    Very narrow and crowded store. No opportunity to spend time choosing what to buy before you have to move out of the way as only one person width! Shame as the book selection is good and reasonably priced.

    Good shop with range of stationery and books available. There's a post office upstairs, which is very handy! All staff friendly and very helpful

    A great shop. Alot on offer. Postoffice is situated upstairs. There are stairs or lift to access upper floor. Staff very friendly. Well lite. No toilet facilities on the premises

    Mostly use the post office and found the staff to be excellent. Had one recent experience where a gentleman was a little difficult to understand but was still very friendly and we managed to get through what was needed.

    Great high street store. Bought a map of Europe for my dad and a diary for 2019. Love that they still sell some pretty old fashioned items

    Go somewhere else for passport check. 3rd attempt and i finally got mine sent off after the member of staff didnt tell me what 8 needed correctly so had to go back again

    Great store, run by great people considering they have hardly any staff. Always clean and tidy and the staff are very polite

    I went to get some stationaries and got myself a ruler and 2 different sharperasers and was overcharged. Should have cost around £6-£7 total but was charged almost £10 (£9.97). Better to get school supplies from somewhere else.

    Picked up a very basic Christmas card. Took it to the till expecting it to be, at most, £2. Instead it flashed up as £6.50! Total rip off, left it and went over the road to Card Factory.
