I called the store today to express my Kudo's to the man who does the carts here. People told me his name is Vincent and if you do an online review he will also get recognition from head office. He is always so kind, says hi and have a good day and always takes my cart before I even get to the coral most times. Hes doing a great job!

The staff that work here are wonderful! Genuinely friendly people that happily answer questions, & help you find something, etc. They are worth a five star rating. They are the reason that I return to this store. Which as I live in a rural setting, takes me 30 minutes one way to do. When you live on a fixed income; affording this store, let alone the trip to get there is difficult. Again, this should highlight the value of your employees that I choose to do this rather than drive into the city. So why only two stars? Inventory, advertising, and possibly IT issues, are outrageous keeping in mind modern capabilities ... The paper flyers delivered to our area, as well as the PC/Optimum apps are aggravating at best, and have been for a while. I have driven all the way there, flyer in hand, only to discover they did not have what I travelled there for ... not because they ran out. They never had it at that price ... or they never carried that brand ... or even that item at all. This was not a one time printing error either. There is no point to choosing your location on the app to pre-order, check inventory, price compare, or even find out what BRANDS that location has. Not once has the app been able provide accurate information.

The selection and quality seems to have gone up a bit with recent renovations. They have good sales in the butcher section but not often. We enjoy the selection of organic and vegetarian options. The bakery section has good options as does frozen food with new foreign foods options being added now.

I really enjoy going to this location. But the last couple times I was there. Customer service has Been lacking. Big lineups with no one coming to open another cash. Then the last time I was there and got some chicken and taters from the girls behind the counter. I felt like it just got thrown at me so they could continue their conversation. Plus one of them was serving food with a open cut on her hand. Not impressed.

Nice little spot to pick up the things you need if you live in the area. Selection on some things can be lacking, but more because they want to push their own brand of products. Does make things a little difficult when you have a sensory sensitive child that you are trying to buy meals for. In the end, its not that far into town to get the other things you just can't find, and they still have far more selection then you would find at a corner store!

Talk about price gouging because you have a captive audience. There is literally no need for things to cost this much except to line executive pockets. Sort it out!

Lots of stock and friendly service but like other groceriers prices are up.

Went there 2days ago. 1 cashier on Packed the bags so full could barely lift them shelves empty.

The store is fine and staff are friendly and helpful. Pretty disappointed in there not being a change table in the bathroom

The guy at the door i believe Jeff is his name Greets you like he has known you all his life always smiling and cheerful

Staff were staring me like I just landed here from another planet. I felt they just can’t accept my skin colour. Disappointed!
