Quite literally the worst takeaway I have ever had. Pizza I ordered was awful. The dough was completely raw. They honestly don't know how to cook food properly. The staff are ignorant and will just give you abuse. They only stay open because they get lots of business from people stumbling out of nightclubs at 4am. DO NOT order here, it's the worst takeaway you will ever have. Don't believe me? Read all the other reviews!

Me and my partner ordered a couple of pizzas. One was 7'' and the other was 9''. One margarita with sweetcorn and the other was a Chicken Sweetcorn. Delivered in time , but the pizzas are under cooked and very soggy. Basically it has no crust as you expect on a pizza. Tried phone them and told them that the pizzas looked very under cooked. They said that it is not possible as the ovens they use are automatic and i was wrong. Then he said that he will not take the complaint i had and just hung up. Definitely taking peoples advice and will not eat the food here as me and my partner will not risk food poisoning from them.

Ordered for my mate and I, waited an hour for the food to be delivered, they said I had put the wrong address in when I clearly know my address well enough so I had to go outside and run down the road for my food at 2am... The pizzas were absolutely disgusting when I got back home and I binned the lot it was all soggy and crushed due to mishandling. The only good thing out of this was the garlic bread that I never ordered which they gave me for free. I should've read the reviews before buying. Hopefully my review will prevent you from making the same mistake as I did...

After waiting an hour and a half for food, we received the most disgusting meat. Ordered the mixed kebab and it was vile. Wouldnt have ordered but it was one of the only places open late. Never again. Will stick with Charcoal grill.

This place is absolutely disgusting!!! There seems to be prices for delivery and then prices for walk in’s especially if you are drunk! Went there last night got a 9’ garlic bread with cheese a small chips and a bottle of water…. £14!!!!!!!!! When I asked for the receipt they totally blanked me. They’re very rude and make up prices as they go along. Appalling service you should be ashamed of yourselves

I ordered from here as years ago the food was quite good. The chips were stale and genuinely not eatable. The burger was so soggy, lettuce was yellow, and the bun was burnt. I could taste beef on the chicken burger so not a pleasant experience at all. I would definitely not be ordering again!

I promised myself that I would not order from here before, but since there is no other restaurant open at night, I gave it here and they really developed themselves very well, you won me again, now I will always continue to order from you, thank you guys.

I ordered a large donner kebab and they charged me £8.00 . The man at the counter kept putting his fingers in his mouth and touching his lip and then touched the food without washing his hands . It was a disgusting experience also the donner kebab was like rubber I chucked it all in the bin . 20/01/23- please avoid !!!

£4.80 for the cheapest ingredients to chips and cheese with very watery mayo! Major problem the chips were undercooked. Hope the money funds a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 1. Available for £10 online. AVOID

If i could give this place a negative rating i would! We ordered the Pizza deal… The Pizza boxes were crushed, pizza was burnt and doughy at the same time, grease was dripping out the boxes. The Chicken Wings.. After the off chance of my phone torch going off we noticed white hairs all over our chicken wings, put us off all the food, unhygienic and disgusting. Chips were stale and burnt, no care taken, polystyrene boxes were cracked on the lid section, obviously no care was taken while delivering. Salad was dripping olive oil, leaking out of the box which surprisingly was still in tact. Overall an awful experience and food, left is feeling ill, and food binned. Waste of money would strongly advise to steer clear of this place.

I was very reluctant to order from here because of all the negative reviews however I gave them a go tonight when nowhere else was open. The food was amazing, everything was cooked to perfection and arrived earlier than expected. Makes me question if I ordered from the same place as these reviews, they have seriously stepped up their game and I can't recommend them more!

I order 2 pizza and I ask for garlic base because I'm allergic to tomato. I collect it but when I reach home I realise my pizzas have tomato base. Had to throw it out would be nice if I get some refund or pizza but garlic base this time;(

Would not even give this place one star, waited over 3 hours for the food it finally came after ringing 4 times when the food came it was all disgusting and soggy and cold wouldn’t even give it to my dog DEFINITELY WONT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!

Had two pizzas that were tasty.also had chips and curry ( not worth putting the curry on ) what bit was on was nice.would of got 5 star if more curry was on chips...

They got my order completely wrong! I was looking forward to a Hawaiian-no pineapple, looking forward to a BBQ chicken- no chicken, no sweetcorn! Got pepperoni and mushrooms, rediculous! Absolutely appalled.

Ordered food said it would be here in 20 mins and didn’t turn up absolute rubbish wouldn’t recommend it at all, suing them as I didn’t get my food and has really annoyed me, absolute joke. Food awful anyway

Apparently you get a drop of sauce when you ask for it and chips cheese and gravy comes without gravy. Why skimp on the cheapest part of the meal?

Ordered from here via wrexham eats, half my £34 order came, rang straight away to be told the food was cooked and sent out, i explained what items where missing to be then called a liar then have the phone put down on me. I then left it 30mins to ring back to ask for a refund like what it says on wrexham eats to be shouted at he cant refund me as the manager aint there to issue 1 then to have the phone put down on me. Ive also contact wrexham eats to take matter further and had no look. Twice ive had missing items from flame. 1st time i let it go as was somethin small but to have half my order missing this time round, i can honestly say i wont be using them again and as they full of lies,very dishonest and dont appreciated being shouted at as im a paying customer and having the phone put down on me.

Very poor experience tonight.. We ordered over Flames own webpage at 6pm tonight... Received email confirming order and money taken.. So wait till just after 7, call shop and gave name and address to be told its on way 5 mins. Leave it 25 mins and ring and check again to be told same thing. Its made and on way! Ring again at 8:15 to see what has happened to then be told its near and then say no I'd just like a refund. Get manager or owner to be told, drivers are struggling with deliveres to then be told my order wasn't there! The websites down now!!!!! Why why lie??? Only needed to either say collect if a problem or the truth it wasn't there the order!!?! Then to be told we have to go into the shop to collect refund! Annoyed and Disappointed

OMG ! I should of read the reviews first , first time we ordered from there it was chicken and curly fries , the chicken skin rubbed off like paste and the meat was grey and pink , the curly fries were soggy . We decided to give them a second chance , yet again the burger was really soft and the bap was dry and burnt. Their doner meat was like burnt rubber and the lettuce was yellow and slimy . I think this place just caters to the drunks who don't know better. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!

Ordered food from them for my daughters 18th birthday treat. Food was tasteless & cold. Phoned to complain when I finally got through to them after numerous attempts. staff was abrupt & un professional. Would not order from these again. Spend your money somewhere else Absolute terrible food & service

Ordered 4 pizzas last night. Started eating them with the family and realised very quickly they were moldy, couldn't see it but could definitely taste it. Tried to get in touch with them straight away and no answer. Tried again today, got through and explained what went on etc (still have the pizzas for proof), but they did NOT want to know. No refund and not even an apology. Won't be going back EVER. Disgusting!

Terrible food and even worse customer service. Order was 3 pizzas and they got one right the other 2 were wrong. I called to complain and was shouted at and told food was ok! Well back to Papa Johns!
