They're obviously not from around here, overpriced and not fully trained. They open there doors at 5pm and don't Have the products ready for sale? I'll pay high prices for average tasting sweets, just be happy when I give you $135 for your product...

This place reminds me of dessert shops in Amman. We got pistachio ice cream and kunafa and it was amazing. It’s nice they stay open late unlike many shops. Will be back when I come back to Chicago.

I was fortunate enough to receive these delicious baklava sweets as a gift from some of my close friends! What an awesome gift idea! Sweet and crunchy with different textures and beautifully arranged. I’m sure they could be stored and last a long time but they didn’t survive long in my house!

Gorgeous place inside & out. Plenty of choices & lots to pick from. Prices are fair & service is good. Only downfall is how dirty & unkempt the restrooms are. All things being equal, I will be back again soon.

Beautiful location, with a great variety of sweets and the customer service is friendly and great. I purchased the kanfa and baklava sweets and both were delicious and my friend’s and family enjoyed both very much. Will be coming back for more and try out the other sweets options.

The best knafeh in the entire United States hands down. I've tried so many places and this by far ranks as #1 on my list. The atmosphere is great. Lines can be long but I didn't mind the wait since the quality was outstanding. Their Arabic ice cream is a must try as well.

I’ve been here many times. The Knafa is great. However the service is always late. Be honest about wait time. Also I ordered a cup of desert on my way out which looked amazing. Unfortunately it was completely spoiled and rotten. Beautiful place but definitely needs more attention to service and goods instead of just lights and decorations.

Nice, big, clean establishment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a very large variety of handmade treats. They also had handmade Booza. If you're accustomed to American treats, this is certainly different. Still rich in flavor, just different taste. There were countless people coming in and ordering a variety of desserts. It's a very nice establishment.

Let me start with the good things. The place was beautiful, well lit and had very upbeat vibe. The kunefa was also really good. So full points on that. They have free coffee and bottled water. There are sweets and ice cream that you can purchase. The sweets come in gift boxes that are ornate and look really lavish. Now the bad part - service. It completely broke down. I don’t know what was going on and the staff also seemed confused. Ordered were being messed up. Our order was very simple- two small servings of two varieties of kunafa. We waited almost half an hour cluelessly staring at the pandemonium of incorrect orders and other people being served. We asked the manager who just said that fresh batch is being made. Finally we started noticing people just walking up to the counter, asking for their orders, and getting it. We did the same. The server said that we might have to wait for another batch of softer kunafa or we can get two servings of vermicelli kunafa. We decided to get two servings of vermicelli kunafa and call it a day. Perhaps it was just a day that was too busy. Perhaps they really need to streamline their service. I feel bad giving them 4 stars because their kunafa was amazing. But it is what it is.

A great place to go if you love knafeh! My boyfriend loved it so much we ordered another one to go. The staff were very nice and even offered us a free sample when we mentioned this was our first time visiting. We will definitely be coming back and recommending Zmzm to friends and family!

Best place to fill your sweet tooth cravings. Their crispy Kunefa is the best I have had in US and is made fresh. They have a variety of sweets available and cherry on top - free coffee and bottled water. The staff is very friendly and the owner is around to receive feedback and guide you about the deserts. We love the ambiance and vibe of this place. Its kids friendly and they love it. We always go here for deserts whenever we are in the neighborhood for dinner.

This place deserves 5 stars, everything looks good. The workers are really nice and welcoming. Even the owner was such a gentleman. I literally drove 7 hrs al the way from Omaha to Chicago just to try their sweets. Oh I miss the نبلسية and the بوظة على اشطة🤤🤤. Looking forward for my next visit. 😍😍

We just loved this sweet place, this was our first time and just fascinated by variety of desserts they have. Also couldn’t get chance to order that cookie box and next will get that for family as well. Place is glamorously decorated and enough siting for 20 to 30 customers, menu is well placed on the screens with prices and each dessert labeled properly so will not stuck in trouble in what to order 🫶. Definitely going again and try more stuff, highly recommended.

Good knafe overall. I prefer the na3mi here compared to the khisneh, but better than most knafe places in Chicago. I recommend they add more syrup to their knafe and less pistachios. Nice decor inside. Appreciate the complimentary coffee that is served(and water bottles).
