Let
me
start
with
the
good
things.
The
place
was
beautiful,
well
lit
and
had
very
upbeat
vibe.
The
kunefa
was
also
really
good.
So
full
points
on
that.
They
have
free
coffee
and
bottled
water.
There
are
sweets
and
ice
cream
that
you
can
purchase.
The
sweets
come
in
gift
boxes
that
are
ornate
and
look
really
lavish.
Now
the
bad
part
-
service.
It
completely
broke
down.
I
don’t
know
what
was
going
on
and
the
staff
also
seemed
confused.
Ordered
were
being
messed
up.
Our
order
was
very
simple-
two
small
servings
of
two
varieties
of
kunafa.
We
waited
almost
half
an
hour
cluelessly
staring
at
the
pandemonium
of
incorrect
orders
and
other
people
being
served.
We
asked
the
manager
who
just
said
that
fresh
batch
is
being
made.
Finally
we
started
noticing
people
just
walking
up
to
the
counter,
asking
for
their
orders,
and
getting
it.
We
did
the
same.
The
server
said
that
we
might
have
to
wait
for
another
batch
of
softer
kunafa
or
we
can
get
two
servings
of
vermicelli
kunafa.
We
decided
to
get
two
servings
of
vermicelli
kunafa
and
call
it
a
day.
Perhaps
it
was
just
a
day
that
was
too
busy.
Perhaps
they
really
need
to
streamline
their
service.
I
feel
bad
giving
them
4
stars
because
their
kunafa
was
amazing.
But
it
is
what
it
is.
