It
was
a
relief
to
leave
this
hotel
when
we
did.
Although
the
location
is
very
good,
this
gets
compensated
by
a
bad
attitude
of
the
staff
and
the
poor
organization.
I
shared
my
double
room
with
a
friend,
but
there
was
only
one
key.
As
a
solution
we
could
give
the
reception
our
key
when
we
left
the
hotel,
however,
our
key
got
lost
twice:
given
to
someone
else,
and
we
got
blamed
because
of
it.
They
did
not
check
anything
when
asked
for
a
room
key,
so
technically
everyone
could
walk
in,
ask
for
the
key
and
break
into
the
room
if
they
wanted.
When
trying
to
explain
the
situation
to
the
reception
the
staff
got
aggressive
and
started
yelling
and
threatening,
even
though
other
people
could
confirm
our
story.
At
the
end,
somehow
the
key
was
found,
but
this
we
had
to
hear
through
someone
else,
no
apology
or
explanation
whatsoever.
In
case
anyone
would
like
to
respond
to
my
comment
not
to
write
lies
or
blame
us
or
whatever,
kind
reminder
that
this
will
only
prove
the
point
i
made
earlier.
