I've
been
going
to
Fongs
Garden
for
over
3
years
now
and
never
once
had
a
problem..
until
today.
I'm
not
someone
who
will
write
somewhere
off
over
a
simple
mistake,
everyone
makes
them.
I
am
however
someone
who
will
vote
with
their
money
when
they
get
terrible
customer
service.
Loyal
customer
for
over
3
years
and
they
forgot
to
put
a
bag
of
chips
in
our
order.
Now
that
wasnt
the
problem,
the
problem
was
when
we
went
back
and
asked
what
they
were
prepared
to
do
to
help
us
out
given
that
I'd
now
done
2
five
mile
round
trips,
one
because
of
their
mistake.
They
were
only
prepared
to
give
10%
off
the
next
meal,
which,
to
a
customer
of
3
years
by
itself
was
a
little
insulting
given
that
it
wont
cover
the
extra
extortionate
fuel
costs
next
time
I
go
in
there
for
a
meal
for
one.
Not
only
that,
but
when
the
bag
of
chips
was
given
over,
there
was
no
apology,
and
when
we
got
home
we
realised
how
small
the
portion
of
chips
was
we'd
been
given.
Roughly
half
what
I
usually
get
when
ordering.
This
compounded
with
the
fact
that
my
mother
and
brother
had
ordered
with
me
wanting
to
try
Fongs,
and
the
fact
that
the
food
was
not
only
bad
today,
but
watery
leads
me
to
the
inevitable
conclusion...
I
will
NOT
be
going
back
there
again.
Its
a
real
shame
that
they
dont
seem
to
care
about
their
customers.
Not
even
an
apology
off
the
guy.
I'd
never
had
an
issue
in
all
the
time
going
to
them
for
my
meals
until
today,
and
to
be
treated
so
badly
with
such
poor
portions
and
terrible
quality
has
really
left
a
bad
taste
in
my
mouth,
not
just
the
food.
