super central, super friendly, super service. really fail to understand the bad ratings this is one sweet place with a ton of extra goodies all inclusive defo on my list of goto favourites spot on guys. keep it up

The place is cheap and conveniently located. This is about all you can say about it in positive terms. The furniture seems like from the 50s. The interior design couldn't be uglier. Tiny single bed.

I would give this hotel 0 stars if possible. They gave us a room that wasn't cleaned (they clearly didn't change the bed sheets and left the towels of previous guests on the bathroom floor). The rooms are really overpriced for what they offer. We arrived after midnight thus we couldn't reach the owner. The day after we talked with the owner, he offered us a refund.

A bit older rooms with older furniture, but on another hand cleaned and with very nice staff on reception and at breakfast too. Breakfast were nothing special, very basic. Location is brilliant - close to Train and Bus station and directly in city center. But it has in same time disadvantages - it is very noisy. Basic hotel with good location. I would recommend it only for short stayings and only double-bed rooms, single rooms are very small...

A decent hotel in the center of Wuppertal. You are close to the central train station and near a lot of places where you can grab some quick meal. The breakfast is nice and varied. The staff is helpful but if you don't speak German you're gonna have some difficulties communicating.

The Hotel has a wonderful location, in the middle of the city center and the station is close by. We also received a public transport ticket for the weekend. Breakfast was also included in the price and was delicious.

It was a relief to leave this hotel when we did. Although the location is very good, this gets compensated by a bad attitude of the staff and the poor organization. I shared my double room with a friend, but there was only one key. As a solution we could give the reception our key when we left the hotel, however, our key got lost twice: given to someone else, and we got blamed because of it. They did not check anything when asked for a room key, so technically everyone could walk in, ask for the key and break into the room if they wanted. When trying to explain the situation to the reception the staff got aggressive and started yelling and threatening, even though other people could confirm our story. At the end, somehow the key was found, but this we had to hear through someone else, no apology or explanation whatsoever. In case anyone would like to respond to my comment not to write lies or blame us or whatever, kind reminder that this will only prove the point i made earlier.
