Horrendous. Microwave rice egg fried and the rest was poor.

Possibly the worst Chinese I have ever had. Over cooked and over priced

Yesterday, we had Sweet and Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style - never again! The chicken was tough and the sauce was tasteless with just two small pieces of pepper and a single slice of onion. Very disappointing

Website says they accept card but actually they don't. Anyone that doesn't accept card after the pandemic is a tax dodge. Pay your taxes like the rest of us, scabs.

Wow £52 for what cost me £32 few months ago. And that was way more than other places. When I finally pick myself off the floor I won't be returning

I've been going to Fongs Garden for over 3 years now and never once had a problem.. until today. I'm not someone who will write somewhere off over a simple mistake, everyone makes them. I am however someone who will vote with their money when they get terrible customer service. Loyal customer for over 3 years and they forgot to put a bag of chips in our order. Now that wasnt the problem, the problem was when we went back and asked what they were prepared to do to help us out given that I'd now done 2 five mile round trips, one because of their mistake. They were only prepared to give 10% off the next meal, which, to a customer of 3 years by itself was a little insulting given that it wont cover the extra extortionate fuel costs next time I go in there for a meal for one. Not only that, but when the bag of chips was given over, there was no apology, and when we got home we realised how small the portion of chips was we'd been given. Roughly half what I usually get when ordering. This compounded with the fact that my mother and brother had ordered with me wanting to try Fongs, and the fact that the food was not only bad today, but watery leads me to the inevitable conclusion... I will NOT be going back there again. Its a real shame that they dont seem to care about their customers. Not even an apology off the guy. I'd never had an issue in all the time going to them for my meals until today, and to be treated so badly with such poor portions and terrible quality has really left a bad taste in my mouth, not just the food.

Disgusting will never go there again big grey hair in my chips so I threw them away and put 1 as being an accident then while eating my runny horrible over priced chicken curry found 2 more long grey hairs in my food the rice was a square lump that was stuck together not nice used to love it from here the taste has changed also not nice avoid over priced and horrible

Best Chinese takeaway in Wrexham. Never a bad experience after years of visiting. Singapore vermicelli is superb.

Superb Chinese takeaway, they never seem to properly fry the rice, it's closer to boiled. But everything else is lush, never had a bad meal from here.

Recieved my order but not impressed with the beef curry it was that watery had to use a spoon very dissapointed as was recommended to me.

Had special satay Thursday night just before ten at night then Friday night I was getting stomach pains and then sick going to toilet all through the night now it’s Sunday still have bad stomach pains never in my life going to eat from there again

Worst Chinese in wrexham just under 40 pound for 2 salt and pepper boxes which was inedible as everything other than the chips was rock hard! 1 egg fried rice and 1 bbq spare ribs, absolutely vile and complete rip offs

First time trying them today. Food was very bland. The sweet and sour chicken just tasted sour, the chicken was so tough too. I must say very disappointed. Will not be going again!

Fongs garden has went really downhill. Honestly, this may be one of the worst Chinese takeaways I've had. The chowmein was as bland as anything. The noodles have changed since ive last been (a fair while ago) and now taste of generic supermarket rubbish. Chicken balls with sweat & sour was even worse. Tough outside, overly greasy inside with an underwhelming taste, really bad. The chips were standard but nothing special, you can get better and cheaper from most places. My advice, go somewhere else. Fongs Garden are more expensive than other places, with far worse food. 1* may be a bit harsh, but I can't justify giving it any higher, it was just bad.

can't fault it. everything we ordered was absolutely gorgeous. especially loved the rice.

The food is okay from here, but they use far too much salt in the sauces, I have beef and mushroom sometimes the gravy is so salty it's over powering, chicken wings with salt and pepper is the same, someone is heavy handed with the salt put it down. Staff on the reception are friendly. Really overpriced

By far the best Chinese Take away in Wrexham. Have read some bad reviews, but can't understand why. Have been numerous times since first trying earlier in the year. Simple to order online, pay with PayPal and it's ready in 20min for pickup. Always hot and every meal I've had has been great quality. Not tried delivery service yet though.

1st time ordering from here and it has knocked spots off most I've tasted. Not disappointed with any of our order. Absolutely beautiful.

My fellas new Chinese favourite. 10/10 great food super fast delivery polite all-around great. Great Prices with delivery from Borris to Wrexham. My fiance loved his special curry extra spicy with fried rice. I can't wait to try a sweet and sour chicken or beef chow main. Was proper jealous when his came I tried some but to hot for ME wish I was hungry today and not a wuss with spice. Be back tomorrow it's my turn next. Kind regards, Sarah and Craig
