Terrible don’t bother ordered. 2 hours later still no show up claimed it was delivered. Trying to phone and have tired for over 10 minutes, just saying user busy. Absolutely useless.

Disgusting. Fried chicken was so dry and my boyfriend couldn’t even bring himself to eat his kebab (he never leaves food, especially after a few beers!!) don’t go here. So not worth it. Never regretted ordered food so much. Waste of money. This place should be shutdown.

Horrible meal. Paid over £10 for chicken Donner meat and it was disgusting - could not even eat it. Ordered hot and spicy pizza - very doughy and barely any cheese and toppings. Waste of money

Got food delivered and it was late and sauce had leaked making the wrap for the kebab soggy, chips were also soggy and kebab which was basically a warm chicken salad. Avoid if it is the last place serving food in the whole world!

Food came luke warm, quarter pounder and chips were disgusting, ended up in bin. Rang to complain and didnt get an apology , avoid this place, food not worth the money you pay for, half the order wasnt right, when i mentioned it , she said it was

Ordered from them tonight took the order no issues then we were informed our food was currently on its way to us to then get a notification saying our order was cancelled with no explaination as to why very poor communication skills and very poor service (or lack of)

People dont bother honestly, delivered late and cold with no apology! Tried to contact the shop numerous times to find out where the food was and no one bothers answering the telephone. Also, dont use their own app, it states you can live chat when you actually cant, it's just a chat bot that tells you to ring the shop. Food was of a poor standard. Will take my custom elsewhere in future.

I can't get enough of their chicken it's absolutely beautiful. Much better than KFC in my opinion 😋😋

Just ordered food, it's arrived 30 mins later then the already 1 hour waiting time, and on arrival after paying for a large curry they sent a small curry so called them back to let them know they send us the wrong size curry, they kept insisting they sent a large and then hung up the phone on us. P.s I have photos of the size of the curry when I figure out how to upload them here I will

Always have great service from the team. Food is always hot upon delivery and any issues are quickly rectified. Our youngest's favourite place for popcorn chicken, he will not eat it from anywhere else. Thanks all, keep up the great work.

The first thing that impressed me was the friendly and welcoming staff who genuinely seemed to care about their customers. They were happy to explain the different options and offer recommendations to ensure that everyone had the best possible meal. Now, onto the chicken. The chicken here is absolutely delicious; juicy and tender with a crispy outer coating that is bursting with flavor. I tried the seasoned fries and was not disappointed, they perfectly complemented the chicken. The shop is also kept clean and tidy at all times, so there's no worry about hygiene standards being compromised. Overall, it was a great experience with tasty food, great service and affordable prices. In summary, this chicken shop in Wrexham is a must-visit for anyone who loves great tasting chicken. Ordered food 2 hours ago phoned up and was told it was on the way after 5 minutes of them not understanding my situation still hasn’t turned up and have no clue whether I’ll get my £15 back and sat here hungry waiting to eat would never order from here again as they haven’t bothered to pick the phone back up when I rang again

Called up to order and just keep saying sorry sorry and kept hanging up But anyways ordered it online and then waited for it for 1hour over the time called up and he said oh another 45mins So why accept the order if you can’t remember to fulfil them Absolute waste of time and money

I spend thousands a Yr there and still on bank Holiday wknds u rip me off knowing full well u cut off all calls for complaints that's 2 bank holidays on the run you will no longer get business off me

Ordered from here for a while now, food is always hot and cooked thoroughly. Great service, quick delivery, and IF a mistake occurs they resolve the problem straight away. Can’t fault them 👍🏻

If you ignore this place just because it's a stand alone outlet and you don't see a crowd then you're really missing out on all the deliciousness this place has to offer. It's my second time ordering food from here and I've to admit they never fail to impress. The BBQ Chicken Wings and all natural Chips are divine. I tried stopping myself from not eating all the chips at once but couldn't control my fingers going for one after the other. I will be ordering in the future as well. Hope they don't compromise with their food standards even then 🙂

There's was food missing called up and they were very sorry and sender out the food with some donuts

Terrible food, had food poisoning 25th Feb 2019 and now the owner is denying responsibility when confronted, even though they took over in March 2018. Place should be shut down.

Just had a dilvery the food was only warm when it got here it was 20 minutes late an the chicken was dry an seemed like it had been sitting a while, an the driver was very rude when i asked why it was late he said we are busy an this is the best time we could get it here very very abrupt. Wont be ordering from here again.
