Terrible. Had a sinus infection and asked to make sure my insurance covered this place. Turns out I paid $385 for the doctor to take a look at me. Fought the bills for half a year and didn't win because this considered a hospital Urgent Care even though it isn't attached physically to the hospital. I had Blue Cross Blue Shield as my provider, and Urgent Cares were only supposed to be $10 copays. My emergency room visit at a hospital was $125. So the logic that this would be $385 is far beyond the scope of my knowledge. AVOID THIS URGENT CARE AT ALL COSTS.

I ve never had any problems getting treatment here. Typically one gets in quickly. The Doctor's are great, the staff is good. If the Dr think thinks you need to be seen at a hospital they send you on. Each time I have been there there is good communication between the Dr. and staff. Yes, I highly recommend this urgent care to others.

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone involved with my care was very kind, caring and helpful.

Went in because my wife had an upper respiratory infections and my daughter had a sinus infection. I went it because the past couple days I was taking mucinex to clear my symptoms up and some other stuff. Nothing had been helping or relieving anything so I decided to go in. The receptionist when I walked in. Mind you I’ve never been to this location before. She said sign in so rude and ask why I was here so rudely. The wait time when I went it was barely a wait which is great. The took me to the room said to sit down on the bench. The receiptionist took a few more calls and was rude over the phone. The nurse that came in was really nice she was from the Huber heights location she was so kind and sweet. The Nurse Practitioner comes in walks in barely says a word I said that I was having congestion, pressure with a dry cough. She looked at what all I was allergic to. She said well since you are allergic to penicillin there’s not much else I can give you that’s about the only thing I can give you. And she said and after two days we don’t prescribe antibiotics it’s only after ten days that we prescribe that. She walked out the receptionist said here’s your papers and you can go bye. I’ve worked in Healthcare before so I know you can give something other then that and yes typically you don’t give anything till the symptoms are about ten days however I had said to her that my wife and daughter had been sick for the past week or so! The only reason why I’m giving one start is because of the nurse from Huber Heights. And that’s the only reason. The worse bed side manners and professionalism I have ever seen. I will never go back there Kettering Health network has became a joke over the past several years. I use to rave about them now I just try to avoid them them.

I’m hoping the doctor diagnosed me correctly. He had already sent in meds to CVS before even examining me. All he did was tell me about the medications and that took about 3-4 minutes. I hope I will be better. I’m on vacation and needed help.

worst urgent care I’ve been to, honestly. they use the My Chart website and it doesn’t tell you anything at all. got results back and I’m not a doctor, so I called so I could get some more clear information. I called literally 24 times. I’ve called several more times during office hour and they just let the phones ring through. can’t leave a message for anyone to get back to you. I’m just really disappointed and would like to know what’s going on with me.

Happy with the professionalism and helpful information that PA Delaine Kendo provided me with my concerns. She took time to question and check area of concern along with general health. Provided comprehensive notes for me to follow to get better.

The tax I received was excellent. The wait time was minimal, the staff and doctor were awesome! Would definitely return there is needed.

Even though you could choose an online appointment time, wait time was 90 minutes. No xray on the weekend. Staff was pleasant.

I had gone to the urgent care around 8:45 am this past Sunday. Online it said it opened at 8:00, and the door said it opened at 8, but the doors were locked, and there was no one there. The Wellness Now clinic down the street was great.

Service was good but they didn't send over my child's antibiotics to pharmacy so I called back to back for 2 and a half hours straight and no answer . Thought I would go there today to straighten things our but turns our it was not open . Very disappointed that no one could answer the phone for 2 and a half hours. Ridiculous.

