If this is the best Indian restaurant in Wales then it's doesn't say much for the other restaurants! The decor and service are good but the food let the side down miserably. This is basically a standard curry house with fancy surroundings.

A decent experience. Very professional service. Parking wasn't easy to find. Food was served promptly and the quality was good. I did expect larger portions, especially for the king prawns. Would I return for round 2? Yes

I was very busy. So proves they serve good food. We really enjoyed the food. £15 for a 3 course meal. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. Will go again.

How this place can be voted one of the best in North Wales is beyond me. We ordered a delivery (order No:2784891) which firstly turned up late (not the restaurants fault but their delivery partner), and then the incorrect main dish was sent - it should have been a Chicken Pathia, but you will see from the photo, it was lamb (or boot leather), not sure which. Tried to call them on the night, but no answer. Sent them an email (twice), still have not responded, phoned again the day after, managed to speak to someone, who advised that 'the boss' would call back on Tuesday when they were less busy. Guess what, no phone call happened. Given the current economic climate, it was a rare treat to order a take out, and not cheap, and the least one should expect is what was ordered. Now I know mistakes can happen, after all we are only human, but it is how mistakes are dealt with that really matters. To be ignored is not acceptable. Given the overpriced, foul food, the lack of any customer service, then if I could give a nil star review I would. In future, I will be using Black Peppers or Anise and will never entertain iJazz again.

Excellent menu with really different choices. Had a choke for starter which is like a potato croquette. You can have veggie or chicken or lamb. Delicious! Well worth a visit. Great find!

This has got to be one of the best places I've ever been for an Indian meal. The staff were brilliant the food was excellent. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great evening everyone.

Do not go! We waited an hour and twenty five minutes whilst watching countless takeaway orders leaving the kitchen and at least four tables that arrived after us being served! Eventually a waiter realised and told us it would be two minutes! As if it would be two minutes so we left and had. A kebab on the way home! Goodbye I Jazz, we won't be coming back!

My husband and I ate here after the Wrexham game on recommendations from the locals. It did not disappoint. The food was fantastic and just what we needed. The staff was very nice and on top of things. The manager was especially warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Perfect experience. Travelled to Wrexham to see the football for my son’s birthday. Went here after for dinner and can’t speak highly enough of the experience. Food was fantastic, but we were made to feel so special also. Service was perfect, great table, friendly, and they made my son a birthday dessert. I’ve eaten in many I dian restaurants, this is my top 3. If you’re in the area then pay them a visit, you won’t regret it.

Went as a last minute in Valentines Night. Disappointed there was only a set menu and the choice was limited. Service was poor and food was far below what we expected. Dirty dishes piled up on the side where we were sat and wasn’t even offered the full menu. How this place won awards is beyond me Also - just a hint. Fix the gents toilet, it’s an embarrassment. Truly awful

Staff always so lovely and professional. Temperature taken on entry (a first for me). Service excellent as always, Coronavirus precautions adhered to but did not take away from usual good service. Food wonderful as always. Highly recommended. Well done! XX

Great food, good portion size and lovely flavors my main point around this review is the timings. Tonight was the third time ordering from Ijazz on Wrexham eats and it's the third time the food has arrived over 30 minutes late and not very warm. Thankfully I preheated my oven ready this time so I could warm it once it arrived. The biggest annoyance thought, whenever I call the restaurant, no matter if its 5 minutes late or 40 minutes late, the stock answer is "the driver left 10 minutes ago, he will be with you any minute". I hold ijazz as the best quality Indian food in North East Wales , the delivery issues and communication issues are very disappointing.

We had a meal on a quiet night (the day before an offer was on so I imagine most patrons were picking that night instead). We had a lovely meal. The dishes were delicately spiced. On the milder side. They obviously feel confident in the spice blend not to blast your taste buds which some other places tend to do. It was delicious.

I've been here on a number of occasions with a group and had excellent service. Not so, this time, when I was a solo diner. At no point was I asked if I had enjoyed my meal/was enjoying my meal. When paying my bill, there was a total lack of please and thank yous. The contrast couldn't have been starker. I won't be going again.

Went here week ago whilst in area. Had been here several years previous & meal was excellent. This visit certainly lived up to expectations. We eat curry weekly & this was one of the best we've had. My other half had chicken vinderloo, I had chicken madras, lovely sauce & loads of chicken. Very attentive , friendly waiters, lovely interior and very chilled out background music, so much so we asked for name of disc. Will definitely go back if we're in Wrexham again.

