordered a meal #2. 2 dbl cheeseburger meal. The meat was overcooked and dry. The onion rings were perfectly fried.

    Picked up a number 9 with american cheez extra onion and extra pickle. The sliders were perfectly built. Only gripe is that the picks were stacked on top of each other.

    I will be honest, the young lady who works the drive through, she needs to be fired. I've visited twice and her attitude is terrible, which I'm sure provokes a lot of negative customer reactions. I usually ignore her because I'm not there to be her friend, but I've witnessed on two occasions her either arguing or getting disrespectful with customers. It's not acceptable and if that's how she operates, then she doesn't need to be there. I'm a retail manager and I would never allow my staff to be disrespectful to a customer. A customer asked her last night for a phone number, I'm assuming for corporate office, she tells her I don't have it go online and get it then slams the drive through window in her face. My first visit there, she didn't greet me, she wasn't pleasant, she just goes, "go ahead!" I was still nice, I let her know I had a mobile order, then she goes, "pull around" then I get to the window and she asks me if I had an order that wasn't even mine. Mind you there was no one in the restaurant and 1 vehicle in line when I pulled in, so that's obviously the first 2 orders...one being online. The older lady tries her best, the two young men seem to know what they're doing, they're just a little slow and in need of some coaching on speed. 4 people is more than enough to be able to operate a little better. However that young lady's attitude doesn't help. The least you can do is remember you're being paid and you work in the service industry. If you can't have customer service then go away. I live in this neighborhood, it's unacceptable.

    Sliders were prepared just as we requested. Lady at drive through window was cheerful and helpful. Extremely pleasant!!! The 3 deserts on stick were very very tiny. 2 bites if that.

    The old fashioned slider and chicken sandwiches are great but i hardly ever go there anymore because of my diet. They don't offer much healthy food but most of the burgers are tasty and cheap.

    The speed of service was not good we waited 45 minutes for food that was paid for, the sodas that came with the meal was made and became watered down sitting waiting for the food.
