Order online at 18:50 estimated order be ready by 19:09. I get there at 19:10 long story short all employees completely oblivious to the fact of online orders after then being charged 40zl for pizza the woman then tells me it will take 20 minutes, 20 minutes go by and i see the take away pizza sitting there employees flop around doing nothing walking past & even looking inside my pizza. another 20 minutes go by and woman asks for my receipt, goes back and forth to pizza and terminal. finally given cold pizza, Thank you for my amazing cold Pizza hut and hour of my life gone. Polish pizza hut 0/10, at-least the pizza hut in Australia is given to you on time.

Worst customer service. Waited 20 mins with crying child to take an order. Many ladies walked by and all they told me "trzeba poczekac". Then when the person came there was no apology whatsoever. It seemed like I was the problem not them. If it wasn't for my crying child I would not order from this place. I don't recommend this place and management really needs to be trained by upper management and then train their staff. STAY AWAY!

If you crave for a mediocre quality food. Served to you on more than double of estimated time by a crew with prison cafeteria attitude. This is a place just for you! Enjoy!

Great staff, very accommodating to foreigners. Pizza very tasty.

The worst restaurant i have ever been, really. The food is highly overpriced. After we finish eating, we wait for 10 minutes for waiter to take our money. No one comes up, so i come to one waiter he tells us "wait" so we wait another 20 minutes. He walk near us many times but he forgot about us or just ignore us. Later i walk to another waitress and we paid in cash. She gave us change and get without our agreement 6PLN in tip.

You know what you are getting into when visiting pizza hut. The food is good, it's the standard pizza we are used to. So when visiting a physical location, the rating would be based mostly on the quality of the place. How clean, how friendly, how fast, how close is everything to the pizza you are used to. This place just isnt very good. The pizza earns the second star but everything else is mediocre. The drink selection is miserable, the service is poor and be prepared to wait A lot to even order, let alone being served. Bottom line is, a bad place.

Really good pizza wit a reasonable price.. Pepperoni pizza with cheese in the crust...

Not so many great varieties in Vegetarian options. Good to try for once.
