Got a meal deal and they charged me extra for a bottle because their drinks machine had broken. Then my points didn't go on because the girl closed the transaction when my subcard hadn't loaded up, she was just like 'ah well!'.

I work in Wrexham town centre so I often go to subway and I can say the weekend staff are shocking. Just been to get my lunch and clearly the staff did not want to be there. They just slopped my food together with no care of presentation or how am I supposed to actually eat it. And then thorght I wouldn't notice when they missed out vital ingredients!!!! - not impressed!

Food good like all subway. Place is a tip!!! No clean table to be seen even they are not busy. Had to wipe it with tissue. Who gave them 5 stars on hygiene!!!!!!

Affable and polite staff- standard subway fayre. Crowded at rush hours, with only 20 seats for eating in.

Good staff, able to efficiently make and sell required food to needs outlined.
