We
needed
a
spare
part
for
our
stroller.
In
order
to
relieve
the
business
in
the
current
situation
(Corona),
I
took
photos
of
the
part
that
we
need
and
sent
BabyOne
an
email
instead
of
going
there
with
two
small
children.
An
automated
email
came
back
promptly
that
they
will
take
care
of
it
within
the
next
24
hours
and
an
answer
will
come.
The
email
also
said
that
we
would
be
happy
to
contact
you
by
phone.
After
waiting
over
a
week,
I
decided
to
call
there.
There
was
a
very
nice
employee
on
the
phone
(she
is
also
the
only
reason
I
still
give
stars)
who
wanted
to
do
everything
possible
to
get
my
spare
parts.
The
consultation
took
some
time,
since
BabyOne
had
long
since
deleted
my
mail
and
I
had
to
send
the
mail
again
with
the
pictures
so
that
the
consultant
understood
exactly
what
I
needed.
She
looked
for
help
from
another
employee.
This
employee
did
not
consider
that
I
can
hear
her
and
here
came
the
point
that
I
decided
to
stop
shopping
here.
This
other
employee
not
only
roughly
touched
the
dear
advisor,
she
also
spoke
annoyed
about
me.
Sentences
came
up
like
"What
kind
of
a
customer
is
that?
She's
not
going
to
work
at
all
...
You
shouldn't
give
them
any
more
advice,
the
customers
here
in
the
shop
are
more
important"
and
much
more.
Absolutely
a
no
go!
Dear
BabyOne
team
...
train
your
employees
or
let
go
of
those
who
cannot
deal
with
customers.
I
am
aware
that
this
time
is
challenging
everyone,
but
your
employees
must
not
treat
customers
this
way.
She
is
welcome
to
leave
her
bad
mood
or
overwhelmed
at
home,
but
not
to
her
colleagues
or
customers.
The
dear
employee
pretty
much
choked
me
off
in
a
very
nice
way,
said
that
it
was
taken
care
of
and
had
to
hang
up.
Until
today,
again
a
week
later,
nothing
has
happened.
Actually
no
problem
for
me,
but
then
it
doesn't
say
"Competent
advice
is
our
top
priority.
We
therefore
take
the
time
to
process
your
request
individually
and
with
the
greatest
care
(on
weekdays
within
24
hours)".
Unfortunately,
this
was
not
the
first
bad
experience
with
BabyOne
in
Mülheim-Kärlich.
But
it
is
good
that
we
will
no
longer
have
any
bad
experiences
there
because
we
will
no
longer
enter
this
business.

Für
unseren
Kinderwagen
brauchten
wir
ein
Ersatzteil.
Um
in
der
aktuellen
Situation
(Corona)
das
Geschäft
zu
entlasten,
habe
ich
Fotos
von
dem
Teil
gemacht,
das
wir
benötigen
und
BabyOne
eine
Email
geschickt
anstatt
mit
zwei
kleinen
Kindern
hinzufahren.
Es
kam
auch
promt
eine
automatisierte
Email
zurück,
dass
sie
sich
innerhalb
der
nächsten
24
Stunden
darum
kümmern
werden
und
eine
Antwort
kommt.
In
der
Mail
stand
auch
drin,
dass
wir
uns
auch
gerne
telefonisch
an
sie
wenden
dürften.
Nach
über
einer
Woche
Wartezeit
habe
ich
mich
dann
mal
entschlossen
dort
anzurufen.
Es
war
eine
sehr
nette
Mitarbeiterin
am
Telefon
(sie
ist
auch
der
einzige
Grund,
warum
ich
überhaupt
noch
Sterne
vergebe),
die
alles
dafür
tun
wollte,
damit
ich
mein
Ersatzteile
bekomme.
Die
Beratung
dauerte
etwas,
da
BabyOne
meine
Mail
schon
längst
gelöscht
hatte
und
ich
die
Mail
nochmal
mit
den
Bildern
schicken
musste,
damit
die
Beraterin
genau
versteht
was
ich
brauche.
Sie
suchte
Hilfe
bei
einer
anderen
Mitarbeiterin.
Diese
Mitarbeiterin
hat
nicht
bedacht,
dass
ich
sie
auch
hören
kann
und
hier
kam
auch
der
Punkt,
dass
ich
mich
dazu
entschlossen
habe
hier
nicht
mehr
einzukaufen.
Diese
andere
Mitarbeiterin
hat
nicht
nur
die
liebe
Beraterin
sehr
grob
angefahren,
sie
hat
auch
noch
genervt
über
mich
geredet.
Es
kamen
so
Sätze
wie
"Was
ist
das
denn
für
eine
Kundin.
Die
geht
ja
mal
garnicht...
Du
darfst
die
nicht
mehr
weiterberaten,
die
Kunden
hier
im
Geschäft
sind
wichtiger"
und
noch
vieles
mehr.
Absolut
ein
no
go!
Liebes
BabyOne-Team...
schult
mal
eure
Mitarbeiter
oder
lasst
die
gehen,
die
nicht
mit
Kunden
umgehen
können.
Mir
ist
bewusst,
dass
grad
diese
Zeit
jeden
herausfordert,
jedoch
dürfen
Ihre
Mitarbeiter
die
Kunden
nicht
so
behandeln.
Sie
darf
ihre
schlechte
Laune
oder
Überforderung
gerne
zu
Hause
auslassen,
aber
nicht
an
ihren
Kolleginnen
oder
den
Kunden.
Die
liebe
Mitarbeiterin
hat
mich
ziemlich
direkt
auf
sehr
nette
Art
und
Weise
abgewürgt,
gesagt
dass
sich
drum
gekümmert
wird
und
musste
auflegen.
Bis
heute,
wieder
eine
Woche
Wartezeit
später,
ist
immernoch
nichts
passiert.
Eigentlich
kein
Problem
für
mich,
aber
dann
sagt
auch
nicht
"Kompetente
Beratung
hat
bei
uns
oberste
Priorität.
Wir
nehmen
uns
daher
Zeit,
Ihre
Anfrage
individuell
und
mit
höchster
Sorgfalt
(
werktags
innerh.24
Std.
)
zu
bearbeiten".
Leider
war
das
nicht
die
erste
schlechte
Erfahrung
mit
BabyOne
in
Mülheim-Kärlich.
Gut
ist
aber,
dass
wir
keine
schlechten
Erfahrungen
mehr
dort
machen
werden,
da
wir
dieses
Geschäft
nicht
mehr
betreten.
