    Absolutely shocking service, 3 out of 5 subways were wrong and despite being told my son had an allergy the woman was rude and couldn't care less. She obviously just wanted to go home! Luckily the other subways in Wrexham actually employ staff with customer service skills!

    Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff member was extremely rude (25/09/2023 at 6:30PM) and unwelcoming. Toaster was off as “we’re about to close” (30 minutes before closing time). I was unable to order 2x tuna footlongs as the staff couldn’t be bothered to refill the tuna as 30 minutes from closing (only enough for 1). Rushed and was not given any time to decide on an alternative. Staff member acted as though we were a problem and she was doing us a favor. We visited 30 whole minutes before closing, not within minutes (I would understand the frustration if this was the case) This place needs new management if she’s considered qualified to handle customers I would rather burn my money and eat the ashes than spend it at this Subway.

    Staff absolutely disgraceful, no customer service skills what so ever. Trainee girl absolutely clueless and vile behaviour. Would not recommend eating here at all.

    Absolutely awful! We bought 2, foot-long subs, to find there was a hair in both. We were both put off our food, therefore wasted near enough £10 on 2 sandwiches. The person behind the counter did not seem hygienic, which is was clearly reflected upon the hairs found in our food. Would not go to this one again; We are actually put off Subway for a while now!

    Was very disappointed as I had one a couple of weeks ago which I really enjoyed. Tasty but not value for money and poorly prepared. They was hardly any chicken in it. Not a happy customer

    Ordered a delivery from here today. Food was an hour late! Tried several times to ring them, no answer, requested a text update on the order, didn't get that either. When the driver finally arrived he couldn't be bothered to smile or even say hello, never mind apologise for the lateness. Appalling service and no manners at all from the driver! Won't use them again!

    Really like this Subway, the food presentation is a bit hit and miss, sometimes my Sub is amazing, other times it get chucked together depends on who you get, I really miss Helen who worked in there as she was a superb Sub maker, but I've never had issues at this branch.

    Ordered a meatball sandwich to be delivered, it arrived two hours late and was cold and it looked like it had been sat on rang to complain but they did not care , so i now cost them money as non of my family will use them also non of my officers too, plus rumours can cost a company a lot of mone y , this is a typical american franchise where money always comes first, one last thing my dog had the meatballs so you made a animal happy, here's hoping you close down soon

    Got my order wrong multiple times, bread was horrid and the "pigs in blankets" I got as a side was just 3 pieces of sausage and a small strand of bacon, never getting Subway again TLDR; Can be nice sometimes but not worth it

    Either we have staff in all the subways around Wrexham who like to close up hours before closing time, or the opening hours online AND those displayed on the doors of shops are incorrect.
