I was on a trip from Georgia to Ohio, alone, & my car broke down on I-77 North. I had it towed to a shop 1.5 miles up the road & chose this hotel on the strip to stay at. From the minute I arrived, the staff here were super kind & concerned. I arrived in a tow truck & the lady knew right away something bad had happened & asked if I was ok. Quickly got me a room & checked in & as a female traveling alone, I quickly felt safe. The room & overall facilities were clean but I will say the AC/Heat did not work in the room. I had bigger problems & was on the 3rd floor, so I decided to just open a window rather than complain.. But management should probably be aware heat & AC do not work in room 312. Only other complaint I have is they ran out of milk an hour & a half into breakfast so I was unable to eat cereal, I have never run into that issue at a hotel before? Nevertheless, quiet neighborhood & hotel has a cute charm. Great for a stay when passing through.. Thank you Country Inn & Suites for the hospitality!

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Nothing to write home about. There was a strange outdoor upon entering the room but we didn't pay much attention to that after adjusting the thermostat. The staff was friendly. We were disappointed to learn that both the pool and hot tub were broken. After driving for 14+ hours we would have enjoyed these amenities. It would have been nice if we had been told this when we booked our room. The breakfast leaves lots to be desired. We were at breakfast by 8:30 - well before breakfast ended at 9:30. They were out of waffles and the pancake machine was broken. The sausage and hash browns tasted old and held in the warmer too long. The coffee was warm but not hot. We should have skipped the free breakfast.😕 Come to think of it, we should have gone to a different hotel.

The rooms were clean. I always inspect rooms that I stay in just incase. But they seemed to do a good job with house keeping. The pillows were very small but they did the job. The place was in the middle of remodel I believe from what I noticed in the lobby and there were poorly done renovations in the room. But the staff were all really nice. The lady who checked me in at 11 pm was a very welcoming face. I would definitely stay here again

We had the privilege too stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean friendly employees. Good breakfast an its in a good area right off rt 77. Thid is going to be a good addition to choice hotel. We go by this hotel approximately 6 times a year an plan. To be our choice hotel.

Everything about this motel was excellent EXCEPT ....... the commodes were child size -- very close to the floor. I discussed this with an employee and learned that all Country Inn & Suites have the very low commodes. Therefore, I will never stay at another. We booked two rooms for four seniors. One had health issues so it is understood that a low commode might be difficult. However, the other three are in good health but the child-height commodes were unpopular!!!!

The room had a weird order when first walking in. But the air was cold and everything seemed fairly clean. The bed was very firm, which for me was a plus after driving for 7hrs. Check out was amazing, 12p and I only had to send a text and drop my room keys off.