Service lovely with a nice atmosphere. Main courses a bit of a mixed bag but staff very quick to rectify the problem. Will not dwell on the issue I had because what I eventually ate was hot, spicy and absolutely lovely. Would certainly come back here.

Surprised and impressed by this Indian Restaurant. Seems most of the people I know have been and rated it but I'd never really fancied it and always thought (perhaps unfairly) that it didn't look very inviting from the outside. I was wrong.. tasteful decor, great service, lots of staff on hand, reasonably priced, and the food itself I couldn't fault. Would have given 5 stars but we did have quite a wait for our food - not long enough to put me off going again though, and in fairness they were very busy so I didn't mind too much. Wish I'd have gone sooner now.

We ordered lamb karai with chapathis . We didn’t like the taste at all. It has some kind of weird flavour. Quantity was not enough/ the box was not even full.

What fantastic friendly service. The food was plentiful and delicious. I don't know where the review claiming, long waits and small portions where about, it certainly was not iJazz. We ordered Lamb Jalfrezi and Chicken Madras with pilau and keema pilau rice. There was absolutely enough to eat and the flavours were fantastic. Highly recommend, too good to bother with the camera.

It's been a while since we've had an Indian takeaway. Ijazz is our go to everytime...and they did not disappoint. Delivered before estimated time, super hot temp and super tasty. Highly recommended A*

Stringy overcooked chicken! Poor show tonight after having about five excellent meals before hand. Not sure if the chef is having an off day or if the usual chef is currently away but that was shockingly bad. I genuinely could have cooked a better curry staying at home and saved myself the 20 quid. Also there was about eight pieces of chicken in the curry. It was a takeaway so I hope the people in the restaurant are having a better meal than I just did! I’m a very honest person and say it as I see it

The food was nice. The service however was very hit and miss. We was a largish group (12 people) the drinks were brought to our table one or 2 at a time, 3 times the wrong drink was brought over. Took 25 minutes for us all to actually get a drink and this was because we had to keep reminding the waiters that we was still missing drinks. Based on this experience I would only use here for a takeaway.

Had a takeaway for the first time visiting. The rice was lovely but both curries were thin sauces, not a lot of chicken on one. The king prawns were lovely - the only highlight. Will definitely not eat there again or recommend it.

I have eaten here since it opened and the food is very good, BUT the menu pricing is deceptive. It states 20% off for a take away but that is actually built into the menu price,,, shame. Food is good but watch the pricing, I would not go back. Maybe it is trying to make up for the C19 issue?

Food was delicious. Had two starters, two mains, rice, naan bread all very tasty. Two big cobra beers for me and two large glasses of white wine for my wife and it all came in under £70. Service was ok. Seemed VERY keen to get out order taken asap. Would definitely recommend Ijazz and will be going back.

Absolutely excellent food, with staff who are friendly and committed to what they do- you always get the sense that the staff there really believe in the business and really care about their customers. Nice and relaxed atmosphere, or perfect for collection - with the most flavorful and excellent Indian curries I've ever had. iJazz has earned its stellar reputation - but also is humble enough to have excellent prices for the magnificent food you get. Really not to be missed. I'm so grateful this place exists in my home town.

Very disappointed. Ordered food , came 40 min later delivery But was freezing cold chips awfull , curry’s awfull worst Indian we had in a long time Very overpriced Won’t be ordering again.

Staff couldn't get the drinks order right asked them three times and still couldn't get it right. Food order wasn't much better the mains arrived before the starter and when we received the mains it was the same as before the starter so it wasn't hot. And when we asked for the bill they gave it to the table next to us and they hadn't ordered yet.

My favourite Indian in the area. Excellent choice of dishes, curries, sides and breads to choose from. Great food with friendly staff. A great meal every time topped off with a free shot at the end, highly recommend!

First time at IJazz this evening. Very good. Food tasty. Service prompt. Four of us visited. Poppadoms. Mains. Couple of Naans and Mushroom Pilau. Beers and a glass of wine. Bill was just over £70. Excellent value. Would certainly visit again. 👍

Always awesome when either eating in or take away. Caters for all ages and dietary requirements. Really good selection too, including seafood options.
