THE
CUSTOMER
IS
NEVER
RIGHT!
If
I
could
I
would
give
no
stars!
👎👎👎
Been
going
through
the
drive
thru
for
a
several
years
spending
no
less
than
$20.
I
gave
one
of
them
$40
for
3
packs
of
cigarettes
and
received
$2
change.
At
the
time
I
was
distracted
by
the
other
worker
and
didn't
catch
the
mistake
until
after
closing.
You
know
they
NEVER
give
you
a
receipt...
what's
that
about.
Called
early
the
next
morning
and
was
told
by
Stan
to
ask
the
worker
if
he
remembered
me
giving
him
2
twenty
dollar
bills.
Of
course
he
didn't,
and
Stan's
son
said
it
was
my
fault
because
their
video
showed
him
putting
the
money
I
paid
in
the
twenty
and
ten
dollar
slots
in
the
register.
I
KNOW
I
GAVE
HIM
2
TWENTY
DOLLAR
BILLS!!!
I
just
came
from
the
atm.
The
owners
son
said
it
was
my
fault
I
didn't
check
it
at
the
time
and
he's
probably
right,
but
what
happened
to
the
business
practice
that
the
CUSTOMER
IS
ALWAYS
RIGHT!!
ANY
OTHER
BUSINESS
WHERE
THERE
IS
AN
EDUCATED
MANAGER
,
AND
AN
EMPLOYEE
MAKES
A
MISTAKE,
THE
MANAGER
WOULD
HAVE
RETURNED
THE
$10
I
WAS
OWED.
I
WILL
NOT
GIVE
THEM
MY
BUSINESS
ANYMORE
INCLUDING
GAS!!
THE
SON
SAID
TO
ME
HAVEN'T
YOU
EVER
MADE
A
MISTAKE
,
YES
TRUSTING
THE
EMPLOYEES
TO
DEAL
WITH
MY
PURCHASES
HONESTLY.
MOREOVER,
HE
SAID
I
WAS
CALLING
THE
EMPLOYEE
A
THIEF,
IF
THE
SHOE
FITS
THEN
WEAR
IT,
BECAUSE
I
WAS
CHEATED
OUT
OF
$10.
God
bless
you
too....if
I
had
been
given
a
receipt
the
mistake
might
not
have
happened,
then
again
maybe
it
would
have...who
knows??
