We stayed at the Hampton inn for my daughters first cheer competition. First the digital key did not work to open our room. It did however work to open the back door. The room had no water pressure in the shower it took 10 mins to get the conditioner out of my hair. I was unable to get all the gel out of my daughters hair from her comp because of the water pressure. We were beat after a day of competition so we went to bed around 9:30 and there were kids running around the halls making it hard to sleep. We definitely won’t be going back to the Hampton inn for her next competition.

Would have given a 5 star review, but what brought it down to a 4 star was the unorganized breakfast. Very few choices and limited seating as well as the space to prepare breakfast. Perhaps the hotel was at full capacity because there really wasn’t much available. Other than that, the room although not big was very clean and comfy. The beds are queen sized but they seem a tad bit smaller. The bathroom was very clean and really enjoyed that there was full sized toiletries. The pool was nice. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. Overall for a one night stay it was fine and do recommend it.

Rooms was okay, beds could be much better but, the stinch of dog pee in the hallway on the first floor is absolutely awful! I appreciate being pet friendly, for I have dogs but the smell on that carpet is repulsive!

Rooms were clean, front desk was friendly. Location is great right off the highway. Hot water in the showers was hit or miss and the water pressure was consistently low. Breakfast options were lacking and empty often. For the price of the hotel, we expected a little better

A weekend getaway for us. It was easy to get to, we went to Gun Lake Casino and had no trouble getting in or out of the hotel. Breakfast was good, room was clean and stocked well, it was a great night.

Hampton is usually a go to, so when we were in town for a Spartan and looking for a place for the night this was it! Room was good for the night. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. It took about five minutes for us to get checked in because the girl watching the front desk was out back. Not too much of a big deal but it had been a long drive and mobile check in didn't work, so we had to wait. Breakfast was so-so and the eating area is smaller than most other Hamptons. We were in a hurry so there isn't much else we can say about our stay. All things considered, it was decent.

This is a pretty standard Hampton Inn. Front lobby has several comfortable sitting areas for breakfast or an evening phone call. There is no afternoon/evening "manager's reception" at this chain. Every single staff member I encountered was super friendly! Housekeeping is only available upon request, but my request was left unfilled after my first of a 2-night stay. Breakfast was petty standard - reheated eggs and sausages, a waffle iron, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, juices. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24/7. The toilet in my room was pretty loose from the floor. The hot water pressure was nil upon arrival, but I found out they were working on the plumbing, and it was repaired within a few hours. I found a long black hair on the sink when I initially arrived, but the room was otherwise clean and comfortable.

Great place for a couple of nights of relaxation from the road. Rooms are quiet. First floor seems to be where dogs go, and has the gym and a full business center with monitors and a printer.. Fourth floor has some laundry machines. Pool and jacuzzi were empty every time we went, which was lovely. Has HBO! Decent wifi. Waffles every morning.

Nice place clean, nice staff. Would stay again. Breakfast was the standard and the taste was pretty good.

Super convenient place right off the highway and easy access back on it. Staff is friendly and we will definitely stay at this location again when we're in the area!

Reserved this hotel because we’re a Hilton Honors member and our son had a hockey game this weekend nearby. Got in the room and didn’t stay more than an hour and a half when we noticed the one bed’s comforter had a stain on it (dried blood, chocolate, body substance????) And the other bed had something hard stuck on the underside of the sheet/mattress. Got a little skeeved out at this and made reservations for the Hampton Inn about 11 miles away. Asked for a refund and was told we’d be issued one. It’s too early to say if I got my money back as I write this. My opinion…need to have better house keeping people who can pay attention to things like this. Was kind of disappointing and disturbing.
