UPDATE UODATE , gave this place another try , ordered special burger with cheese and Doner kebab snd chips,, the special burger didn’t come with cheese , the Doner meat must of been standing for ages , it was dry and shrivelled up the Doner meat looked like big Junes toenails when I seen her walking up the high street with stilettos on 15 years ago ,, absolutely shocking ,, Must of changed owners the food has gone terrible used this place for over twenty years ,, never again ,, disgusting

I ordered a mix kebab which was not eatable as the chicken was hairy and raw. I have the impression that this kebab has was terrible quality and not to its standards, I will never go there again. I do not wish for anyone to eat this. This kebab is literally only hair and chicken skin, you can sell this to a drunk person because I will certainly not eat this sober.

Terrible takeaway. Ordered all salad, none arrived on kebab. Two hours from order to delivery and completely cold on arrival. Won’t order from here again.

Been ordering from this place since I was in high school about 15 years. Almost never had an issue with them. Kebabs are great, with decent amount of doner meat on them. Their chilli sauce is the best. This place is always my go to if I’m feeling hungry. Their pizzas are great too!

Absolute shocking. Ordered last night (17/12/21), said food would be an hour, phoned after 2 hours "on the way", phoned an hour later "on the way". I can understand they where busy, esp the time of the year but to be fobbed off twice and my order still NEVER arrived in inexcusable. Will never order from there again.

If I'm being honest, it was alright. They do give a good amount but I've had better doner kebabs.

Used to love central, but we’ve had 2 bad experiences with them now and will never go back. The first being hair in our food, followed by a load of abuse from the woman there. Then tonight called for delivery to be told 45minutes, after 2 hours the food arrives so my husband sends it back as we’ve waited two hours already for stone cold food, low and behold followed by yet more abuse from the woman that works there. Massively gone down hill recently.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the manager or owner. We ordered the mix chicken and donet kebab but on delivery no doner meat was on our order. We rang to inform them of the mid product to receive a barrage of abuse from the manager accusing us of lying about the order, I kindly asked for her to stop being rude to which she continued to raise her voice and screaming down the phone, we asked for the food to be sent and pay the difference, was told that hey would not deliver the food and hung up. I am absolutely disgusted and annoyed at the way we as paying customers have been treated. Will definitely be boycotting this outlet.

Unfortunately since Boss left the portions are very small. Meat was horrible in chicken doner kebab ,lots is skin and very little meet. Chips not fried and soggy. Seriously this needs changing otherwise this place will be soon closed. Don’t recommend.

Got wrong order and rang up, the female so called manage needs to learn a lot about professionalism. They have the nerve to deliver poorly prepared food then run their mouths down the phone. Wouldn’t feed their food to my dogs!!!

Ideal place to buy food after an evening of drinking in Wrexham. Take a taxi number, come here for food and go back for your taxi.

I come from Chester second time with my husband, trust me is the best fresh food, all guys from kebab shop is very friendly and we waiting 5 minutes for food. Definitely we will come back for another lovely food from you!❤️

When the guy behind the counter said I'd not manage the chef kebab... I had to prove him wrong... so I ordered a chips to go with it! Nice guy, funny too! Food was great!!!! Recommend!!!

Absolutely disgusting!! Waited over 2hrs for food to arrive with numerous phone calls made, to then it turning up cold! Will not being having food from here again 😡

Absolutely vile! Would prefer to leave 0 star rating! I have used this kebab shop for over 20 years and have always had a quality takeout. My son collected a kebab on my behalf and must say it way absolutely vile....dry, thin and tasteless...appreciated, it was 23.15pm but I would not expect this to be cut off left in pan to dry off! I would never buy from here again...0 rated....tip try chip o dee, holt road, Wrexham ...class! Central you have failed since been taken over!👎

I ordered food this evening and they gave me the wrong order BUT they instantly called me to inform me, luckily I had already seen it was wrong and turned up to the shop before I could answer. within a minute I had the correct order and they gave me the other pizza for free. Always friendly staff, very polite (even when I am miserable due to a long day they are still very gracious and social ) Thanks Central & I shall keep returning!

I used to rant and rave about Central, but no longer. Recently the taste of the Lamb Donna meat has changed, wherever they used to get their meat from was amazing, truly I would come here just for that delicious, juicy tasty meat, but now it has been replaced with dry cardboard. Ontop of this, the portion size of a "large" is now essentially a small. The nice old man whom I assumed owned the place used to pile the meat on, now I get a few sorry tasting flakes of meat. A true true shame about this, and I expect they will never change back, so I advise people now to go elsewhere, and seek out a new favourite.

Shocking customer service, Ordered food told a 40 minute wait, after an hour rang because had not received said food, to be told food was on its way. Rang back 20 minutes later because we still had not received the order to then be told that we hadn’t placed an order.

Ordered food tonight for me and my son, food was delivered an hour and a half late and chips were cold.

Why is every one hating the food I get the kebabs and they are BANGING 😋😋😋 love the food and reception say they will be half our.. foods hear in minutes butaful

We ordered burgers last night and my partner got sick and had all food poisoning symptoms. Having in mind that this was his only proper meal for the day, for sure won't order anything from that place.
