Lovely staff. Food was amazing. For my Grandad they changed his meal so he would be suited to his spice level. Hygiene is good. Drinks are all amazing.

Decided to go to this restaurant based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. Later our Hotel supervisor told us this was his restaurant of choice. Staff were so friendly and were willing to make a curry to personal requirements.

Ordered a take away under new Covid restrictions, paid online. A nice man i(n a mask) took our name and 2 minutes later another nice man (also in a mask) brought us our food. I didn't leave the car and the food was lovely.

Not what i was expecting - ordered Tuna starter - expected a small tuna steak - I received I think tuna flakes in curry sauce. Not for me. Fish for main - again not a whole fish as I was expecting, all chopped up and liquidated again not for me Not overly impressed at all...

Enjoyed our takeaway food, easy to use online ordering, food was ready for the time chosen. We have visited Anise on a number of occasions for a takeaway and have been very happy each time. When placing the order by phone staff have always been pleasant and helpful

Living in Spain this is my first time back here in a few years. Still a great place to enjoy a curry, excellent menu, fantastic food and great service. A throughly enjoyable evening.

First visit Very busy upon entering. Wednesday special priced menu Staff very professional. Great service without fuss or pressure. I had the chicken jalfrezi. Delicious. Wine Chile Merlot £15 for the bottle. When you consider other restaurants price's. Anyway first visit. Nothing to complain about. So much so have booked again for later this month on a different night. Finger's crossed same results both staff and food wise

Whilst the venue and decor are a little odd, you can not fault the food and the service. Our party had a wide variety of dishes and all were superb. We had a young baby in our party and the staff were absolutely lovely with her and her parents. They topped of an excellent birthday meal with a surprise indoor firework and complimentary shot....very dramatic!! Car parking to the rear. Take care leaving the roundabout for the car park, on coming traffic never seems to expect cars to be entering the car park.

Enjoyed a number of takeaways from Anise. Definetely the best curry house in Wrexham. Food is always delicious and good quality. Naans and popadoms are good size, freshly made and taste lovely. Large variety of curry's to choice from. Great portion size for the price.

It is definitely the best Indian restaurant in Wrexham. I'm happy to try this after some disappointing outings to taste good Indian food in Wrexham. The starters, mains and desserts were tasty and reasonably priced. Service was also excellent. Keep going.

Placed an order for collection. Pick up was really easy and quick. I ordered here after seeing the extensive amount of vegan options.. and the food? Absolutely phenomenal! My favourite curry is a mushroom pathia and it was absolutely beautiful. Great amount of spice, plenty of flavour and the rice (mushroom rice) was so soft and tasty! I've just come back from a week away for work purposes and the rice was softer than the pillows at my hotel. 5*. Thank you Anise!

Been here for dinner with a birthday party. The food is good but better suited to local spice levels. The naan was fluffy and tasted great. Their portion sizes for the mains can be better for the price. They have parking, facilities and a separate bar. They have designated seating arrangements for larger groups.

Just picked up a chicken biriani from here for tonight's take away and the vegetable curry that comes with it is the worst I have ever had. Tub was half full and it was mostly sauce hardly any vegetables just several peices of mushroom and a tiny piece of potato! I live 12 miles away so hardly going to return it and will probably not buy one again either. Very disappointed especially when it has such good reviews it swayed me to try it 😕

Disappointing!!! Food was awful! I ordered butter chicken which I love and have had from other Indian restaurants, what they gave me I can only say tasted like a bad chicken korma with about 4 pieces of chicken in it, very poor, the taste of coconut was really overpowering no ghee in sight!! Can’t fault the staff though they couldn’t do enough. Doubt we’ll be going back there in a hurry as the food was such a big let down.

Found this place just by searching on Google and was not disappointed. It's probably the best Indian I've had for years. Food was hot and plentiful and reasonably priced. If we are ever in the area again and fancy an Indian meal, we will be back
