It was a great option, good food, excellent view but the service was slow.

Wir wollten hier nach einem Spaziergang um den Phoenix See noch ein Bier trinken und etwas essen. Leider waren die beiden Kellner mit der schieren Flut an Gästen (etliche Tische waren frei)so maßlos überfordert, dass wir nach 15min. Immer noch nicht angesprochen wurden. Wir gingen dann.

Nettes Restaurant/Cafe! Die Lage ist natürlich auch super am Phoenixsee. Die Preise sind etwas teurer aber dafür ist die Bedienung nett! Ich kann besonders die große Kellnerin mit den kurzen braunen Haaren und die Große mit den langen schwarzen Haaren und der Brille empfehlen!!!

Awful service and rude staff. never will go back again. they just have costumers because they are in a crowded area.. but they don’t deserve a single star.

Everyday buffet options for breakfast, good option, a la carte menu also working. Friendly service, warm atmosphere. Food was yummy.

So I ordered "a big giant sausage" with fries and both came cold. After I complained, they reheated my food in the microwave. You can imagine what my fries tasted like after that... Also they get overwhelmed every weekend, I mean come.on you know it's weekend and you are going to get busy as usual so get more staff to come to work or get them trained better or get some professionals. How hard is that.

Average setting, food reasonable and service was ok.

We waited to long to be served but it wasn't really some big deal because we enjoyed in the beautiful view of the lake and enjoying the sun. The food was delicious and fresh. Highly recommended place.

I was there last year (we could choose where to sit, but yesterday we didn’t have this chance) and we ordered some drinks with cake and cookies. The quality was good and the staff were friendly although it was really crowded. I went there yesterday again ( feeling really guilty that I took my friends with me there!), the waitress didn’t know anything about the menu! The quality was awful! We ordered three different food from the breakfast section and we all had stomach the whole day!

We had to wait sooo long for a waiter to take our order, then we had to wait longer to get our food and they got my order wrong. I ordered an entire different salad, the only reason I didn’t say anything was because I didn’t want to wait another hour to get the right salad. And the salad they gave me was very mediocre they had no Parmesan cheese so they gave me pieces of Gouda cheese. Our server was super nice and friendly but the experience overall was just not pleasant. Wouldn’t recommend

So we had to wait 15 minutes so that would someone to come and take the previous customers empty glasses I asked him if he can clean the tabel also and he told me to wait and was gone for another 10 minutes came and cleaned the table and told him i want to make an order he told me to wait again and was gone for 10 minutes, came back took my order and as he turned his back i asked him if i can add one more item and he told me to freaking wait one more time 🤣🤣 Came back with the order after 15 minutes and took the second order and then i asked if i can pay now because i knew he is going to come back after 20 minutes and i already was sitting there for like an hour.

The food was great. The waiter*ress was really nice. Didn't have to wait a long amount of time for my order. Lots of space and great view.

We, a group of 4 ordered schnitzeln ,various types , normally they are made in Pan and not deep fried in a fryer, the Chips where far to Salty where as the potato wedges were ok, salad,s where really good.. The price paid was good for what we recieved , our Waiter was ran of his feet with orders and we appreciated the waiting time and give a generous tip. All in all I dont think we will eat here again.

It was an amazing night with my Family . We enjoyed the food , drinks and the ice .

Never come back! Never visit this restaurant! I forgot my glasses in this restaurant, returned after 5 minutes. Waiter said that they saw them but they don’t know where they are now. Nobody helped me to find, and then I found them under the staff table. When I said to waiter that I found them and it was under THEIR STAFF TABLE - people from kitchen shouted at me. So be careful with waiters there - they can steal your staff and then pretend nothing happened.

Mit mehreren Leuten dort gewesen um einen netten Abend zu haben, es war um 17 Uhr noch recht leer, dennoch war es recht laut, liegt am Raumkonzept und wenn Musik läuft dann wird es schon laut. Wir haben lange warten müssen bis wir bedient wurden und unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Essen kam schnell und war lecker. Nach weiteren Getränke Wünschen wurden wir leider auch nicht gefragt nur auf Ansprache, schade. Auch auf die Rechnung haben wir warten müssen. Man muss erwähnen ,im Factory Bereich haben wir zeitweise nur 1 max.2 Servicekräfte gesehen, was wohl auch dazu führte. Sonst kann man da sicherlich einen netten Abend haben mit Essen Cocktails 🍸 ob drinnen oder draußen. Gebe dem Lokal auf jeden Fall nochmal eine Chance.

Sehr reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Tolle Aussicht direkt auf den See und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!

Wir haben uns einen Tisch reserviert und wurden zuerst sehr gut versorgt. Unser Kellner war sehr bemüht, allerdings als es km die Bezahlung ging hat er leider stark nachgelassen. Schade sonst kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen. Man sollte allerdings Zeit mitbringen und keinen Anschlusstermin haben.

Der Service war schnell und freundlich zur Aufnahme der Bestellung. Beim servieren haben wir erst den Kuchen bekommen und danach erst die Pizza. Was zur Folge hatte, das die Pizza nur noch lau warm war. Die Kuchen sahen gut aus und sollen auch geschmeckt haben. Pizza gehört hier nicht zur kernkompetenz. Der pizzaboden sah vorgefertigt aus und der Belag ist meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich hochwertig. Hier zahlt man den Blick auf dem Phönix See mit. Die Toilette ist nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen.

Das Essen ist in dem Café in Ordnung. Dieses Café ist nicht auf Essen spezialisiert sondern bietet es mit an zu jeglichen Getränken. Die Auswahl ist in Ordnung an Essen. Es gibt Pasta Gerichte und Pizzen. Preislich ist es vollkommen in Ordnung. Kann man schön und angenehm am Phönix-See essen 👍🏽

Vielseitige Speisekarte. Das Essen ist soweit gut. Das Bedienungspersonal muß man zu oft ordern, es ist nicht aufmerksam genug. Die Sauberkeit der Toiletten lässt zu Wünschen übrig!

Tasty Italian food, especially if you like thinn and crispy pizza. Pasta tastes also very good. Spacious restaurant, also good for groups. Outdoor seating overlooking Phoenixsee

The Service was absolutely one of the worst Services that I've even seen. And i ordered just cappuccino which was bad too and a piece of cake that i couldn't eat.

Top location, service wasn't at the same level.
