Don’t write reviews but I had to for this one. The seats in screen 7 are absolutely abysmal, they’re failing apart. All of the seats have bits of food and crumbs on. Definitely needs a clean.

i went for a pee at this establishment, i was aloud. i went to go again and i was not aloud as i do not have a ticket, i was then targeted by a staff member for being a youth, the worker assumed me to be mischevious, a man of tomfoolery. these alligations are wrong and i was promptly escorted out the building viciously

Limitless is a must, so works out excellent value if you go twice a month minimum like myself. Staff are all nice and the toilets are kept clean. When I go it's usually quiet (good for me, probably not good for Odeon), and can always get a good seat. One time I got there early and the screen lights were all on, and when I tell you the seats need a clean, they all do. Wish I never knew to be honest. Nevertheless, screen and sound are solid (not the best ever, but for £15 a month I'll take it). Good variety of films shown. Sometimes annoying teenagers chatting in there. Might be helpful to have staff check more often, as I have had to save a few people in there with my shushing. Food is obviously overpriced, but that's every cinema in the country. So just take your own food if you cannot afford it.

Great cinema just get your sweets n pop before you get there as a large popcorn 1 half foot long and a large McDonald's size drink not far off £20, more then a adult n child's price to watch the movie.

Cinema itself was fine, although Costa alarm was going off as we left. Eagles meadow looking rather run down and the car park is ridiculous with just one pay machine. It's a set fee after 6.30, so why not be able to pay upon arrival?

Great to be back in the cinema. Clean and tidy everywhere. Could do with some better direction as to the new system. If ordered tickets online you go straight over towards the screens and there was a few members of staff scanning us in. Good system but better signage as I say would be good.

i mean, a bit of an odd one really, had some great experiences in this cinema by far it is not at all a bad cinema however the prices are a tad bit extortionate - oh, also, they do just seem to let anyone into this cinema as halfway through watching the batman movie, a drunken male entered our screening and started throwing verbal abuse at people, just wondering why he was let in? otherwise this cinema good i like the popcorn thanks, that man was way too intoxicated to be let into a cinema screen please sort out your security, good thing id already seen the movie once before otherwise it would've entirely ruined the riddlers jail cell scene

Great cinema in the centre of Wrexham. Car parking is available underneath the cinema, with plenty of spaces! Recommend to book online in advance

Really enjoyed coming to this movie theater as much as I was terrified to sit down in the actual seats. Awesome deal with a limitless pass, as long as they fix the seat situation because I didn’t even wanna sit down on it. I purchased the limitless pass before realizing that I’d have to sit on these things the whole time. I’m thinking about how I can bring a seat cover but really, it seems the seats are in need for an update to leather or something like that, because there are even seats that are ripped up with the foam exposed, not just covered in gross sweat and dirt stains. Other than that the people were very friendly the lobby was very nice. Potential to be the best if they update the seat and f in some healthier snacking options. Screen was small that we watched on but the sound and picture quality was nice.

Good cinema to watch new movies! Always clean, even the toilets are!! However the food and drink they sell is a bit on the pricey side :)

As a cinema it's ok. But the wait for popcorn etc can be a bit long. The Costa downstairs seems to be closed more often than it's open when we go there.

It's a good shoping center, but could be even better if there was more shops????

Loved the cinema experience, was my 3rd visit here, usually I take my own refreshments, but on this occasion we decided to buy our popcorn and drinks there to give it a try. Big mistake, wait was 20 mins which was annoying in itself, but then wen our number was eventually called they had no fizzy drinks on tap paid for a lrg and was offered a bottle from fridge, which was not wot I had wanted, but i waited so long I just took it as didn't want to miss the beginning of my film..... Also no tango slush so had to get refund, again waiting???? Come on Odeon, step up your game, these treats cost enough so at least get the stock in.... or get staff to communicate with each other on order desk and collection desk, simple if none available, let customers know at order desk, not let them wait then tell themat collection desk!!!!!! Ridiculous and rude!!!!!!! I will definitely continue to take my own snacks fraction of the price and no waiting in long queues to be disappointed at the end and seriously out if pocket......

Visited many times, including tonight. Staff are very friendly, and areas are clean and fairly priced for tickets. Food and drink can be expensive, however, you can take your own.

