I felt my previous dentist was just happy to have me as a patient as he didn't have too many. Here, Dr. Ames doesn't hesitate to tell me if there are any problems with my teeth or anything I should be doing differently. I also feel that he is more skilled at making my fillings and such. The downside to this clinic as compared to my previous is that appointments might be scheduled far out. Both have a very short wait time once you're there. I just met the female dentist today and she seems very nice and upbeat. Clinic looks clean and they use up to date dental technology. Assistants surprisingly bring up topics you had mentioned in your previous visit - I swear they take notes afterwards and review right before you arrive at the next appointment.

Great service. Very compassionate staff. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Amanda, Shelley(?), Teresa and Ariana so far and all are terrific. Dr. Ames is very professional, really listens, patiently answers my questions with respect, which allays my anxiety. His treatments are spot on. Office surroundings are clean, cheerful and equipment is very well-maintained. Office hours are flexible which helps with my schedule. I highly recommend this practice.

After waiting nearly 6 months to get some work done, I walked in to find out the office had cancelled my appointment. Their reasoning was I hadn't answered a text message and the Dr. was in high demand. After going through my messages, I found it in a spam text folder. No phone calls or messages from this office or number. A real shame.

They are the nicest and most welcoming practice I’ve been to! They are friendly, caring, and explain everything they are doing/need to do. They are so kind with one another as well. I had a filling and it was the least painful filling I’ve ever had. I dreaded, postponed, and canceled appointments with my last dentist. I will finally keep up to date with my appointments! I would definitely recommend this dentist! Thank you for making me feel welcome and taken care of! 😀

I have gone to Dr Ames for many years. He is a very kind and gentle dentist, and also very good at what he does. His staff are all AWESOME, from the receptionists, to the dental hygienists. They are all very welcoming, friendly and professional. If you are looking for a dentist for yourself &/or your family I highly recommend Dr Ames! If I could score them a 10 I could!
