Park fajny animatorzy robią dobrą robotę pani z obsługi także na + natomiast traktowanie ich przez pracodawcę poniżej krytyki.

Staff okay. Young people who try are doing good work. Unfortunately, the owner is frugal, we organized a birthday party for a child in January, it was freezing inside, no heating, we sat in jackets. I don't recommend it if you want to freeze for 2 hours.

We arrived only 30mins after opening in the morning. It was just us, later on only one more family joined us for an hour. Honestly the place is nice but it was very, very dirty. It was clean only in front of the reception. The bins overflown and rubbish on the floor...hoops bended...I wasn't 100% confident about safety here or there...It is such a shame...it looked like a fun place. My children enjoyed it but I don't think we will go there again. I don't want to make bad publicity I just wanted to point out that at the end of the day or in the morning staff should hoover and change the bin bags. I am not paying attention normally at this things honestly but in this case I think it was really bad and unjustified.

The park is new and fresh, nice ladies, very few people - only advantages, but... Children aged 8 and 10 wanted to leave after half an hour because they were bored. No air conditioning and despite 20 degrees outside, it was unbearably hot. The pool with sponges is shallow. The place is more suitable for children aged 5-6.

Byłam ostatnio z dzieciakami i na pewno nie była to nasza ostatnia wizyta w tym parku. Bardzo polecam. :)

The trampoline area is tiny, the sponges have no covers and are very fraying, it's not fun to throw them because the sponge spills out and something can fall into your eye, the pool with sponges is very shallow, every time I jumped in I normally touched the bottom, the noodles were ruined. In addition, there are a lot of arcade machines, which I personally can't stand 🤪, but it may have its supporters. I've been to several trampoline parks and this one is definitely different from them

The park is quite nice, although there are few attractions. However, the animator should not be allowed closer than 5 meters to children. What he did during the organized summer camp could be called abuse. Hitting him with "pasta" and pillows, supposedly in play, but he didn't stop even though some of the children didn't like it. Catching and throwing children despite their protests, jumping with them from a high jump without warning, pushing them. One child simply burst into tears, and another child who tried to comfort him was grabbed by the head and rudely reprimanded. It got to the point that most of the time, instead of playing, the children had to run away from the abnormal animator. The reservation was on Thursday, January 25, 2024 in the morning. (Added on February 3 in response to the company's response) I did not report my comments to the owner on the day of the visit because I was simply not there. I am the parent of a child who was there as part of a summer camp and these are my daughter's comments.