Need to up their game , messaged them twice about our experience last week, Hoover left in the middle of the floor in the cinema room , and they don’t check on the rooms as 3 youngsters were allowed to just mess about the whole time during the film, when we left all staff were just talking together

Friendly staff who greet with a smile and are keen to help. We tried the milkshakes today, delicious and the two ladies who served us were fantastic. Cinema is always clean and tidy

£5 ticket, easy check in straight at desk to go in! Easy booking, drinks and food as we've overpriced but not hard to prepare and take your own! Was pleasantly surprised by amount of people in there! Saturday night well spent!

Omg!! So expensive no wonder people don't go. If you made popcorn and coke for £3.99 for both like meal deal. It makes me mad that we all no that popcorn and coke costs them 2%. Off £5.

Writing this for my boyfriend. Half way through watching a film his seat broke and he’s hurt his back so will have to ring the doctors for pain killers and all he got was a free ticket but that’s not going to help his hurting back

The cinema was lovely and clean, great price for the film. However the queue for the food and drinks was ridiculous! A better system needs to be implemented, all I wanted was an ice cream and there was a queue of about 30 people who were buying drinks and hotdogs.

I love going to the cinema and Eagles Meadow Odeon is always clean and staff are friendly. Great film choices with lots of options for showings. Switch off for a couple of hours and escape

It was really easy to book our tickets online, which made them even cheaper. Paid a little extra for premium seating. They were worth the extra money and really comfy. Prices for food was really reasonable, and if you booked them using the screen, then you could just collect vs. Waiting in the long queue. Great service.

Almost always a good experience at this cinema, usually quiet. We have even had the screen to ourselves a few times which is fun. Clean and good waiting area. Overall we really enjoy coming here, especially with the £5 movies at the moment :) Last time we went I booked our seats a week or so in advance as usual, however a large group of people took our seats when we arrived. This then lead to everyone having to take different seats and caused a problem for everyone as it was a fully booked film. Not much the staff can do about this I’m sure as it’s just people being selfish and thoughtless, but it did ruin our experience a little.

It was a wonderful experience watching the first movie in Odean Wrexham. It's mandatory to provide vaccination certificate or covid test certificate as per the recent government regulations. There are decent snacking options there.

First cinema visit in 18 months. Afternoon visit and only say 10% full. We decided to keep masks on unless eating. It felt great to do something normal! Used meercat movies so was only £5.55 for the 2 of us 😀

Clean and well organised for covid. My only bug bear was the entrance and exit arrows should be for the opposite doors! Luckily parking is currently free, unfortunately the Costa coffee inside was closed, though the sweet and popcorn stand was open. Unfortunately many shops at the location have closed down/empty, making the parking and area a bit empty/dangerous feeling late at night for women walking alone.

Nice staff Clean And up to date with the new movies Not aware if there is any 3D or IMAX in it But for the most of the 2D experience of cinemas it is one of the cozy nice places to go

Again escalater and lift available.. Seating area and snack shop on the second floor along with toilet facilities.. Enjoyed the experience of the big screen and paid a little extra for the prime seating Very comfortable.. Recommended

The last 2 movies I have gone to see. I have had to ask to have the lights turned off as they have been left on during the film. Not a great experience!

Odeon itself is great however just Nando’s left to eat is typical Wrexham. Shame my home town is a shadow of its former self. Maybe Ryan Reynolds will get Wrexham back on the map

not happy went to cinema and got told my 25 pound voucher which was bought for me as a present was out of date since april. people are buying and using these gift cards and they should not be allowed to do this. i was very upset . its not right. i would advice people not to buy gift cards . as cinema making money out of them when you have not been able to use it before hand . AVOID BUYING VOUCHERS AS PRESENTS.

Good cinema, no real complaints (apart from the expensive food and drink.) Have a good selection and easy to find.

Certainly not a place to doze off. The volume too loud for my sensitive hearing. 🙉

Visit was during covid rules. Very safe and easy to follow directions. The staff make you feel safe and were very helpful all the way. The experience was still there but in much safer environment. I enjoyed the film without feeling it was too busy.

Convenient parking for the cinema. The other shops seriously let eagles meadows down. A lot of shops closed
