Great
Nepalese
restaurant
in
Wroclaw
We
just
happened
to
walk
past
this
restaurant
we
were
heading
back
toward
the
main
square
intending
to
have
a
curry
there,
how
lucky
we
were
to
find
this
place.
A
friendly
welcome
when
we
walked
in
was
a
nice
start,
the
decor
is
basic
but
no
problem
with
that,
after
all
it's
the
food
that
matters.
They
have
a
selection
of
Indian
beers,
all
the
usual
dishes
on
the
menu
plus
a
few
not
so
common
dishes.
The
majority
of
dishes
are
Nepalese,
which
in
my
opinion
is
the
best
Indian
cuisine,
and
usually
my
'go
to'
when
hunting
for
a
great
curry.
But
there
is
also
a
selection
of
Indo-Chinese
dishes
to
be
tried
on
future
visits.
We
chose
Chicken
Kadhai,
and
a
Mix
Vegetable
with
Paneer
in
a
curry
sauce,
both
were
presented
beautifully
and
the
flavour
and
heat
were
perfect.
It's
unusual
in
Poland
to
get
a
good
degree
of
heat
without
specifically
asking
for
it,
the
hot
dishes
are
clearly
marked
on
the
menu,
and
if
it
shows
a
chilli
or
2
rest
assured
you
are
going
to
get
a
good
kick
without
having
to
make
a
special
request.
The
service
was
excellent
from,
what
turned
out
to
be,
the
owner,
he
is
very
knowledgeable
about
the
food
(he's
from
Nepal),
both
his
Polish
and
English
are
fantastic
also.
To
summarise,
This
restaurant
is
a
little
out
of
the
Old
Town
area
but
in
a
great
location
on
Wyspa
Piasek
with
a
view
of
Most
Tumski
and
St
John
the
Baptist
Cathedral,
great
food,
good
value
and
a
friendly
place,
as
an
added
bonus
the
view
from
the
windows
is
a
bit
special
too.
