I needed 2 12 piece chicken tenders at 7:45 9/25/21 Saturday and they said they only were able to fill one 12 piece?????? Just didn’t want to cook anymore because they were closing in 2 hours?????!!!!!!! These places in Wrens kill me how they just don’t want to work! I don’t know how these places stay open. This isn’t a first for KFC

Food was good there were tables that needed repair.

Absolutely ridiculous service. I didn't even order just drove off and went to the McDonalds across the street. So I hope they like losing customers because of awful customer service. I arrived 1 hour prior to closing and they first told me the card machine was down. Then when I said I would pay with cash everything I said I'd like to order they were magically out of and they even told me the only this they were selling was bone-in wings and pot pies neither of which my 6 year old eats. They really gotta do better than this.

I just order my food, i order 4 piece chicken tenders. My tenders was hard and rubbery. And the mac was scrap from the bottom. On top of that my food was cold, was not able take it back due to i had to go back to work!!!! This is unacceptable

We ordered some tacos and burritos to go, but we did order some of the little Bundt cakes from the KFC and they were really delicious! The lemon Bundt was super moist! I highly suggest you try one of their little bundt cakes!

The employees kind of freaked my family out. Barely said any words. We ate in the restaurant. Food was lukewarm but... acceptable. Their whole kitchen was dead silent no one talked to anyone. It seemed abandoned but 8 people were there. You tell them thank you and they just give you a blank look. The atmosphere and people can be described as a food kitchen with imprisoned robots with a sprinkle of hate. Again very weird restaurant.

I ordered extra sides and did not get them. Waiting 30 mins to get my food. They didn't have straws which is laughable. Just go to the McDonald's across the street smh.

Paid $29.15 for a 12 piece chicken. Got 7 thighs. All the chicken was over cooked. Last time going out of my way for KFC.

The young lady that took my order looked and acted like she didn't want to be there. I took a lil minute at the menu and she seemed impatient. I'm really big on customer service and I wasn't pleased at all.

I came here to order a box with chicken nuggets, fries, crispy chicken and biscuits. They lied and said they didn't sale them anymore. So I pulled out my phone to record and asked them again. She rudely said it again. I sent my husband and guess who came back with the same exact box they lied and said they no longer serve? Yep my husband! Wrens is a very small, classless town and I understand sometimes they're overwhelmed by having only 4 restaurants in this town. Maybe possibly vet the people you're hiring better. Their attitudes are despicable, I would say pay them more but honestly if they can't simply be courteous to people just because. Then they deserve whatever y'all pay. KFC and Taco Bell sucks from the management to the employees. Which leads me to know and believe the owners are no better. My employees would never feel comfortable disrespecting customers. I hope you all have the days that you deserve. 😊

First the girl taking my order was so rude it's honestly surprising she has a job. Second I ordered a 12 piece, 2 potatoes, 1 slaw. The only that was fresh was the biscuits. The chicken was small I swear it was a baby chicken. Not hot, the slaw was watery, and the gravy for the potatoes was basically the consistency of a glass of water. If I could give 0 stars I would. KFC MANAGMENT do better and start firing rude people, who do not even want to do the job they are hired for, because they aren't providing the work or service you pay them for. Never again will I ever go here again. And we are feom the area.