I get the feeling that if you are in pain, and not screaming or yelling or rolling from side to side, and they don't take you seriously. I really hurt my back when I fell and it still hurts. Wasn't told how long this might last. Was there swelling in my back causing these muscle spasms? I read My Chart and all those medical terms didn't help me at all. Is my back in bad shape or from old age, and will always hurt? The doctor pushed on my back a little and believe me, he didn't spend much time with me...I was in a lot of pain that he didn't recognize. I have severe sciatica and have cried with that pain. I felt Like a I was treated as a drug seeker in which I was not. But I did want something for pain and I got it becuz I needed it. I put up with that pain for 7 days and talked to a nurse practioner, tried to see my family doctor, but no go. Steps were taken, but not fulfilled. I'm still not up to power. All people were very nice during my visit. In and out in 15 minutes.

I made an appointment on line, didn't have to wait when I arrived for the appt, was seen by doctor right away, he prescribed prescriptions and I felt much better by the next day.

I went in to get my injured ankle checked, as I was afraid it might be more than just a sprain. They got me right in, checked my vitals, the usual. When the Dr came in, she commented on my higher than usual BP, and suggested we give it a bit and try again. After the X-ray, she came back in, said she didn't see anything suggesting a break, and had me rest for a few before running the BP again. This time it was fine. They helped me figure out the best way for me to use the crutches. All around, they cared about me and making sure I was going to heal. The nurse even helped me out to my car! Great service, caring staff, and treated in a timely manner with dignity. If I have any further urgent health concerns, I know I'll be going here! Thank you so much!!

I had an office visit on Sept 28th with Dr. Caleb Molokwu & his nurse assistant Tonya Condi. I was feeling really bad & was unsure of even going in. I was greeted right away & sent right in by Tonya. She took my information & helped me to a room. Dr. Caleb was very nice. He addressed my concerns & made sure I was taken care of. I was back home & resting in bed before I knew it. Thank you Dr. Molokwu & nurse Tonya for taking care of me!

Super friendly. Quick service. Really went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication.very pleased.

Lady that registered me was great, radiologist was wonderful. Highly disappointed in xray equipment! Once my X-ray was taken, I was taken back to urgent care for doctor to review xray. Apparently it never reached his office. Never got an answer on how X-ray turned out. So I still don’t know if I have a cracked rib or what! Doctor came in for 2 seconds to say I would be getting 2 shots for discomfort, and prescribed 2 medications. He didn’t do an exam, never once check the area of pain. Very disappointed with this visit! I came to you because my doctor was out of office and your establishment was much closer for me. I suggest you get better equipment!!

The doctor was very professional, and super nice. The wait time was short. The staff was so nice. Definitely recommend this urgent care to others. My daughter was seen here as well not to long ago and was treated the same. It was clean, and organized. 5 stars for me.!

Very attentive to my needs. Both doctor and nurse were helpful. The doctor was able to assess the situation right away. They called my meds in and said that it was critical that I got them. I also received a shot that helped with some immediate relief. My experience was great!

This place was great. From the lady who checked me in and took my insurance info, to the nurse who took my vitals, to the doctor who examined me. All super professional and friendly. I was really not feeling well, so the kindness was very much appreciated. It truly felt like they cared and wanted to help me. Thanks!

Being able to book an appointment online was very helpful. Everyone was very friendly and I had no wait time. The only complaint I would have is the doctor never told me what was wrong with me. Told me he was giving me antibiotics so I assumed he heard something when he listened to my lungs. But he was very nice and listened to my concerns.

My experience was actually terrible besides getting the medications prescribed for what I needed. I am a nurse for Kettering health so I try to have mercy because I understand how stressful healthcare is. When I arrived, I already had an appointment scheduled but I arrived 10 minutes early. I stood at the front desk waiting to be helped and the woman behind the glass didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. I saw there was a sign that I needed to sign in but there was no sheet until I looked on the floor and saw the clipboard on the floor. So I picked it up signed in and sat myself. I was the only patient in the waiting room and they didn’t address that I was there until several minutes after my scheduled appointment time. When they finally helped me I was taken back to a room where one of the employees came in to get my blood pressure didn’t address me or even say hello, just threw the cuff on my arm and asked if they verified my pharmacy. I replied yes and then she proceeds to say “oh you’re Kaylee right?” I said yes she said okay the doctor will be in in a minute and walks out of the room. The doctor comes in and tells me the medications he prescribed to me and didn’t even tell me what they were for so if I wasn’t a nurse and knew I would have been clueless. VERY unprofessional and if I were to go to an urgent care again I would not go to this one!

