A decent Wendy's serving the University of Michigan hospital southwest campus. Came in for a quick bite of lunch after doing some work in the area. The staff were super friendly and could tell they were having fun at work and it was just very nice. The dining room was very barren and they didn't have a soda machine for you to fill your own drinks which was really weird to me. Had a chicken sandwich and a frosty both were just fine average Wendy's quality nothing special but not bad at all.

I had a truly disappointing experience at Wendy's recently. The fries were shockingly stale, almost as if they had been reheated from an hour earlier. The lettuce in my meal made me sick, which was far from pleasant. To top it off, the employees, particularly a heavier set black lady who I believe was the manager, were exceedingly rude. This visit left a sour taste in my mouth, and I hope the owner takes this as an opportunity to improve their establishment.

Very Poor Experience! When Ordering, The girl taking my order was so quiet that My Family and I couldn't hear her! And not only that, but they refused to let me order a Family Nugget in store! And only then resuming to tell me that they could only then get me one through the Mobile app! I have never experienced that at Any other Wendy's!

Great staff with a smile on their faces. Running the drive thru in rush hour is not an easy task. They all were up to the task.

Unlike the Wendy's locations in Jackson, this one is actually quick. The order was almost 100% accurate, (put ketchup on a burger that was to be plain but it worked out ok)

Every time I go to this Wendys on lunch, they mess up my order. The 10+ times I’ve been there I think they’ve gotten my order right ONCE! Ridiculously bad service. Drink lids are never closed. Just spilled Coke all over the shirt I have to wear for the rest of the work day because one worker couldn’t simply put a lid on right.

It's a Wendy's. But it's a very clean and nice Wendy's. The staff was super nice and super cool. The food was tasty. Would cone back.

we just went there. and the line wasn’t long at all. we sat there for 20 mins in line waiting for them to answer, after we asked them if they were ready for us? & then when we went to eat it. everything is cold.
