Delicious!! Hot, fresh chicken, and the corn 🌽 was fantastic! 2 biscuits, 4 sides, 6 pcs of chicken and 2 drinks=$16.00 even..can't beat that!!!

Jennifer at the Xenia Ohio Lee’s famous recipe location was absolutely wonderful! I was having trouble with a coupon I had but she was able to resolve my situation flawlessly. I really appreciate her excellent customer service skills and I am a lease customer for life because of associates like her. Please recognize her for all of her efforts she deserves kudos. Deserves 6 stars! The service and fried pickles were unreal. Spicy bourbon menu items are AMAZING, bring them back year round

As a first-time customer, I'll give this store 5 stars. I went there during a busy Wednesday lunch time, but yet I had a great experience with the staff. Food was served fast and the chicken was tasty. I’ll be going back, for sure!

I had this stuff delivered. Big mistake. You have to check your order there, before you leave. Tonight, three orders of spoiled slaw, two dinners in which they subbed a wing in place of a breast.

4 years ago I left this 5 star review as we had never had a bad experience here. Today that has changed. I ordered 5 meals and 1 bowl. All the meals were correct however one of them had the smallest chicken leg and thigh I think I have ever seen and it was so overcooked it was almost burnt. Way overcooked biscuit, and such a small amout of side dishes that it could have been mistaken for a kids meal. Very disappointed, not at all worth the $8 price tag.

We ordered a 12 piece box of spicy chicken a side of mashed potatoes and two small containers of gravy. After driving 44 minutes and waiting at the window for about five minutes, we get home and discovered it was not Spicy. I called and was told to bring they receipt and the chicken back. We had a late dinner for us and it would have been an additional 44 minutes of drive time or cooking time. I tried to call and filled a form on line, we have heard nothing. We are a four generation Lee's family and have never had this happen.

Make sure they give you everything that come in your order. Great place to eat but they didn’t give me my whole order.

Had a great experience. For being a holiday , I was surprised the employees still had their A game and I had a great meal. Everything was delicious and hot and I'll definitely be back 😊

Lee's Famous Recipe was my favorite place to get chicken or dinner for my family. We got dry chicken,no biscuits, 14 minutes waiting on mushed potatoes, etc.

Placed an order on DoorDash at 6:35 PM on 9/23/2023. My order had some issues. My 8 Piece Meal was classic, when we selected Spicy in the DoorDash app. The chicken was borderline cold despite being delivered quickly. We did not receive our coleslaw, biscuits, honey, or butter. Our mashed potatoes were not the correct size, it was a small and it should have been a large. I eventually received a refund of $18.04 from DoorDash. DoorDash told me via chat support that they could not submit a re-order because the store was not accepting orders anymore. I tried calling in but I got the disconnected signal from the phone line multiple times.

We ordered from door dash. They forgot our cole slaw and bisuits and there chicken and it tasted like it was sitting for hours it was so gross and we couldn't get it redelivered because the store was showing closed off to door dash so my boyfriend tried to call the store and there phones were not working. We blame doordash also but they can't look inside the bag to make sure its right.

Lee's has great tasting chicken and love their cole slaw and biscuits, too. I didn't dine in. The last 3 times I did that, the dining area chairs were not clean. They need a good scrubbing! But the food service area was very clean. So I choose to order and have delivered. Am disappointed in their gizzard meal. I love gizzards, but the last 3 times I ordered one, most of the gizzards half were too hard to chew. Wasted half of them(very hard), but regular chicken dinners and chicken tender dinners are very good.

Stingy on the green beans which is cheapest thing. Chicken pieces small too. I got a breast and 2 legs. Which was up charged for white meat. Next time getting 2 breast since so small. Went on Wednesday which is supposed to be a sale day paid at least 8.00 for meal. I been noticing it's not nearly as busy on Wednesday like it used to be so not the only one who thinks went downhill and cost more.

Chicken tenders are excellent, great flavor and cooked well. Mashed potato’s seem to be instant but still warm and worth the buy. Sweet tea was nice and sweet!

Was told to sit at dirty tables because they didn't want to have to clean the tables again. The food is great, but inside the store is super dirty, especially later in the day.

We made a return visit all was good. We received Spicy Chicken, just like we asked for. We will definitely be going back.

If your company can't bother to have a live person take my order, then it doesn't deserve my money. Your AI didn't even understand the question I asked. I put my car in reverse and left. I got better chicken and better pricing at groceryland.

I got the wrong food on my order. However, they replaced it. Worst part is starting to get cold and nobody wants to take food back it wasn't right in the first place. Funny thing is they asked me to bring the food back but let me keep all of the food. They replaced the chicken but never offered to replace my cold side dishes.

We go thru xenia lees about 3 times a week. The usual 2 spicy wing meal mashed and Mac and cheese. They charge us. 7.49 a meal. Not bad. Last night for the same two spicy wing meal they tried changing me 27$. Saying they did not have a meal that had two wings so everything has to be rang individually. WOW!! Come on now 27$ for four wings, two mashed two Mac and two drinks? I can order a 10 piece for that. Manager gave me my money back, no food said well that's the price. When I showed her my receipt from last time at 7.49. she said well they rang it differently but it's 27$ today. Sad very sad. Guess I'll be waiting for the new chicken place coming to town.

Went through the drive thru today. Great service and the food was nice and fresh. Absolutely delicious! In case you've never tried the green beans, you should, they're amazing!

This restaurant is usually pretty dirty, and the parking lot is really beat up, but their food is amazing. The staff are also super friendly and fast. It's rare when I give five stars to a place that has such big concerns, but they make up for them in ways that count.

Perfect for kids and the Elderly. Heard great things about lee's chicken but You get extremely fast service at the cost of quality. The chicken strips looked amazing and they smelled great too but was left desiring something more. Would recommend to my nieces and nephews.