The ladies at the front desk and nurse were super nice and listened to me but the doctor SLAMMED into the room without knocking and barrated me with questions and then aggressively poked at points of pain. The session took maybe 3 minutes TOPS it felt very rushed and invasive.

We scheduled our appointment online 50 minutes beforehand. Its a good location with a lot of parking. Friendly and efficient staff. We were in and out in 20 minutes with medication called in to our pharmacy. It was a great experience for us.

Excellent care. The Dr was very helpful. The only nurse on staff was also very kind. I was quickly in and out even received a call with test results and instructions which has never happened at urgent care.

Went to Urgent Care at 7pm with our sick little girl because it was posted that they were open to 7:45pm. Doors were locked up tight and I went around to the staff entrance where everyone was but they said they were closed and had a busy day.

Sunday in from TN. Thought I'd just go here for a bladder infection to see if it could be kidney stones. The Dr comes back and asked me how long I'd been confused and wants to send me to the ER. And the ambulance drivers were already walking in the room! ER said I had a bladder infection, gave a prescription and released me. Had to have family pick me up and take me back to my car (that I could've drivin myself to the ER with!)

Always welcoming and friendly. Fast and thorough service. Came in on Sunday, 9/15, in and out in less than 30 minutes. Glad to have this urgent care in Xenia.

Staff is rude! I checked in at 1:50 returned at the time they texted me to 3:30 for a 3:50 time. The door was locked and I called for them to say I don’t know why it let you check in. When someone is not feeling well that is not how you should be treated. I hate to see how they treat me once I get into appointment.

july 5 - hours posted - open til 5PM Saturdays. At 3PM - locked up tight! No explanation. In January - building open; doctors offices open; NOT Urgent Care! (It HAD snowed!) Who runs this place?!?!?!?

Waited in lobby for over an hour before I was called in. The doctor then spent about 1 minute with me and prescribed me ear drops (I went in for a sore throat.) Horrible service and care.

Stop with the masks! They have never worked and we are all sick of this childish game. The vaccines have not worked either so stop pushing them. Promote strengthening the immune system, it is the only thing that does work.

The staff was very fast and more importantly courteoua. They put me at ease right away and took care of my needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Appreciated them being open in the evening. I was able to reserve my spot online, be seen by the staff and go home speedily. I felt the listened to me and provided great care.

I was seen quickly by a PA after an LPN took vitals. Both were pleasant and professional. I was surprised to have to provide all sorts of info at check in since I already use KHN.

Literally inaccurate information on the site. I called during open hours. It says they're closed and tells me to select 8 for their business hours. Then procedes to say invalid selection no matter what i pick............

I am extremely disappointed by a recent visit to this office. I have young children who have been to this urgent care before and I had zero complaints. Always great care. This time however, the doctor refused to see my kids due to their age. I was unaware that urgent care would just outright refuse care to individuals based on their age. I brought them in for potential ear infections. Who knew I would receive such different treatment because it was my child that had an ear infection and not me. Perhaps if something has changed with urgent care and what type of patients they see, they should advertise that.

I live in the Cleveland area & am visiting my family here. Of course I’d need to see a doctor, on vacation! I had used this health network last year & hoped that an urgicare center was available. I found this location & walked in & the waiting area was empty. A few minutes later, I was being seen! My meds were sent to the pharmacy I use here & I was sent on my way. The front office staff were very kind, as was my nurse & the PA that saw me. Lastly, I can only hope that Kettering will be expanding to the Cleveland area!!
