Ordered some food for home delivery some food was missing I phoned to tell them and they told me I was wrong everything was sent because the person on the phone made the order himself awful customer service and not worth the money £9.80 they charged for this and its ment to come with chip but apparently they are on there

10 quid for 3 sausages and a Large potion of chips 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 barely enough chips for a small child!! Would be fuming if it wasn't so hysterical when we had when we opened it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 but yeah... won't be coming back ... think your chip scoop is broke if not your definitely ripping people off ... but I enjoyed my quarter of a chip butty

I'm sorry to say.... But AVOID!! Such a shame because the food is good but the delivery is awful!! You'll wait an hour and a half for a £20 order, that being 40 mins later than they inform you. It's just not acceptable. You ring up only to be informed that the food is leaving in '5 minute's'... Further 20 later.. still nothing. This has been the case on multiple occasions.. get another driver!!! Last time ordering for here.

Ordered online the mixed Doner Munchbox & the Salt and Pepper Chicken Doner kebab. The Munchbox was really good but the Salt and Pepper Kebab was amazing really tasty. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating as we had turned up for collection early. Definitely be coming back for more.

Super tasty food! Really nice. Downsides are that they take absolutely forever to deliver, and the portion sizes are quite small, but the food is great!

One of the best kebabs in Wrexham for sure! The pitta bread is so tasty and I am almost certain it’s homemade (definitely tastes homemade). Great portion sizes and good value for money. The chicken is always tender and the food is always hot on arrival or pick up. The cheesy garlic bread is always cooked to perfection and is very tasty. Staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t go to any other kebab house! Had from here 3 times and not had a bad experience.

Food here I always find is lovely, fish must be one of the nicest in Wrexham, however my only complaint is how slow the service is. Sometimes after going in the shop & ordering it can be 10 minutes or more before they actually put the food in to cook. It appears to me they concentrate on online orders rather than people coming into the shop for food. They will lose a lot of walk in trade if they don't change their ways. Most other establishments you are in & out even waiting for items to be cooked in 10 minutes, here you can be here for nearly 30 minutes. The owner is very friendly but needs to cut the waiting times sharply.

Went into the shop today, been 2 times already and staff was friendly expect one lady who is always rude, looks upset and grumpy, and tasty food but today when I went with my family my partner ordered large fish and chips and the lady who served us says there is only one size but menu is saying small and large size. When my partner enquired about the size of the fish as it looks like a small size staff said it’s a large fish and chips are tasting horrible staff also said it’s change of ownership but same staff. Service and the food has gone down hill since we last visited. There is no option for zero star, 0000000star. Disgusting 🤢 I never coming again to this shop.

Decided to try chip o Dee as our regular chip shop was closed , this is by far the best fish and chips I have ever tried , the fish was massive and the chips were amazing , very friendly and super fast delivery, chip o Dee is definitely going to be my regular chippy 😊

We've ordered twice now for delivery, and the food is great. We've used a few kebab shops around Wrexham and I'd genuinely say this was the best. I love a kebab in a naan bread, and it was fresh. The chips were proper chippy chips too, hot and fresh as well. From ordering to delivery was 30 mins, awesome!

Staying just outside Wrexham so had a look at reviews for kebab shops. This place seemed to be getting good reviews, so we gave it a whirl. It's was your type kebab stuff We had 12" pizza,Cheese burger & Donner meat & chips. All very acceptable ,and would use again if in the area

Took half an hour for 2 fish and chips… I was served straight away so I’m not 100% sure why I had to wait so long for a simple order?

I can say that it is the only take away shop to go to in Wrexham. Same freshness and same taste every time. Service quality, price and employee interest are always at the highest level.

Chips are absolutely gorgeous but very small portions, fish is massive and lovely, donner wraps are very tasty, I order from here quite regular because the food is really good

Horrible service. Horrible staff member being rude to us the whole time. I'm not one to write reviews but this was so much done for no reason whatsoever. Wrong order to fill the boxes and was incredibly rude. Burn food. Horrible portions. Would not recommend anyone coming here, has really gone downhill recently. Will not be dining here again.

