Clean room with lots of space. A quiet place of good value. The only improvement it needs that we noticed was better bathroom exhaust.

I checked in at around 2PM but I didn't go into the room. I got in at 3AM and the room was a total disaster. Garbage everywhere, bed unmade, wet towels on the floor, and the room had an odor that smelled like a spittoon. I immediately went to the front desk and got another room with no problem. It was way better than the previous one, but there were still issues with it. There was no way to close the curtains completely and the nice big shower they had a very slick floor (although they did have a rubber mat rolled up in the corner that left stains in the corner it was left in) and no handle grips. The only way to turn on the shower was to stand directly under it while you get drenched in cold water. When I finally got to bed, there was a very pesky fly that kept landing on my face and hands waking me up. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep due to all this. For almost $200 a night, I expected a lot better room than what I got. Very doubtful. I'll be back there again any time soon.

Rooms were spacious and clean, BUT for a one night stay the price was absolutely out of line, marked WAY UP, and NOT worth the value. The hot tub was OUT OF ORDER, the pool is anything but inviting, the hotels breakfast was ok at best, and there was often no one at the counter for service even after the bell was rang. Plus, the printer was OUT OF ORDER, the front desk was out of change, and the selections of convenience items were limited or out of stock. Although I am a fan of most Comfort Suites, I was NOT of this one!

My daughter and I stayed here at this hotel in Worthington back in June of 2023 and will checking out today after a four night stay this past week while we were in town visiting family. The room was clean & very spacious. The staff is very friendly & was very helpful when our key stopped working for a second or if we needed some more bathroom essentials since we don't ever have housekeeping clean our room when we stay ( our own preference). Breakfast is good with lots of variety. The room also has multiple charging ports for your phone, computer or tablet. This is awesome! We weren't able to get a handicap accessible room so I brought my own shower bench and portable hand rail. Only tiny complaint I have is the big curtains don't close, they do have a very thin privacy curtain in front of the window but when the sun comes up in the morning, it becomes very bright in the room and hard to sleep in. But overall, Great hotel and we will be back next year as this is our last trip to Worthington, MN for the year.

We were driving through and needed a room for one night. The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic with a ton of options. We would stay here again.

I’d like to start my review by saying the staff here are great. Check in was a breeze, their computer system is extremely slow but the lady at the desk was super nice. Housekeeping will greet you when you come out of your room in the morning. The negativity of my review comes from the quality of the hotel itself, completely the fault of corporate, not local staff. They designed the room so that it has incomplete curtains. About three quarters of the curtain in the middle is like a sheer cheesecloth. The type you’d put over a kitchen or living room window, not a bedroom window. All of the light will come in, streetlights outside at night and the sunshine when morning comes. I like it dark when I am trying to rest so this was a complete turn off for ever staying here again. The hot tub is not working, and from others’ reviews, it seems that it’s been that way for awhile. Whoever created the structure of the building also did a horrible job. If any parents are trying to get going through the hallways in the morning and have little ones fussing, you’ll hear it. Noise above or below? You’ll hear it. Overall the rooms were very nice and clean. Meticulously maintained by housekeeping. Corporate needs to step up and improve themselves, they could take a lesson from housekeeping and reception staff.

Best hotel in Worthington by far. Great room space. Pool is really small if there are families staying here. Hot tub was under maintenance. Late check out time is a nice option. This is a bit pricey for the area and it is possible to stay a couple hours away for less money and comparable accomodations. If you have to stay in Worthington though, this is the best option.

great place to stay with parking to accommodate semi trucks. Comfortable beds with a lovely atmosphere. They have ethernet ports built in walls for my fellow gamers out there and it works well. The night i was there, they provided a complimentary beer, wine and snacks for free in lobby. i enjoyed my stay overall and will definitely stay again without hesitation

Manager didn't want to cancel room I booked 20 minutes earlier on the road due to a 48 hour policy. They offered hot tub on app. Sign in lobby says hot tub down. Asked for refund at that point so I could go next door. She claimed it was disclosed on app. It wasn't. Had to call customer service who eventually called her to get my refund. She didn't even bother to look or extend a courtesy with my many many years of loyal service to Choice while traveling. Wish I was there to watch you refund me in person. Terrible customer service from this manager.

So I started off going to super 8 which was an absolute nightmare. I left there and came here at 1am and WOW what a difference! The guy at the front counter was so friendly and had no problems getting me in a room! It was more expensive but let me tell you it's worth it. The room was clean and cozy which is all I need! If you are in this town I would recommend staying here, don't even waste your time with the cheaper places!

We have stayed here several times because it is close to my wife's family. Rooms are very clean. People are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is blah. Other than the breakfast my only complaint is that the hot tub has been "closed for maintenance" for at least 8 months.
