    Terrible customer service. Room was already paid for via a third party. Showed her confirmation. Front desk accidentally charged me again for the room. No apology. She asked me to call the third party to call her to issue a refund. After a VERY long drive, I spend 30 minutes on hold with the 3rd party to do what she asked. When I finally got through, and they called her, she refused to issue the refund. Issue is still not resolved.

    There was a pair of shorts in one corner of the room (not mine). My wife pulled the covers back and discovered a wet urine spot on the bed. We called down to the desk to let them know what happened and to change rooms. I went down to exchange keys - no apology, how can we make this right or anything. The hotel did refund our money, after we left a note detailing what had happened and asked for a refund.

    Took off 1 stars just because I haven't stayed in any of the rooms but the lobby is very pretty and clean and the staff are very kind.

    The hotel is in a great location right by the freeway and not to far from grandville and river town mall plus in addition there are plenty of food options in the area. The rooms were well kept and John and the rest of the staff were friendly.

    Hotel was updated and the staff was very friendly. Kristina at the desk went out of her way to make sure everything was just right.

    Hotel is really new, rooms were really nice, breakfast had a huge selection but waffle batter and coffee just ran out and no one was there to refill it, coffee was empty for hours.

    Dog friendly for ESD and service animals. Beds were great and clean, service is amazing. Food is anything amazing but that’s not something you should expect at hotels. But the food is certainly not bad.

    In town visiting relatives for Thanksgiving. Hotel location is wonderful. Close access to the interstate, but rooms were very quiet. Close to restaurants and shops. Hotel served up a very nice and tasty breakfast. Highly recommend.

    This hotel was so clean and brand new! Our room was very nice and huge. It fit our family very well. The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable and went way out of her way to make sure that my family and our group had a nice stay. My kids separately and multiple times said to me "wow she is so nice! She said she would make us warm cookies!" Destiny should be employee of the month because she did have fresh cookies for us and they were warm. I would stay at your hotel again if it was just for her, but all around one of the best stays I have had at a hotel.

    Very clean. Nice breakfast. Great internet and TVs. Energy efficient. Be aware that when you enter your room you have to stick the room key in a slot on the wall just inside the door or none of the lights work! It's a feature to save the planet! The young man who checked me in at the front desk failed to tell me that, so I was fumbling around in the dark until I figured it out.

    Never in my life have I experienced a Marriot or Bonvy Hotel so understaffed, with HORRIBLE service. We stayed at this hotel for the Christmas Holiday (10 days total), and they only cleaned our room once! We requested to have our room cleaned every other day (which is the standard), and even that still was not met. We had to take our trash out and request that our towels be replaced several times. Towards the last few days of our stay, we got so desperate to request our room to be cleaned that we set a reminder to the front desk the night before AND before we left the morning to run errands, speaking directly to the front desk staff that our room be cleaned. They said, "Yes, we got your room scheduled to be cleaned..." only to find a piece of note by our bed apologizing that our room would not be cleaned! Unacceptable and not a good representative of a Marriot hotel! We will not be staying at this hotel AGAIN, and I advise folks staying there for more than two days to do the same.

    I just want to give a shoutout to Jalen, at the from desk. He was accommodating, polite and personable. By far top 5 customer service encounters I’ve ever had. Give that man a raise, he is what Marriott level of customer service standards are.
