Never
in
my
life
have
I
experienced
a
Marriot
or
Bonvy
Hotel
so
understaffed,
with
HORRIBLE
service.
We
stayed
at
this
hotel
for
the
Christmas
Holiday
(10
days
total),
and
they
only
cleaned
our
room
once!
We
requested
to
have
our
room
cleaned
every
other
day
(which
is
the
standard),
and
even
that
still
was
not
met.
We
had
to
take
our
trash
out
and
request
that
our
towels
be
replaced
several
times.
Towards
the
last
few
days
of
our
stay,
we
got
so
desperate
to
request
our
room
to
be
cleaned
that
we
set
a
reminder
to
the
front
desk
the
night
before
AND
before
we
left
the
morning
to
run
errands,
speaking
directly
to
the
front
desk
staff
that
our
room
be
cleaned.
They
said,
"Yes,
we
got
your
room
scheduled
to
be
cleaned..."
only
to
find
a
piece
of
note
by
our
bed
apologizing
that
our
room
would
not
be
cleaned!
Unacceptable
and
not
a
good
representative
of
a
Marriot
hotel!
We
will
not
be
staying
at
this
hotel
AGAIN,
and
I
advise
folks
staying
there
for
more
than
two
days
to
do
the
same.
