I've enjoyed every minute of living in the apartment, it's fully equipped, warm in winter, full of light and the location is great. The team, comprising of Patryk, Adrianna, and Iwona, was always incredibly helpful. Their rental conditions were crystal clear, and you could easily pay your rent and check every detail from their app. Moreover, you could send a ticket to resolve any issues, and they offered a plethora of discounts and partnerships that you could take advantage of. It was incredibly safe to live there with a highly accessible security system. The appliances were clean, modern, minimalist, and spacious, and I never felt safer living alone. The location was incredibly convenient, with markets and gas stations nearby, and just a 15-minute walk to Rynek. I'm genuinely sad to leave, as the R4r team was instrumental in making everything so easy for me. If I ever come back to this neighbourhood, I am definitely going to choose to live with this rental family :) Thanks for everything and always being so upbeat and helpful. I live there 2 months and can recommend it 100% Very nice location,15 min to old town or supermarket, good flats and clear rent terms. Flat has everything you need for comfort stay. All payments goes through their app and if you have problems you can raise a ticket that will be resolved ASAP . And that is very important that they are pets friendly and there is no problem if you have dog or cat :) From my side I highly recommend agent Adrianna - she is very professional, friendly, positive, always answers your questions, trying to help in any situation. So if you need comfortable life in Wroclaw, there is a right place.

This is on of the best and fair Residence Companies in Wroclaw. New buildings, simple, but comfy interiors, all needed technics AND BATHS(not showers only). Clean, good neighbours, tolerant to pets. Baby carriage friendly, there are child playgrounds in the area too.

One of the best apartment to rent in Wroclaw. Stayed over year with no issues at all. Its very well maintained and has good application where you can raise tickets and see all the bills. Safe to stay , clean and well maintained. communication is not an issue, given staff speaks in english. I recommend renting apartmnet at resi4rent, added bonus is friendly staff who are willing to help.
