This was my order tonight I always ask for thin slices of kebab meat they do they normally very kind but the last 2 times not been nice at all I paid nearly 30 pound tonight and they surve me this what I cannot even eat I ring up and they say cannot do nothing can give u more bread it's wrong I would not let a dog eat this and sad to say cause this place was my favourite 😔

Avoid Me and my 6 year old son got food poisoning after eating from here. I was so bad that I has to be admitted to hospital. Dont think they follow proper procedures for defrosting food. Have made a complaint to trading standards and food and hygiene department too. They have no right to put people's lives at risk.

Hands down, the worst Indian takeaway I have ever had the displeasure of receiving. The Tikka Masala and Lamb Rogan Josh tasted like they were covered in salt, it was disgusting, let alone the measly portions of meat. The poppadoms were stale and cold upon receipt of them and the mint sauce was watery and looked like it was filled with oil. The chips ironically weren't remotely salty, but undercooked and mildly warm when delivered. The Naan bread looked like a supermarket bought product and again, arrived cold and somewhat soggy. In hindsight, I wish we had read some of the recent reviews prior to ordering, lesson learned.

The food arrived practically frozen and cold. Parts of the order were missing. These have beeen the worst tasting kebabs I've ever had in my entire life. Would highly recommend avoiding this place and save your money. The meat was old and bland and when reporting this back to the restaurant, they hung up the phone on us and refused to refund us and stated they'll send another order which never arrived. The 1 star rating on this is too high for the quality we received

Had a garlic naan Doner kebab wrap ,, terrible I was sick and my brother who had a donner wrap was also sick ,, never ever would I use this place again ,, could do with Deep clean aswell

Been searching for a new Indian meal for ages now and I think we have found one. Food was fast, hot and tasty. Good size and full of flavour. Well done to everyone at Eastern touch keep up your hard work 🤤🤪

the worst. can’t even give it a one star. man on the phone didn’t hear me correctly and kept saying my order wrong. told him no salad and to put ketchup on the burgers but when i went to collect, of course a big dollop of salad when i didn’t ask for it, and then no ketchup either. never had such horrible customer service, completely got my order wrong.

Came here after a night out and asked if they were doing any curries. The man said yes and I asked for a chicken madras and rice. After checking out the menu online I realise he over charged me by £5. On top of this, he served me chicken with passata sauce. It was terrible, expensive and we are not happy.

Ordered takeaway after a long time from Eastern Toych Wrexham. I did not think it was possible to get worse but it did. The Lamb Tikka starter had literal shreds of meat instead of regular size lamb pieces. The seekh kebabs were the size you get from those frozen kebabs not made on grill at the site. As for chicken Tikka well at least it was chicken Tikka but only 4 pieces in a large order. Please don't bother. Total rip off.

2nd time I’ve ordered and it’s been half an hour late .Also had no coleslaw so sent a tiny bit of salad instead !! Should have just refunded .Whole Oder was freezing cold and had to microwave it ,chips we’re definitely cooked more than once disgusting won’t order from there again after this I do not recommend .Said out for delivery for the half hour it was late so suspect it’s been in the car for that long with how cold it was it went in the bin.

Thought we would try Eastern Touch. The staff were good at taking the order. A bit of a wait with nowhere to sit. Food was ok but lacked in taste.

My husband ordered us food from here as we could not get hold of our usual Indian takeaway. I was very worried after reading reviews. Surprisingly, food arrived quickly and was hot (a good start) Rice was delicious, Currys okay, (veg bhuna and lamb bhuna) they were very salty and hardly any meat in the lamb one. Pashwari naan was over-sweet, almost caramelised, and am sure I found grains of sugar inside. Don't think we shall be ordering here again.

I got chicken curry and egg fried rice. it was quite cheap for the portion they give you. Tasted great and filled me up! Took only 20 mins to get food when picking up too. Happy customer :-)

After working late coming home feet up etc, only to get the wrong meal. Very disappointing, and when I've phoned to explain that the meal was wrong they hung up. I don't think I will order again.

I have had keebabs from all over wrexham, and I would say this is by far the worse I have ever had .The doner meat was cold everything else was hot but the chicken keebab was like eating rocks .It was tough and Dry.Gutted

Last night I received the most awful curry from this place. So poor that I didn't finish it. To add insult to injury, I have just written most the day off sitting on the toilet. I wish I'd saved it to hand over to the FSA, totally best avoided

Ordered a special mix kebab and found it terribly against my expectations. The donor kebab was awful as well. Will never ever order food from them.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!! Ordered a curry and poppadoms from here. Poppadoms were stail, chicken was pink! When phoned up to complain, I got told to microwave it and it will be ok to eat. When asked for a refund, was told that won't be happening and if I go down I will see that all their chicken is 'slightly' pink as that's the way he's been cooking it for 26 years, and then he had the cheek to hang up on me. Absolutely disgusting.

Awful! I can't give no stars! Very poor quality meat. ( rare bread chicken & not sure what the king prawns were?) Flavourless muddy madras. Charge extra for delivery without being on receipt . Read trip advisor first before ordering. This wins an award for the worst Indian meal I've ever had. Lucky we had a free bottle of coke to wash it down with !!!
