I wanted to make an appointment for skin cancer screening by phone. Depending on whether you are a private patient, want cosmetic treatments or are a statutory health insurance patient, you will be asked to press 1, 2 or 3 on the keyboard. I waited in the queue for 1h28 without success. When I called again immediately afterwards and dialed 1 for private patients, I got it after ringing once. You can also say straight away that you don't want to deal with statutory health insurance patients.

SIMPLY TOP! I have never in my life experienced a practice that is as nice and accommodating as this one. I was referred by another doctor and walked in as a new patient and was immediately warmly welcomed! I was helped immediately and the doctor is super competent and really looked for a solution to my problem and showed a lot of interest! I really appreciate that.

I've been a patient there for a long time. What is striking is the super nice doctor's assistants, always friendly, I don't know any other way. The two doctors are also great and very competent. Everything is explained very well, including the operations very well. It couldn't be better.

Very good doctors and a very nice practice team, which I feel sorry for the many unfriendly patients who want an appointment straight away and are besieging the registration process. With good specialists you just have to be patient when making appointments. There's no point in the doctor's assistant shouting how rude she is because you can't get an immediate appointment for athlete's foot. At the same time, the phone stopped ringing. Perhaps one more employee would relieve a lot of the workload, although the young woman tried to master everything as best she could. A bouncer might also help ;-)

Miss Dr. med. Bretschneider is a fantastic doctor who impresses with her meticulousness, routine, foresight and empathy. The treatment steps and their intensity of intervention are explained clearly and create a high degree of transparency. You quickly come to the conclusion that this doctor not only knows what she is doing, but is also doing exactly the right thing! I also think it is appropriate to give the practice team high praise. The ladies are all always friendly and helpful: Appointments work smoothly and are adapted to the patient's (and certainly the patient's) time needs. Finally, it should be mentioned that this wonderful practice is easy to reach by public transport, as the bus stop is practically “in front of the door”.
