When I was researching local physios, on the website for nailsea physio there was a line about them going above and beyond others. I was skeptical when I first read that, but they've proved me wrong!! I was initially assessed by Emma who actually listened to me, and have since seen Nicola a few times - sessions with her have quickly become the highlight of my week! Have already recommended this place to all of my friends; so glad to have found it 😊

Emma at Tri Physiotherapy has been my absolute physio of choice on a massive journey in my life. Recovery from being in a wheelchair and unable to walk, to becoming a world-record breaker rower. I'm bowled over by the amount of training she has and reading she's done. Her abilities as a physio are a step change above any other physio I've tried (and I've tried a fair few). I would highly recommend her.

I couldn’t recommend Emma at Nailsea Physio enough! I suffer with both scoliosis and a slipped disc, and she is the only practitioner I’ve been to that has been able to not only provide me with muscle relaxation and pain relief, but actually to help the disc resolve itself over time. The clinic is always spotlessly clean, really welcoming and there are so many talented practitioners that work there - I wouldn’t hesitate to visit any of them. It’s super quick and easy to book an appointment, you get sent really helpful reminders and the whole experience is just seamless. Highly recommended 🙌🏼

I initially went to Emma in a lot of pain and with restricted movement. After just a couple of sessions I saw huge improvements. Emma spent time getting to the root of the problem and tailoring her treatment accordingly. The exercise programme was manageable within a busy lifestyle and stored on an easy to use app. I have since had follow up treatment with Matt who has been as equally helpful. I never have felt under pressure to book more sessions or have a block of treatment. Grateful to have this practice so local. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I can't recommend Nailsea Physio highly enough. I saw Andrea for a prolapsed disc in my back, which resulted in significant pain and mobility issues. I was immediately impressed with Andrea's knowledge and ability to explain what the issue was and how the condition could be improved. Each session provided different exercises which were always at the right level to improve the condition without being too much. I was also pleased as the condition improved the period between sessions increased, not needing to book sessions which weren't needed. Over three months I am almost back to 100% strength after being unable to walk and told surgery may be needed, so the impact of the treatment can't be understated.

Highly recommend!! I had back and hip issues so I booked a consultation as I live locally. After 6 sessions which involve some acupuncture and massage I'm much improved, have better mobility and feel less pain. The exercises you need to do at home are set up on an app so very easy to follow

On my very first appointment it was immediately apparent to me that Emma is a highly skilled and knowledgeable physiotherapist. She clearly explained the issue affecting my hip, the exercises she set are detailed in an email with videos so they're easy to follow. After just 3 treatments it's looking like she's sorted a problem I've been suffering with for 18 months. Highly recommended.

My injury would not have improved as much as it has without Emma's guidance and her clear instructions on the exercises I needed to do and practical suggestions for helpful aids, accompanied by her excellent care and treatment in the clinic.

Amazed and delighted with the results from just two sessions with Kate which has had a miraculous effect on my plantar fasciitis. I would say it’s the best money I have spent in a very long time, and I can now easily walk for miles!!!! Great fun and spectacular results, thank you.

As I cyclist staying injury free is incredible important, although it is a low impact sport you can be on the bike 6-7 days a week and your body is put under a lot of stress from being in one position all day . Emma has been working with me for 2 years now and she has been able help me recover from injuries that have been caused from biomechanical related issues in bike positioning (etc) which have led to pain in the knees. However each time Emma has been able to diagnose where the issue('s) have been coming from and set a me a specific plan to over come the injuries , for example strength and conditioning or specific exercises or stretches.. She has an incredible knowledge , with a vast variety of years in the sporting world. Emma is an honest hard working physio who also finds time to chase her own dreams whilst making others possible! I am currently living in France as a full time cyclist and all the lessons Emma has taught me I implecate into my daily routine to help stay injury free. **Highly recommended**

Booking the appointment was easy through the website. I have been seen by Anastasia, Katie and Emma who have both been very helpful and informative. Everyone has always been happy and cheerful and ready to help in any way they can.

Emma is hands-down the best sports physio I have ever worked with. As an ultra-runner I suffer from my share of running-related issues, especially in my early days as a new runner where I had a number of foot, lower back and gait-related issues. Emma has successfully treated all of them. I now live in the US but would go as far as to travel back to Bristol to visit her!

I have been going to Emma for a couple of years now. Not only is she very experienced as a physio but she is personable, positive and has great empathy. She is far more impressive than any physio I have used before

Quality and friendly enterprise, in the processing of helping me with ongoing knee issues and definitely making a difference. All exercises are given on an app so they can be tracked between appointments as well as lots of other different recovery methods.

If you have a trapped nerve Emma is the person to see before anyone else, why? Problem was greatly reduced on my first visit and I left in no pain which was very impressive. The friendly and efficient manner in which I was dealt with was superb, the price was very reasonable with a follow up action plan, I really could not be happier and would recommend you try Nailsea Physio before wasting time elsewhere as they are 10/10. Thank you Emma for such a wonderful experience.

A fantastic clinic with experienced, approachable and incredibly helpful physiotherapists. Emma has been an absolute superstar, I entered the clinic in a state of despair being immobile and in constant pain. I am now back to being active, pain free and feeling strong. Thank you!

I attended for a sports massage recently after Nailsea Physio had relocated to my local gym. Staff are amazing, taking a full interest in your requirements to get you back fit. Taking the time to discuss your goals. Will use this service again for sure. Jason.

I was seen by Emelia for a 60 minute sports massage. All round great experience and she focused on a long term injury relieving muscle tension in my back. Very professional and would highly recommend.
