Superb location, middle of the old town. Absolutely outstanding customer service, my mum has a problem with going up/down staircase. The manager has helped her going absolutely above and beyond. If you want to eat really good food in the Wroclaw old town and avoid being ripped off, this is your place. The food is fresh and various ( not only pizza). Privately - it is my first visit here since 23 years when I had been looking for a part-time job as a student 😀

They let me wait outside and 6 people pass me and all got a table. After 45 minutes i left without something to eat.

Please fire those waitresses.. They’re awfully slow and treat customers without any respect. You have to wait 20 minutes just to be seated.. It’s not worth wasting your time. I went there last year with my family and back then the staff was actually nice, helpful and worked really hard. The new staff is truly awful. I don’t know where you found those idiots.

All waitress ignored the question about free tables. After we take some peace of table in the corridor we had to ask a lot of them to make an order. Pizza is tasty but service is owful.

I guess nobody have High expectations from Pizza Hut but there are so many more so much better pizzerias in Wroclaw that it's a terrible idea to go there. Pizza here is neither good nor cheap. For this price you can get much better Pizza in Wroclaw. You can hard recognize the meat on the Pizza and which find is supposed to be which Staff is nice.

Fast service, good pizza. Very american, as expected. Medium pizza is more than enough for one person.

Long wait time. I visited this pizza hut 1st time and I don't know why they are taking 1 hour to just give 1 piece of pizza. There is no crowd in the restaurant but i don't know why they are not serving us. Even after waiting 1 hour I got one slice of pizza with meat and I ordered vege pizza.

I was there just tonight. The waiters are need to get off their high horses. They seated me and I told her that I don’t need menu, just someone who is going to take my order. She said someone will come. Well, it took more than 15 minutes. Yes, tables were full but all they needed was 2 minutes. I asked the person who seated me where was the waiter and she told me to wait. After that Ilona came. She seem like someone was forcing her to work there. She didn’t even say hello, she was like what you want? When I was giving my order she sighed like she was disturbed and when she brought my order she just put them on table and didn’t help me when I said I don’t need plate-knife or fork she just ran, literally ran. Also, while paying (which was a different waiter) I said I wanted to pay cash put the money inside the book and he asked me if I want any CHANGE OR IS IT JUST OKAY? Like, excuse me?! I was shocked because I put there twice of the money I owned and he had the nerve to ask me a tip for their terrible service? No way. So the waiters are terrible at their job but greedy with your money. I will never ever go back there.

One of the better pizza joint in Poland. The crust they use it similar to what we use in N.America. The service was good and the staff knew enough English to take the order. I would recommend it if you are not adventurous enough to try the local cuisine.

Pizza is Pizza so jump and down. Nice and clean, not much more to say.

Today we spent 15-20 minutes jsut waiting for someone to take our order; asked twice - still nothing. The restaurant wasn't even full. We decided to leave and when we were leaving that waiter looked me in the eyes and smirked; they didn't care. It seems like customer service is not something those waiters are tought here. Dominos didn't disappoint

Very strange waiters, especially that AmRest office is upstairs. We have ordered Hell's Chicken pizza, but in receipt saw another one. Instead of mustard waiter gave us ketchup. So strange. Good pizza's and salat bar. Beer is bad.
