The manager is completely horrible to the workers. Having to be in a work space that is getting underpaid, CHILD LABOR and may I add that they have bugs in the building. Definitely would need to be inspected but would not recommend coming here. Whoever comes here is sick..

Came in on a Sunday at noon. Pretty unfriendly staff. Cashier was texting while we waited to order. I get sometimes you gotta text here and there but while you have customers waiting probably isn’t the time. Half the amount of toppings than a normal jimmy John’s sub

Very very poor service. The young staff are rude and obnoxious, asked for a refund because I ordered for delivery and they messed up. I called 20 minutes later and they hadn’t even left the store to finish the incomplete order. I just wanted my money back. Trash service. Trash trash trash

Music blaring, making ordering difficult. Person taking order was dismissive. Item I asked left off sandwich due to dietary restrictions was put on anyway.

ordered on app and money was taken out but order didn’t go through so i called them and the guy that answered the phone was very understanding and calm. he offered to make my order right away and it was delivered after. focused on resolving the problem with no hassle at all, all i had to do was show that the money had been taken to the delivery guy. thank u so much for being trusting and reliable! :)

The food is fine, but the background music is way too loud in here and makes it hard to have a conversation.

I have been here once and will never go back again! They definitely need to do some cleaning and I found a maggot in my drink! Horrible place to eat at and needs to be shut down asap since it seems as if the manager is too lazy to do anything.

Never again!! #10 hunters club unwich was nothing but lettuce and a very thin slice of roast beef. I mean very thin. And the salami pesto sucked too. Nothing but 3 slices salami and mozzarella cheese. Never again
