Had a wonderful time performing here, as well as rehearsing for five days before the first show of the Hans Zimmer Live 2023 European tour! Dressing rooms were in great condition and super clean- thanks again!

Great place for a concert! Relaxed atmosphere and good sound. Only thing that wasn't made very clear, was where to start queuing to enter the arena, nor was the route to the golden circle area very clear. But we had a great time here!

First things first - Parking is free. There are a number of Park Haus where you would definitely find a place to park. However the area could be with heavy traffic especially if you are visiting for some concert. The arena has clean toilets and also a number of food vendors. There are also a number of good restaurants in the vicinity.

Hello fellow travelers , have visited the Arena for live concert .. well the acoustics of the arena is very poor unless you sitting in front rows you cant "feel" live music . Unless its a good rock concert with proper equipment dont waste your time or buy close stage tickets...

Not customer oriented at all. They let ladies with big ladies’ bags in, but they prohibit everyone to enter with backpack of same size. They recommend you to go to the the mall in the neighborhood, it takes 20 minutes (one way) because all ways from arena are locked. Our event was Saturday evening and the mall was closing exactly at the time when the concert was beginning (next day Sunday is not working day in Germany). So if you don’t live in Oberhausen and your belongings are locked till Monday (when you are apparently not in Oberhausen), none cares about it.

The most special thing about this place is that the parking is free and there are many park houses which are pretty near to the arena. There is a mall right next to arena which has pretty much everything you need. The arena itself is huge and I had the best time for a concert I attended.

Really had a great time with Artic Monkeys in Rudolf Weber Arena. The venue was really great, but they still have to improve in managing the crowd.

It is a real theater with capacity for 13000 guests. Vice service with good Organisation of guests. Sound and lighting was excellent. If you are planning to attend a Concert make sure you are 2 hour earlier to find parking, otherwise you have to park a bit far from Arenas parking.

Catering not proper for anything else than rock or pop. Beer, burgers, fries majority. Normal coffee or healthy nutrition hardly available. Only positive: free and ample parking.

How is it possible to have an amazing concert with Andrea Bocelli can be ruined because of such horrible sound and echo in the arena? How come no proper sound checks and corrections are made before the actual concert??? What should have been an amazing night was ruined by something that could have been prevented so easily.

The worst concert Arena I have been to. Called them and they told me they can take my backpack for me during the concert after I went there they did not initially accept it and I had to argue with them and finally I admitted there.Unfortunately they put my jacket on the floor which is totally out of courtesy.

Music great. Lights less so. We sat at 2nd bottom row of the top section theater in the middle, the beam of light is blinding. Would be nice if they elevated the angle slightly

Efficient venue providing fast and easy access, good seating, and many F&B outlets. However, parking is not up to par and traffic jams on the site diminish the overall impression. Snack outlets offer a very limited range of foods and prices are ridiculous.

Ticket, security check and overall staff were very friendly: nice! Long queues at food & beverages before concert. Good sound and seating in the arena itself
