Well I like the place but I would love to share my bad experience, I have VIP Card and my watch was switched with another client by mistake in the changing room , So when I finished I went to give back the watch and the guy in the reception want to charge me 80 zł for the extra time although I have a vip card which unlimited time , I explained to the reception guy that there is a mistake & his answer was it’s not his problem and told me to pay or he will call the police I was really shocked what kind of a place would call police for his client because of a mistake , was really disappointed and paid the 80 zl AQUAPARK please educate your stuff how to deal with client & teach them customer satisfaction we are not criminals to call the police for us !!!

The sauna used to be a great place to go and enjoy a few hours of hot and cold, since they have removed the cold bath it isn't a full sauna experience anymore, and since they have taken on the 'competitive labour' (really unloyal to your own people) its increasingly noisy from the staffs side, a complete no no in the sauna standard.

I went on a Wednesday- and 50% of the outdoor pools are closed and only open on the weekends. I find this to be a rip off considering you pay the same price during the week and on weekends (you can see the closed pools in the picture). It was still pretty busy for a Wednesday too! You can pay to use different areas for less (like just the saunas) I wish the outdoor pools and outdoor seating had this. As an adult who just wanted to chill outside I don’t think you should pay for all the slides. Food and coffee is also really terrible so bring your own! Best part is the grassy area outside.

The waterpark itself (slides) were good but there was a long waiting line maybe they need to check how to handle a huge amount of visitors..and try spreading them. Second the changing rooms were pretty dirty and not really cleaned also need to do something about the changing lockers..there are no seats to sit on nor a place to hang your clothing.

Very disappointed and do not recommend! We planned to have a good weekend with family, so bought tickets for the whole day, but most of the rides were closed! Only 2 long slides were working! I spent 1 month in Wroclaw and went to this gym every day. The women's lockers are very crowded but very clean. There were no shower curtains, which was a shock to me. Weights- main floor- good selection, again very crowded even in the am, hard to superset and I had to always work around that somehow. Functional training room- great selection of kettlebells, bars, weights etc, no complaints here. Cycling classes- Piotrek and Monika both on point, good music, good tempo and cadence. I enjoyed their classes and so did my husband when he visited; we both had lots of fun! There was also another spin instructor Artur who honestly thought that his job is to " Dictate" to me how to ride a bike, how to adjust it, and he even had the guts to forbid me to drink water during the class! In Florida, this "gentleman" would have been fired on the spot. I had no time to speak to the management about this because of my crazy work schedule but I have never seen such arrogance in my life and I have worked out in probably close to 40 different countries, if that says anything. Zumba classes were also great and I thoroughly enjoyed those! All in all, as a foreigner, I enjoyed the gym and my husband did, too.

Not only is the parking lot too small for the aquapark capacity, it is also letting in new cars after filling all the spaces, so the cars are parked haphazardly, not letting others pass. It's also very expensive. 2. The queue was ENORMOUS. The place is so crowded people basically have no space to swim. Fortunately I didn't have to stand in the queue, because we were birthday guests, but here goes the best part of it all - number 3! The parents of birthday guests have NO ACCESS to the room in which the birthday party is held. Only two people can be there. The parents may sit outside, or on the couch near the front door. Honestly, I don't know how two people are supposed to handle 15 6-year olds, wet and screaming, all too eager to eat the birthday cake. An utter and complete DISASTER. I will certainly NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

For smaller kids there are not so many acitivities, but overall the place looks great. Many places for parking and staff is very nice to the visitors. Even though we couldnt speak Polish, they tried to communicate with us and we were able to manage everything. They even told us to confirm the parking ticket for better price (1 zl/hour) instead of full price (10 zl/hour). This was surprising and very generous from the receptionist lady. Swimming pools, gym, and amazing indoor / outdoor sauna space with sun loungers all in one. Highly recommended! Sauna area is no swimming garments so take note of that if you move between the various zones. There's also pretty decent food and drink options if you decide to spend a large chunk of time there. Mostly locals but felt very welcome as a visitor. The only thing missing is a proper steam room which would be nice.

One of the best sauna parks in the world. I wish there was an option for a VIP changing room where you are provided with towels and toiletries. It is bewildering. Some parts of the deck have good surfaces that prevents slipping and other sections feel like you're walking on wet ice. Nearly fell over multiple times just walking around. Other than this, the place is great fun for kids and grownups alike.

My friends and I had a great time at the Aquapark Wrocław. We bought an all day pass that was well worth the money. Some of our favorite amenities were the outdoor pool, the broil (salt) pool, the water slides, and the sauna. If you’re looking for a place on a sunny day to relax with friends, this is the place.

Sauna overfilled, Wave pool overfilled. No chance to get even 1 place in the Jacuzzi. Warm water pools are a joke, so cold u can't go outside. If u want to relax don't go there cause u will be more stressed after ur visit. Once and never again.

One of the best water parks I've ever been to, there are a lot of slides and there very fun to slide down (especially with kids) the people there were kind and helpful and showed us the locker room, we changed, we went out of the changing room and it looked so magical and colourful. We went on one of the smaller slides first and it was fun but when we went to some black slide named "the black hole" (the name was something like that) it was one of the best slides I've ever been in, highly recommend if you're a big fan of water parks or water slides.
