Ok if you make a customer wait 20 minutes for their food why bring out cold and old fries? I do understand you guys were busy but if you’re that busy then shouldn’t the food be fresh and hot especially the FRIES! I asked the person bringing the food were the fries fresh she said yes but guess what they weren’t seems like they been sitting out waiting to be brought to the car hence 20 minutes if not longer! Then when I got home I said no onions but guess what onions and the burgers were cold! Poor Service! I paid 26.09 and that’s not good!

21 minutes waiting for 1 RT44 sweet tea? Nothing else. Just a drink. You should be ashamed. It’s off peak hours (10:05am) and only 5 stalls being occupied. I even tipped the change on the card so it was $4.00 for 1 DRINK! Embarrassing. Do better Sonic!

Not enough Morning staff. The lady on the intercom gives attitude. The only server in the morning is drowning running to take everyone’s orders.This is the 3rd time my drink was not made correctly. Also, my order was brought to me incorrectly. I’m done with them. I’ll try Sachse’s or Murphy’s Sonic instead.

Parked and pushed red button to order. Was told it would be a minute. Watched three employees talking to a young man with a cat. Waited ten mins. Other people parked and ordered. After ten mins I gave up and left. 6/23/23.

I ordered my combo plus some an extra item. I was charged for my combo and extra item. When food was delivered I was missing an item from combo. After notifying the waitress that it was missing she informed that the extra was rang up as a substitute. I proceeded to read off the receipt that I was charged for combo and extra and was told she could ring me up for the missed item if I wanted them with the combo.

Sonic used to a great place to get food. Now, not so much. They don't even have kraut for the hotdogs. Who doesn't have kraut for hotdogs. The chili coney is my fav, but I can do without the hard fried onion rings. Those things tear the roof of your mouth up.

25 minutes and still waiting on breakfast sandwich. Said grill wasn’t hot and waiting for it to heat up because we arrived a few minutes after opening time. Grill should be hot when they open….

They don’t care if you is doordash pick up. They don’t want make order because no tip from you. I run doordash and waiting 20 minutes but still my order not ready.
