Took my friends that came from the UK to Cassano's so they could try a local pizza place that I grew up on as a kid. To start with we had the wings BBQ spicy, a large deluxe pizza, and a large BBQ chicken pizza spicy. Also a large pepperoni with extra cheese. And two pictures of beer. Both of my friends said it was so much better than when they went the other day with a family member to Marion's where they said the pizza was so so. And my friend's wife that's from India, said the barbecue chicken pizza was the best she's ever had and the spice was right on. Both of them stated that they wish the pizza places back home were as good as Cassano's. Even though it was a little pricey, it was the best pizza I've had in a long time. Excellent flavor, the staff was very nice. The restaurant was clean, and we even sat there for almost two and a half hours just chatting and no one bothered us at all. I've had their luncheon specials on the subs before and for the price I do have to say they are excellent. All around I've never had a bad product from Cassano's. The only thing I do miss is the old stone hearth ovens that gave the pizza that extra crunch. But I guess you got to move with the times. And this review was roughly about 2 weeks ago not today. Just been busy.

Fairly good pizza, ours was just a little under cooked for my liking, otherwise the pizza was fine.

It's got to be my favorite pizza. Good time with family. Making memories with the grandkids

The pizza was okay. I like a good chewy, thicker crust and these are more of a crisp, thin crust but if that's what you prefer then this place will likely be a favorite! The service was good and the pizzas came out relatively quickly.

My first time there today ordered a large hand tossed supreme for my family when I went for pick up it was a thin crust management did not even bother asking if I wanted a credit or refund did not even bother to remake it . Horrible experience I won’t be back here 😒

Almost always get perfect pizza. Every now and then it’s too much sauce, I do not like that they barely and sometimes never salt the crust anymore, even when I request it.

I enjoy going to the new Xenia location. Pizza is always tasty and it gas a nice atmosphere inside

Visited 11/9 Ordered a King Pepperoni with peppers on half.....after about a half hour went by a young man brought it out ended up being more like 2/3 peppers and the 1/3 that was just peperoni was burnt.....the pepperoni was black crisp.....nothing was said, then when we started eating it and it was cold had very little cheese and sauce, pizza was awful. I believe it sit back in the kitchen and they were debating to serve it or not. Ate a few pieces and threw the rest away!! I didn't say anything as others were inside eating and i didn't not want to cause a scene. Been to the new one 4-5 times each time we went the less we liked it. Last visit!!! Nicer than the old one but staff is younger and could care less about the product!! Will continue to go to Springboro instead....Xenia is closer but never had a bad or service pizza there.

Subs were amazing Pizza I ordered sadly for the very 1st time ever ‘‘twas like chewing rubber!! Called & Manager offered me a $5.00 credit on my next order

Came to this cassano's a few times every time been disappointed in a different way. First time they took about 40 minutes to make a large pepperoni pizza. Second time they put no salt on the bottom at all and the pizza had a random piece of onion in it. I absolutely hate onions so this really annoyed me. Also in general Cassano's seems to think they can charge $15 for a large one topping while other places charge between $10-$12. Kind of a rip off especially when the quality isn't there.

I love Cassano's Pizza King of Xenia, Ohio, that's just the plain and simple truth. By far the best eating experience of my entire life, because I've literally been eating their pizza my entire life. 😋

Ordered the biggest pizza. Everything on it except no green peppers or mushrooms. I should have checked it before I left. Lesson to me. When I got home and opened it up...what a shock! No veggies. Some pepperoni and something that looked like meat dust. That's it. It was lukewarm and did not taste good at all. $45 is what I paid for it. Don't see me ever coming back. Can not recommend the restaurant to anyone.

I tried to order on line, but wasn't sure I had gotten it placed. Called 1-800 number. My phone call was taken promptly. The person on the other end confirmed my order was not showing up. She took my order. Said it would be ready in 20 min. I picked it up. Pizza was ready on time, employee was pleasant, ingredients were top notch. Inside the restaurant was clean. Food was delicious. Great overall experience.

Little annoyed honestly. Since they changed locations I haven't had a single good pizza. I used to look forward to getting Cassanos every time I came to town to visit my family. Since they changed locations I have had numerous burnt pizzas, and tonight my pizza was EXTREMELY disappointing. I paid $35.00 for a large deluxe and a Plegia. The pizza had no cheese on it at all. Literally no cheese. All the toppings just fell off. Nothing but bread with a sprinkling of sauce under. In addition, the sausage was dry and gray. It looked and tasted like a completely different sausage. I'm not sure what changed at this new location, but the pizza is substantially worse. I can't see myself coming from Columbus to get something unique in the area and choosing Cassanos again. Attached the pic of a sad, cheese-less slice. Literally not a single shred of cheese on there. Unacceptable. Order was for Forrest on May 13, 2023. Approximately 5:45pm. I'm not the type to call in and complain, I just won't ever come back.

Atmosphere is okay, but wasn't too clean. Also, it cost more than $60 for our order. We expected to sit down and eat there but they brought it all out at once in take out boxes. A little awkward when you want to eat in but okay. The pizza was pretty good but they only offer thin crust and cut it into very small bite sized squares. Not what you expect when you want pizza. Overall it's tasty but strange I'd say.

Would avoid. Ordered pizza on line. Got there and no pizza. Told them I wanted a refund. Sure, but we will have to process refund later. Of course they never got around to that.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with light sauce waited 45 minutes and received a large cheese pizza with heavy sauce waited another 30 minutes and finally received what I ordered. Not a way to do business very disappointed.

Excellent pizza. Has been thin crust and small squares since I was eating there in the 1960s.

Ordered online and was told 20 minutes till pizza would be ready. Showed up at Cassano's 23 minutes later and was told my pizza was just entering the oven and would be another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later and still no pizza (of note, there were no other customers being served during the last 15 minutes of my wait). Eventually, someone asked what pizza I was waiting for and I received the pizza a couple minutes later. Very disappointed in the level of service!

Uninspired taste, dried-out sauce, soggy wings, and one person in our party waited almost an hour for spaghetti and a salad. Unacceptable

I love the Cazanos in Xenia The customer service there is very professional I'm coming all the way from Fairborn because Those two Ladies there are always super nice Laureen and Alyssa great customer service keep up the good work 👏

I have loved cassanos all my life and have never had an issue but the cassanos in xenia changed that for me. The lady who took my order was rude and my presence clearly made her angry. I spent $100.00 and my food didn't come out together, and half of it was cold while the other part was just coming out of the oven. Needless to say, I won't be going back anytime soon.

Tuesday night we got a pizza to go. I want to let the owners of your business. It was absolutely the very best pizza we have experienced. We have tried pizza from Ohio ——Florida yours was excellent. I called and ask who prepared it. A lady named Jessica. She is a keeper. Thanks Jessica we will be back.

My friend and I went there to try their pizza for the first time! Surprisingly, we liked it. I was worried of some reviews that say orders take time to get served. But ours was served fast.
