Whilst in Dunelm we decided to have a coffee. On arriving upstairs we were met with a sea of uncleared tables, my wife cleared one for us to use whilst I went and ordered. The next couple arrived and had to do the same. As we were finishing our coffee we noticed every available table was littered with detritus, and the two young lads were standing talking to each other. My wife took it upon herself to remonstrate with them that surely they had better things to be doing.

Calling for early coffee and tea but had toasties as well. table service. very welcoming team, got gazumped by table jumpers, lol. we ordered and gave table number, turned around an others taken table before they ordered, not a problem we sat other table no issues, no dream. Coffee and food both nice and hot.

Always polite and helpful every time I visit.Lovely young men.

Very basic, this place could benefit from more variety on the menu and some nicer furnishings

Food is priced well and is nice however the service is so slow. Fine if you've got no where else to be. Numerous staff but just seemed to be one lady racing around on till, and getting food sorted. Inefficient to be just stood watching the coffee come out of the machine with lots of other tasks as I saw another lady do. Perhaps they're all having a bad day. I try and keep open minded.

The staff refused to clean our table despite being asked twice. No tables were cleared whilst we were there and the floor was in need of sweeping.

The tea bread was amazing better than any tea cake I have ever tasted. Will go back for that anytime

Ok ish cup of coffee! Wasn't very hot!! Few tables with dirty pots on all the time I was there having my coffee with my husband. No attempt to clear them,even though at this time wasn't too busy.

Very easy, comfortable cafe. All the usual coffees and teas; a good selection of cakes, sandwiches etc plus excellent toast, all very reasonably priced.

Great place for a coffee and hot chocolate, brilliant prices, great service. Will definitely be going again! Plenty of parking and disabled parking too. There is a lift to the coffee area.

What a nice little coffee shop, they also sell tea thankfully. There was a fine choice of snacks and cold drinks available and some lovely looking cakes. The staff were lovely, helpful and polite.

Great cake and tea. Very friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. A small criticism, outside the store (I only noticed after leaving the store) a sign said there were offers for those ordering hot drinks and to ask the staff for details. It would have been nice if these offers were mentioned when ordering!

Nice products, mostly helpful staff but the products are sometimes expensive.
