The noise made me up for the three nights as the hotel was accommodating the school trips. After three days the reception changed my room to the 4th floor, which was better, however they have had some sewage problem as it smelled in the whole room! The problem disappeared when on the last day they turned off the water! No shower on my last day of stay. In general the rooms are dirty (black stains around the light switches , stains on the carpets, sticky table) The breakfast is not tasty, coffee not drinkable as the machine doesn’t even mix the powder. On the top of all of above - the price is not cheap! The hotel is an old post-communist block of flats, converted to the hotel, therefore no insulation. If you need to book a hotel to rest and enjoy your visit in Wroclaw - avoid this one!

This hotel is reasonably cheaper than any other hotel in Wroclaw. I can't give this hotel a 5⭐ for few reasons (pros and cons) It's a bit far to walk to get into the city centre. You have to take taxi, Uber or Tram to get around. The hotel itself has got a nice reception room with free hot drinks provided. We were given a twin bedroom. The bathroom door lock was broken. The carpet has got so much black stains. The receptionists were very helpful. The breakfast was okay. Overall we're very happy on our stay. Will I stay here again? Probably yes!

Decent hotel with decent price. Next to the tram or train lane might be a showstopper visiting the place on warmer weather as there is no DC. Rooms are clean and spaceous, you can find free bottles of water waiting for you. generous breakfast and 24h reception. The biggest issue for us was room information only in Polish and we could not find any wifi anywhere and mobile network in Poland is not reliablie.

Spotless spacious rooms at a great price. Reception stylish and inviting. Females at reception rarely smile, look unhappy and put a downer on what could have been a great overall package and experience.

Stayed here for my trip to Wroclaw! The front desk guy with the long hair was pretty chill! He knew plenty of English for my English speakers. The room was very nice, pretty spacious, plenty of linen and pillows. Hallways and bathrooms have really cool interesting wallpaper with some cool sights in town. The only let down is if you're staying in the summer be sure to purchase a small fan because it can get pretty steamy in a room with just two people like I had it seems like there's only air conditioning in the hallways, maybe not even there. The lobby is really nice where you have a drink machine, chairs and magazines to hang out late night (also chairs in the staircases with views for outside, nice touch!) Really cool place to stay for a few days and pretty cheap as well!

A simple affordable hotel in the outskirts of Wroclaw. Good for people on a budget passing through.

This boutique hotel in Wroclaw is ideal for our purpose travelling from Spain to Poland and return. Shame we didn't find you on our outward run. But now we have found you we WILL use your hotel again. Thankyou.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I was promised the manager will call me in 4 days. After 5 days, I called again. I was then told they have a rule that they only call a customer with a complaint after 1 MONTH!!!! If I do not get at least a call from the manager in the next 3 days, then I will have to post all the ugly photos that I have taken in this room.

The hotel is ok - quite clean, with a good breakfast. The receptionist were friendly. The main challenge is related to the lack of Air C. During summer time the rooms are terribly hot - and when the windows are open the noise from the street is terrible and makes it very difficult to sleep. Location wise - it is ok as there are trams next door that take you directly to the old town.

Overall the hotel is clean and tidy, in a good location, the staff I cannot fault, friendly and very welcoming, "upper management could learn from them" as seemd dismissive with complaints below, the room we stayed in was a double room 009 and was clean, however curtains short so light from street lights at night shone through, 11 day stay so not a day or 2, morning light was bright, all from the few inch gap when lay on bed, Wi-Fi was on off. Apart from that its a budget hotel but worth the stay, breakfast is 7-10am and had a good continental range. Staff again amazing 👏 would I stay again, Yes. Thanks to the amazing staff. ❤️Worclaw.

If you like to have a good sleep avoid this place. There is no AC in the rooms. Beds are horrible and very narrow (2 people bed is about 1m wide) if you have to sleep here - take two singles.

NIGHTMARE. AVOID! This hotel takes a lot of school trips. The problem is that when at night the teenagers yell in the corridors, play loud music or beep with the digital keys to their rooms just for fun, the receptionists have to PHONE the teachers!! Why? My guess is: because their rooms are probably on the different floors! I was in the situation that my room was just within the rooms designated to a particular class and they thought that also in my room someone from their class was staying. Endless knocking and banging on my door. When you complain to the reception, they have to PHONE the teachers. Well, I would think the teachers should be in my room! Don't get me wrong - I'm not blaming the hotel for the teenagers' behaviour. I blame them for putting travelers like me in the room which was surrounded by the school groups for 3 nights, whereas the teachers are put in the quiet part of the hotel. When I asked to be moved to another room I heard that it was impossible.

I do not recommend the hotel, very poor breakfast (only old watermelon from fruit) with watery coffee. No soap in the dispensers in the bathroom and I did not ask for a refill because mold was growing inside.

Horrible kitchen staff, rude and ignorant! We stayed for a week and one they turned of the light while eating because their working hour was finishing and the next time the in charge lady announced that breakfast was over and my friend went to the stand to take chocolate, this lady ran on her and hit on the hand and took the boxes!!!!

(Translated by Google) Decent location, 15 min by public transport to the cent. The renovation is worth a little refresh. Poor soundproofing of the doors, you can hear everything that happens on the corridor. The room has a kettle, water, tea and coffee, a separate shower and toilet.

(Translated by Google) Total bottom. Handling the massacre with zero competence. They bounce the ball from one person to another. I booked a room with a double bed and two extra beds and I got a room with three single beds. No manager contact. I do not even recommend any stars I do not give. How could it be 10 but a minus. (Original) Totalne dno. Obsługa masakra zero kompetencji. Odbijają piłeczkę z jednej na drugą osobę. Rezerwowalem pokój z łóżkiem małżeńskim i dwoma dostawkami a otrzymałem pokój z trzema pojedynczymi łóżkami. Brak kontaktu managerem. Nie polecam nawet żadnej gwiazdki nie daje. Jak by można było to chętnie 10 ale na minus.

Pretty spacious room and spacious bathroom. I can imagine a better interior, but there was really a lot of space. Nice breakfast. Ample parking (we had a rental car, so it was pretty important).

This is a fine place to stay while in Wroclaw. It has direct buses to all important locations in the city. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and if you need anything there are few markets near the hotel. The price / quality ratio is really good. I recommend this place.

English speaking is very limited at this hotel so it made requirements difficult. My room was not cleaned on a daily basis even with sign put out to be cleaned!. No coffee top up or water top up. Rooms are comfy and a fan is set up in the room. But the Hospitality is quite poor hence my rating. If I was to return to Wroclaw I would not book here again!.

Reception guy doesn’t know how to pay for breakfast so I didn’t get it

Despite the price they don't have air-conditioned rooms

  • 5/5 Vijay S. 3 years ago on Google
Great hotel for travellers and also for tourists alike as it lies not too far from the highway and also not too far from the city center. They have well appointed rooms and a dedicated parking lot. There's also a tram station just across the hotel and you can take the tram right to the city center. Only thing is to watch out for the payment terminal at the reception not accepting payments in Polish Zlots but in your card's local currency and so you end up paying a commission.
