I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were in a poor condition and not up to standard. To make matters worse, the lady at reception was incredibly rude and started shouting at me when she saw me carrying my suitcase out. It was really unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent, but the tables and chairs were very dirty. It was clear that the staff wasn't doing their job properly to ensure a clean environment for the guests. Additionally, when I tried to ask the receptionist for something, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's just not worth your money. You can find much better options on other booking platforms or even Airbnb. The customer service was terrible and the condition of the rooms and dining area was disappointing. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a better stay.

The rooms are awful! The bathroom, the windows and doors were not clean, the doors and windows were all greasy. The balcony looks rather unsafe and we were on the 9th floor. Dinner was not good either. The only positive things I can say is that the staff is friendly and helpful and the views are nice.

Unbelievably bad.. dirty carpets and sofa in the room . Stains on the mattress and armchair, kettle broken, trouser press collapsed.. balcony roof rotting away. Bed rock hard. Reception staff friendly. Night staff lady outstanding. Very kind and helpful . Breakfast staff especially older lady with short grey hair , angry and rude. Abrupt attitude to guests and poor quality foods. Coffee from machine tasted powdered and artificial .The carpet in the dining area was dirty and stained beyound believe… They are charging top dollar for a standard I would expect in a hostel… everything is dated and tired… refurbish or close. This is unacceptable!!!!

No air conditioning and the food was extremely cheap and not good at all, really need renovation.

Average place, off main places, old, lots of parking, okay staff, neat rooms .. not bad. Breakfast was good.

We were assigned a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. The room was old and filthy, we had to open the windows at our arrival because the air was thick and stinky. The carpet was covered with stains and had not been cleaned in years, the bathroom had mould and rust all over. Doors, windows and furniture were also not clean and full of stains. One curtain was missing from a window, so we could not darken the room. Airco was not present or at least we could not find the thermostat. Only the bed sheets were ok and clean. Over the common areas: the corridor carpet was not properly placed, leaving waves. The breakfast was poor quality and variety and there was no coffee machines, only coffee pots. The breakfast room was covered in carpet , in a state that is indescribable. When we complained, the room service did not even consider us and left, while at the reception they offered 5% discount which in our opinion was defintely not fair. I do not reccomend this hotel.

A totally run-down hotel. Old rooms with broken and missing items. The staff is just not willing to work. Very poor service and restaurant menu is old dated. Never ever again.

No air conditioning... unflushed urine in the toilet bowl!! service staff was extremely slow... kitchen staff (breakfast) was rude & unprofessional!! The wntiee building has a smell to it... serious upgrades are needed!!

Absolutely Worse Wyndham I ever been to. Only 2 waiters were nice. Staff Watching to see if you are taking food with you if you don't eat in smelly dinning room & No AIR CONDITIONER!

Good hotel for a short stay. But in serious need of a renovation like other people said. The surrounding area is beautiful, personel is helpful and the food is ok. Feels very much like it’s clinging on to its past splendor. Would be nice to see it get taken into the 21st century more. I see the potential. There’s also a nice park and a convenient bus stop to Koblenz. I did experience some irritation with other guests who kept coughing really loud early in the morning. Sound dampening should be on the agenda. I did miss the vending machine that every other hotel I’ve been to seems to have.

Friendly stuff, nice view but couldn’t sleep all night due to the noise (not coming from guest but the building itself) At 3 am I had to change room and was hoping that the location of my original room was just unlucky, but no, the noise continued on a totally different floor too.

The hotel is very nice! Our room and bed was very clean with a very nice view. The bathroom was also very well maintained. However be forewarned that there is no air conditioning (like most of Germany), so you'll need to crack open a window if you're hot.

Nice view if you are on top. Breakfast is very divers. Dinner is very disappointing. The area is very nice and the hotel had a beautiful garden. A lot of parking space. Rooms are ok.

Quiet place to stay, it is a little bit isolated.

Ok to stay a night if passing through. In my previous stay I enjoyed it especially the breakfast. This time around not so much. Looks like the breakfast was reduced maybe due to corona. Stayed here now 4 nights and was a little disappointed. Also the evening dinner buffet is not good. I recommend going out to another location.

A bit off the beaten path. The rooms are tiny but we'll appointed. The staff was nice and the breakfast outstanding

Do not stay here! The hotel is woefully understaffed - the queue to check in took 20 minutes. With one exception, the staff have poor attitude. The hotel is run down, and partially derelict. The noise in the room was so bad, we could not sleep and had to leave.

Showers have mold in crevices. The only shower wash is a 3 in 1 and there was none in it when we checked in! Completely empty. I had to take the elevator down with wet hair and get a new bottle and the reception didn’t apologize for it being empty when we got the room. No air conditioning except for in the bathroom so I opened the window and it constantly smells like cigarettes. Walls EXTREMELY THIN, we can hear the people next door and everyone in the halls very well, there is a lot of screaming and people talking. Not as nice as I thought it would be.
