    I am a very loyal customer at McDonalds, I always use the app to get my food. By far, today has been the worst ever experience I ever had. 1 employee had a bit of attitude and touched my food with her bare hands!! Now I got the buy 1 get one free big mac/quarter pounder and inside my quarter pounder was ALL pink. How unsanitary and disgusting. They won’t even pick up their phone. These teenagers and children working here don’t even care about customer service AT ALL. No wonder why McDonalds has been slow lately. I will not be coming back.

    Every time we go to this location there’s always something wrong & we don’t get to enjoy our food as we would like to. This time instead of a quarter pounder we got a chicken sandwich? & it was still the wrong ingredients. The food was also old . Honestly ruined the night ..

    My husband just went through the drive thru and both of our “large” fries look like this. I see a lot of complaints headed this stores way if they don’t train their employees better.

    Ibtry not to say anything to negative but seriously.. tried the Double QPC jalapeno meal about two weeks ago. .stale bun...came with a single patty (although they charged me the equivalent price of a small ribeye steak). This is why i hate getting talked into going by the kids. Now..Tonight...i go again and i say to myself: "Self, they cant screw this up again right?" i even tell the lady at the pay window " hey last time i had a stale bun and one patty on my Dbl jalapeno nacho cheese QP meal...she exclaims: "Don't worry sir i have it marked as a DBl" yup. single patty, stale bun but this time cold nacho cheese. and before you wonder. i only live 5 mins from the joint....sonit wasnt the trip. Thanks again McD'ssss Bada Bah Bahh Bahhhhh...Not Lovin It!

    Why does this one love to mess up. I ordered 1 quarter pounder with cheese in drive thru. There were 2 ppl in front of me. 20 minutes I'm now 2nd in line. Finally 45 minutes later I get my food only to see that they put jalapenos on it. I didn't ask for them so I checked the receipt and find that they charged me for it. I took the messed up burger back. Total time before getting home 1 hour and 30 minutes.

    This review won’t matter and from seeing all of the other reviews I guess none of those reviews matter either because nobody ever gets a response but I will advise anybody reading this DO NOT GO HERE YOU ARE SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR FAILURE!! I came through the drive through and from off the top they were speeding through to get everybody out of the line which I understand they were trying to shorten the line but to serve moldy food and not even check before serving is insane place needs to be inspected or shut down even!

    There are two staff members here who are absolutely disappointing and the worst I have seen in any service industry. I did not want to write this. Unfortunately I have given these two staff members multiple opportunities to be respectful and courteous, but they refuse. You can stand at the front counter and these two members who I believe are shift managers will ignore you. By the time they come to you, they have already rolled their eyes with the disgust with having to do their job. I understand that you deal with rude people. That is not all customers. I don’t need to be treated like trash in the aftermath of a bad customer interaction. Please do better or move aside and let someone else do what you won’t. Final thought…. Please do not send or bother to apologize for something that you have probably been allowing from certain employees at this location for a while.

    The manager likes to over charge you and half the time when their not busy no one will take your order. Not to mention the food I got was basically burnt. Absolutely garbage needs new management. 2 burgers shouldn't cost me $10.16 when 4 of those burgers costs me normally $11.35. clearly she's over charging for her personal gain