Order arrived with things missing. Asked for sauce separate from the food but was poured over it. When we to the shop about the missing items owner was rude and unhelpful

We had our first food delivered from here last night. Cheese burgers with chips and curry. Omg The Nicest I've ever had, delicious!!! We will be using you again, but, hopefully next time you won't be 35/40 minutes late!!!

We had the and chip, burger and kebab meat and chips. The fish was cooked freshly (took a while but well worth waiting for). Everything was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. It was a Friday when we went and even though it was busy we got served quickly. I'll definitely be returning.

Waited 2 hours for a delivery my kebab was wrong no where near what I ordered. I rang them they made me a new one straight away waited 15 minutes. So 2 hours and 15 minutes for the right kebab. Chips were barely even warm.

Had a mixed kebab special, asked for a little bit of chilli sauce amd garlic mayo, £8.20 and they absolutely ruined it by drowning the kebab in the sauces. The whole lot wa soaked through with it, it ended up in the bin as I couldn't scrape it off. Such a shame and a waste. Returned with the other half a couple of days later, asked for the sauces in pots amd was charged extra for this. But the kebab meat and chips were lovely. Shame about 1st impressions. Staff could also learn how to smile and be pleasant. But I suppose it is what it is..

Food tasted great but waited 2 hours for delivery. Rang after an hour and a half for an update and just got told that they were busy and it would be another 20 minutes, maybe more. It's not a great look for a first-time customer.

Salt and Pepper chips ordered x2. Was the worst portion ever at £ 3.50, plus they were sprinkled with JUST Chinese 5 Spice !! No Onions No Chilli. Just A Sprinkle Of Chinese 5 Spice 🤢 Poor Is An .. Understatement. Pathetic To Be Honest. Very Annoyed!!@

So, this is the second time we have been to Chip O Dee 2. We have had the same meal each time. We ordered the meal for two, which consists of 2 x small kebabs, bag of chips and a 7" pizza. And two drinks. You can have chicken doner or lamb doner or mixed kebabs. They say small kebabs but unless you're a 25 stone bottomless pit the kebabs are enough! And they were really good! The pizza was good too. Chips are a bit greasy but also tasty. I can't comment on any of the other food they offer but this meal deal is good value and very tasty. Hopefully the portion sizes are not generous because they've just opened.

Even outside the proper pizza places, ie Dominoes etc, these are THE best pizzas in Wrexham. I suggest the doner chicken chilli pizza with a garlic base, absolute peng. I won't go to another pizza place again.

Food is alright but delivery took TWO HOURS on a Tuesday night and I live 10 minutes away, do better!!!

Pizza and garlic bread was lovely, but ordered salt and pepper chips as well, that was a waste, chips were very greasy and they really need to nip across to fongs and see what proper salt and pepper chips look and taste like! Couldn't taste any salt or pepper, could just see about 10 tiny grains of ground black pepper that had been added to 5 or so chips, so that is a bit of a con really

Thought this was a proper fish n chip shop but it's got more of a kebab,pizza shop vibe to it. The chips are proper chips not frozen Fries and are nice. But I would'nt call it a traditional chippy but still got nice food is open on Sundays and delivers.

Quick delivery 20 minutes before quoted time, big fish, plenty of chips, friendly driver.

Just had fish & chips from here for the 1st time it was lovely and the currys nicest we have had it was delivered and still hot cant fault it 👍

Just ordered 2 pizzas. Very tasty. Made fresh and nearly half the price of the brand pizza takeaways. Not a criticism but I do not think they were as big as the XL pizzas from the main brands. All the family really enjoyed them and we will use again.

Food is amazing, I've had pizza , kebab, fish and chips from there, all very good quality and tasty. Highly recommend Chipodee , good prices too.

What has gone wrong? Used to us this chippy before change of ownership but will not again. I have given the new owners several chances but so disappointed. Chip portions are so tiny and expensive compared to the competition and a couple of times they have tasted of old oil burnt oil. Shocking!!!!!! Never again
