The location is amazing. One block away from the cathedral and the downtown. The rooms are old and you can notice the old a/c. I got the jr suite with two beds and a sofa but the sofa was so old that was uncomfortable to sit on. They offer WiFi but the service is too slow and the weak signal makes it worst. I didn't have the chance to try their restaurant but they have buffet for the guests if you pay the additional cost. A plus is their parking as the city has trouble with spaces for parking. The prices are very good for what you get.

The location Is good, there Is next to the central park, the rooms are good but it can be better.

Great location in the heart of Xalapa. Our only complain was the low pressure of the shower. Oh and no toiletries offered. bring your own

Very impersonal. The second room offered was okay. the first one smelled like humidity so I had to pay extra for the second one.

One of the best services I've received in a hotel. Friendly environment, and a lot of commodities. There is a pool table, which was a great surprise, and a karaoke bar, where you can have a great time. Food is awesome, and the service is even better. Location couldn't be better, and moving around in Xalapa is easy, so the stay is great.

The Hotel Maria Victoria is in the center of Xalapa and is close to excellent restaurants and beautiful old style architecture buildings. Spacious, clean rooms and comfortably firm beds are nice which are comparable to a Hilton, Doubletree or Marriott suites hotel. Also the bathroom was very clean and the shower had excellent hot water service. Also plenty of towels were provided so we didn't have to request for more. TV worked fine.

Good price for the location. The inculded breakfast was great. The room looked clean but we did find 1 cockroach but not sure if it was there before us or if it came in with some food we brought in. The only real bad thing was the WiFi was so slow that it was unuseable

Nice hotel located downtown Xalapa is a good choice to spend the night. Very clean and a little outdated but nothing to worry about. Good price for what it offers.
