    Had Brunch with the girls, we got there just when they opened, first ones in there, took awhile for the food to come out but was worth the wait it was really good. I had the Cajun pasta and a side of broccoli. They cooked/steamed it perfectly. Plus their mixed drinks was pretty good, I had the deep Eddy strawberry Texas lemonade it was alot they gave compare to the size of the margaritas (I personally didn't like it that much, even though I liked that it was strong, but it was too sweet/sour for me, seem like there was too much of the fresh sour, I didn't taste strawberry at all.). I was torn between trying the deep Eddy or the captians castaway, next time I'm gonna try the captains castaway. My besties said their food was really good and my friend enjoyed the tropical sunrise margarita, she tanked it down.

    Visited this restaurant yesterday day with my sister . Let’s first start off with the fact that the receptionists did not even walk us to our booth . Then upon being seated it took a minute but or waiter was at least nice and was very patient with us and not knowing what to order so that’s appreciated! I regret not being able to get her name . Now as far as the rest of our lunch it was not pleasant at all . I would recommend that the manager there have a talk with all staff but most importantly the bartender by the name Kristina to my knowledge. About talking about political and racial things . I was not only shocked but disgusted about the conversation going on at the bar between her and two of the customers sitting at the bar. Going on about why Juneteenth should not be a national holiday and then some conversations about African Americans . It’s disgusting that the conversation happened in the first place but even more that your workers are fine with openly talking about such things . This made me feel both uncomfortable and made me lose any type of appetite I may have had . I did shoot a glance over to the bartender and only then did she lower her voice to speak to the woman at the bar . I don’t care what your workers personal beliefs are but, if I am a paying customer just like anyone else I would expect the same comfort and piece of mind like anyone else in the restaurant. Sadly that is not what I had instead I was offend and very uncomfortable. I will definitely not be coming back . Especially because it seems this is what your establishment seems to encourage negativity and racism . So iam sure you will be more than happy to not have my company . Do better . Other than that service was fine a little slow to get the food out but that’s all .

    Nov 10-11, 2022: We sat at the bar and met Eric. He was friendly, the bar was busy, and he made us feel welcome. She had a Margarita and I had a draft beer. Her drink was good and my beer was cold. She ordered the sliders and I had a cheese steak. Both dishes were good and arrived hot. We had a great time, and I went back the next day to enjoy a Veteran's Day meal. I sat at the bar, Eric was working again, and the bar and restaurant were super busy. I had a beer and a quesadilla. Eric was attentive both nights, and was never too busy to take care of the customers.

    Food was good… only issue we had was that whomever refilled the ketchup bottles accidentally put BBQ sauce in the one we got instead of ketchup… they brought out a new bottle and it was good. But watch your bill our waiter made a mistake on our bill and accidentally put the table next to us on our tab too… it would have been a $75+ error if I not been paying attention… we paid out with cash just to prevent a problem in case the other table didn’t pay their bill… I didn’t want to get slammed with their meal.

    Service was non existence. I worked hard all week I wanted a break. Instead I'm more stressed. No drink refills. Did not even come back to our table. Had someone flag him down to order dessert. After 15 minutes no dessert. I'm out. Thanks for making the Night worse.

    We knew we were in trouble when table next to us warned us about incompetent waiter. Well we ordered and gave for a party of 3. Only 2 of us received food and after a bit we asked the waiter, and he said, oh, the order got canceled." Let me put it back in. Since my wife ate her salad and munched on bottomless chips/salsa, she gave her burger to my son, and we canceled his order. Then waiter had charged my son because he ate some of the chips. His charge was 80% of what his full order would have been. The waiter knew nothing about customer service. Had to get manager involved.

    Let's start with the atmosphere, they had it so cold in there some people even had a blanket with them. The service? Our waitress (Rachel) took our drink order, then passed us twice before finally returning with our sodas. Food: My food came out wrong. I have a dairy allergy, so obviously no cheese or butter on my burger. It came out with no bun, and thankfully no cheese! All in all, this is by far the worst chili's I've been to.

    We were here on July 29th around 7:30 pm I had the Alex's Santa Fe Burger, see pics, and it was not bad. Parts of the burger were a little past well done while the rest was medium well. When served the burger had a large chunk of meat that had separated from the rest of the burger. That was not a big deal, but from a presentation perspective it was not nice to see. It made me wonder what made it happen. Flavor wise it was fine, it was somewhat sloppy to eat because of all the toppings but that was ok and it made the big chunk that fell off less of a big deal. I ended up cutting it in half to make eating easier and less messy. I opted to have broccoli instead of french fries. The broccoli was good good, not too soft or too hard. I added some melted butter and it made it tasty. Feedback from others at my table and their food was pretty good. We had not been here in several months because of the Corona situation. We had stopped coming prior to that because the quality of service and some food quality had declined. Now quality seems to be making a comeback so we will come back too.
