I’m so torn about this review. Mostly because the office staff and the Dr O’Neill were so great. The process was quick but thorough, the office and waiting room were cleanly and neat, payment was transparent. My problem is more the final result than the experience itself, but I can’t in good consciousness just give a five star review because I am genuinely unhappy with my results. Which I do know has many factors, but for my situation I’m not happy and would think twice about Botox if I had seen someone else’s eyebrows like mine are now. Dr O’Neill did say my eyebrows would end up with a “natural lift” that would make my eyes look “more alert and bright”. However, my eyebrows “lifted” in different areas, so now they are completely uneven; one lifted in the front, the other at the back. When I make any sort of facial expression my eyebrows look completely ridiculous now because they’re now SO uneven. I spend literally every waking moment that I have to interact with other people constantly reminding myself not to make any kind of facial expression that will elevate my brows because of how even they look. I’m praying after the three-ish months that they will just “relax” or I don’t know what I’ll do…

I have been wanting filler for a while, but I’ve always been skeptical about getting it. I finally made my first appointment after years of wanting it done and I do not regret it one bit!! Jessica and Nicole were both amazing and walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable. The work that was done is absolutely beautiful! Made my grandma an appointment since she loved the work! Can’t wait to come back when I’m due for more!

The staff is wonderful and Dr. O’Neill is fabulous! This being my very first time having Botox and fillers I was quite nervous. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the process. Explained everything well and what I should expect. Very happy with the results and I will be back!!

I’m in love with this place ❤️ staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean. Chic atmosphere and has so much to offer! I came for a touch up on filler for my lips and Dr. O’Neil not only corrected the look from what I had previously but was very informative about how to go about the right look for me. She did a fantastic job! I was so impressed with what she had done in just a couple minutes! After finishing I looked in the mirrors d they looked better than ever! . Not only is Dr. O’Neil magic but she’s beautiful inside and out! She’s a master at her craft and I would recommend her to anyone who is wanting give themselves a fresh look!

I was a little nervous to receive my first Botox injections, however Jessica Miller at the Wyandotte Center made my experience a positive one. The filler made a big difference but was not crazy noticeable. I think I just look better. . Nicole is an artist in her field snd knows what you need. Very informative in other procedures as well. . I will definitely go back.

I have always had great skin but as a side effect of a medication, I was left with terrible breakouts, and ultimately scarring and hyperpigmentation. I looked to Med 1 for help. Kori was (is) my aesthetician and was great to work with. I could tell she had been doing this for a while. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and relieved my worries as she spelled out a rehabilitation plan catered to me. I plan on continuing my relationship with Med 1 and with Kori for all my skincare endeavors. Would highly recommend.

Dr. O’Neill is not only amazing at what she does but she is very genuine and takes the time to sit with you and discuss best treatment procedure plans you desire with also giving honest opinion and suggestions. Great service! The technician did an amazing job. I had filler injected into my lips and cheekbones. Highly recommend! After my pregnancy I was feeling very frumpy. This treatment was the perfect pick-me-up. This location was more difficult to find and further from where I live but it was worth it. Clean and has a very nice spa-like feel to it.

Dr. O’Neil and her entire team at Med 1 are truly artists!! If you are hesitant or nervous about getting Botox or filler, this is the place to go! My Injections look SO natural and are such a confidence boost. They take the time to really go over your needs and pamper with 5 star the entire time. I’ve also done plenty of hydra facial and micro needling treatments…and have never gotten more compliments on my skin. You won’t regret choosing Med1 for any of your aesthetic needs.

Dr.O’Neil was amazing, it was my first time getting lip filler & I am obsessed! She was so sweet & gentle. The office was so cute & the staff is so sweet!

Jessica and I sat and really planned out the best plan for my Botox. She was very thorough and informative on not only what she was doing but what we were trying to achieve. I haven’t had many treatments prior, but I can say I never really saw major results. I couldn’t be more happy with mine after seeing Jessica.
