Why 4 stars not 5 ! One member of staff rebooked us in for tomorrow fantastic! One member of staff not very friendly really needs to practice with child skills & customers service even thou it’s very busy you still stay professional! Food is amazing, seating is beautiful coffee is great !

Took my young daughter and met a friend here. 2 breakfasts (pick your own fry up and continental selection) apple juice, and 2 lattes, £9.99! Amazing value. I didn't realise kids ate free, so that was a bonus. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only recommendation is Book! They get very busy during the holidays.

The food was good, good portions, friendly staff (-1 young guy at the bar last night, he don’t know nothing about customers service and manners) our dinner was good and our breakfast as well, it was a nice experience!

Just popped by on our way home. The service could do with a bit of work. We stood by the for for at least 10 minutes waiting to be seated. The guy on the bar (not very friendly) wasn't busy so we asked him if we could be seated and was told no wait for the manager. We ordered ourselves a drink while we waited which we asked for ourselves. The restaurant wasn't busy so not really sure why we waited and 2 people looked at us at one point and one continued to walk past us and the other was chatting with the guy behind the bar. It is very clean and tidy. The main meals were really good. The desert was ok but nothing special. Though there would of been more bananas in it. There is up to 3 hours free parking if you are there just add the registration on the screen as you enter.

Excellent service, food, drinks. Shane was the most polite and knowledgeable person, he made our experience perfect.

Came with a group after a days training. Service really slow even for drinks. To the point that they had served our drinks put them on a tray and left them on the bar. One of our party went and got them! Dinner took a long time and then was cold. It was apparent it had been held under a heat lamp for some time with no urgency to bring it out. BBQ chicken dish dry and cold, surf and turf calamari was cold, only 2 prawns and cold steak. The £3.50 additional grilled salad consisted of one tomato, a mushroom and a piece of broccoli. The side salad was a bowl of chopped lettuce with one slice of cucumber. When brought to the attention of the staff "we'll see what what we can do" then never returned. No apology or offer of good will gesture. As a table of 9 we spent a lot of money. Not worth it at all. Avoid at all costs .

We've come here a few times now and always been very pleased with the food and the service . Marie the Waitress has looked after us everytime and is a real asset to the restaraunt, she's always working hard and very attentive and friendly . Will definitely be back soon .

Been here a few times never had a problem before. This particular visit however has prompted a review. Service was lovely. Served by a lady I didn’t catch her name but she was great. We both ordered steak, my partner ordered fillet and I had rump both medium/rare. Mine was delicious I thoroughly enjoyed my whole meal. My partners was rare, like blue. Because his was thicker it wasn’t cooked even a little and therefore fairly cold. He hadn’t noticed until he got nearer the middle so had already had 3/4 bites and they didn’t offer to take it back. I then had cookie dough and ice cream again one of my favourites, if I could say anything it was that normally the little tray it comes in is piping hot and then so is the cookie dough mine was just warm, but I didn’t mind too much. The TOILETS!! I’m not a big girl but it’s hard to physically get into a cubicle due to the door opening so close to the toilet. And only one of three toilets had toilet paper, yes I picked the one that didn’t. And only 2 of 3 toilets had a seat!! Yuck! needs attention! I’ve been to better beefeaters.

The table was sticky, the dishes had clear signs of not being washed properly. When I asked for tissues, as I had just one and I needed an EXTRA one, I was told “but you already HAVE one on the table”. Service is very bad. Just because we’re tourists, or they thought we’re immigrants, we were treated differently. Service was very slow and bad for us, but for others which came later than us, was perfect. Food was on time, no waiting… whatever. The pancakes were the bought for sure from Lidl and then refrigerated and then warmed up for us, because they were crumbly. This is what happens to dough after you refrigerate it. And they were dry AF.

We had a few breakfasts and 2 dinners there - the food was good, no complaints. Beefeater breakfasts are standard and good portion sizes and value for money. Dinner was good too although a prawn dish only had 4 prawns in it for £18 - so a bit disappointed and a few dishes were off the menu as they had run out of them, which was a shame. However a special call out to Ryan who was brilliant and he got my steak cooked to perfection (as I like it) and looked after us well. The restaurant itself is a bit dated and needs a refresh without long.

When you got to somewhere like this you have to manage your expectations. I went in with an open mind ready for a decent meal. I wasn't expecting much but the already low bar wasn't even touched. Not all, but most staff came across ignorant, rude and lacking basic hospitality skills. Having worked in this environment I know we all have off days but this has been a constant over the last two weeks. Saying getting a table at this place is hard is an understatement. Plenty of tables but staffing and training seem to be a major issue. Not knowing how to work a till isn't a good look. It wouldn't take much for this place to be at a good level. Over the last two weeks this has just been really poor. If I wasn't staying in the attached hotel I wouldn't come back anytime soon.

After Christmas family meal, I felt like the meals were thrown together 4 fish and chips the size of each fish was laughable from large to very small. My burger bun was soggy and my sister too and the salad. You had to hunt down a small piece of tomatoe and cucumber in the dark green hard lettuce. Shame because the last time we went, it was good 🫤 The toilets were a disgrace one the water was running constantly, one had no toilet seat and the other needed cleaning 😒 Don't let your standards drop 😳
